I had a stressful situation when my old, worn-out water heater finally gave out. Luckily, my neighbor Vladimir was able to come to the rescue! Not only was he able to replace my water heater within a few hours of my call, but he also offered honest and fair pricing. Vladimir was very responsive, informative, reliable, and reasonable in pricing. He took care to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance, and removed his shoes when entering our house which just had new floors installed.He worked quickly and his finished product was professionally done. Weve had several issues with our rental properties that are older, craftsman style homes with cast iron plumbing. Hot water tank was leaking. Thought I would have to replace it. Called Vladimir and he came out the same day and fixed the leak. Less honest companies may have taken the unit out and replaced it for a lot more money, but Vladimir knew the leak was a common problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Would call him again for any of my plumbing needs.THANK YOU!!.
