My experience with Michael was nothing short of excellent. I had an emergency issue that he was able to take care of with relatively short notice and also addressed some other plumbing-related things I had needed to get done as well. I no longer live in SD but have peace of mind knowing that I have someone I can trust the next time I have plumbing issues at my rental property.

Had a pinhole leak in a copper line, went to Home Depot to purchase JB weld, long story short it didnt work. Time to call in the professionals. Michael and Max showed up within a couple of hours of calling them in the morning. Friendly and knowledgeable about the situation and how to fix it. Make quick work of the situation, now Im back to having running water! Dont hesitate to call Michaels Valley Plumbing Service Pros.

As a homeowner, I needed help finding parts to a twelve-year-old leaking shower valve, and bathtub parts. Michael had them. And he had the expertise about them. (Its not as simple as installing a new washer on a garden hose.) He took the time to explain to me the tricks of the trade about changing out these plumbing parts. I felt that person to person help and not the bums rush. I trust him and recommend him.

Im so thankful that I got referred to Mike and his team because they were so awesome from the very beginning. We had a gas leak and SDGE had to shut off our gas meter which required city approval. Mike brought peace to what otherwise would have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation. However, the biggest thing that stood out to me was not only how knowledgable Mike was about plumbing, but how he really cared about my familys well being and really advocated for us to get hot water as soon as possible. On top of that, the quality of work was done exceptionally well and for a really fair price. I really could not recommend San Diego Sewer Contractor 911 enough!
