Xavier did an excellent job. Very professional and pleasant to have doing this job.Had a very urgent problem with a clog kitchen sink and he was able to get it cleared up and explained the situation and the best solution but gave a less expensive option also. It was time for regular maintenance - Kenny and Nolan cleaned our homes main sewer drain and the exterior drains on each side efficiently and professionally - plus helped with a smelly bathroom sink ...----After jetting the lines, failures were spotted in some of the remaining cast iron by Beecher during a sewer line video inspection. He was thorough and helpful in preparing a remediation option.---Next Ralph, with help from Xavier and Nolan, worked hard over several days prepping and coating the remaining cast iron drain line segments (exterior, showers, and toilets), which should protect those sections for decades. Frank is a professional - and tidy...---Hopefully lastly, Marco with help from Nolan replaced a failed toilet flange that was discovered during the drain lining project and started leaking over the holiday weekend. Sala was quick to schedule a plumber and the work was not easy - it involved corroded cast iron, the right parts, and a tight work area. Marco was careful, patient, and effective - its working / no leaking!---Coordinating the work is easy - Mr Plumber uses a handy system that includes texts and emails. Xavier arrived and diagnosed the problem and offered several approaches. We started with the least expensive one, and when that was insufficient, we move to the next which was successful though a bit more expensive but worth it. Good dialogue along the way and a result that was, more than satisfactory. We definitely use these guys again great value when I compared to other plumbers. Xavier was professional, personable, and communicated with me along the way very well.As promised by Xavier, his boss came the next day for camera inspection of my plumbing line. Beecher came out and we got on the roof and inspected my drain line with their inline camera and provided me with both an explanation of what we were seeing and sent me a copy of the video for my records. We discussed some options for dealing with some downline issues that were viewed and he sent me estimates for doing that work. I feel very good about the work and follow-through of My Plumber Plus.

My plumber, Marco, exceeded my expectations! He brought a very large floor mat to keep the area next to the sink protected. I had a towel for him to use but he brought his own towels saving me from washing the towel, which I thought was really considerate. He cleaned up after himself when the job was completed. Aside from Marco being an amazing plumber and an asset to the company, I enjoyed the fact that he was both personable and professional. Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.

Mike S. came to our rescue. First, he came on time then he was able to find our shut off valve from the outside. Our house is old when we bought it. He replaced it with a new one and relocated it where it was very accessible. The shut off valve was in an awkward place but he worked very patiently and worked/ fit himself in a very small space where the valve was. I told him he was like a gymnast, very flexible working in a small space. Then he worked next in the bathroom/shower where he had to correct the leakage, installed new hardware, etc. He was a like a surgeon and a dentist with his little mirror making sure that everything was perfect. Unfortunately it was not a plumbing issue, but a leak internally in the unit, so I was in need of a new one. While here he noted that the pressure regulator to the house was basically non-functional. He gave us a prompt quote for the required work which we double-checked with another 4+ star company. High quality materials, excellent workmanship, and the scope of work was even more than I expected as he replaced an adjacent cutout valve all the intervening piping and a faucet all under the same quoted price. Honestly, the price seemed quite high to us initially and we thought to reduce our rating because of it, but it seems to be the going rate based on our second quote and Coreys workmanship and customer service was well deserving of a 5+ star rating.
