I had a call from my tenants in Escondido late on a Friday night about a shower backing up into the bathroom. I searched for a plumber in Escondido and Rooter Solutions ad popped up with a drain cleaning special of $54.00.I called them Saturday morning. They answered the phone and set me up with a same day appointment. The staff who answered the phone was excellent. Our technician, Morgan, was also great. He texted me an eta that was accurate. This was helpful to let me tenants know an eta.Morgan arrived to the site and got to work. He snaked the line and also ran a camera down the line. The main line has a droop in it underground, causing material to back up over time.This company was excellent, their communication was great. They came out the same day I called and fixed my issue. I will 100% call them next time we have an issue.Thanks again!!

Morgan was sent out to repair our dishwasher that was spilling water all over our counters. He was great. Showed up same day within about an hour. Did a good job and was very quick with it. I was having a roof replacement done and my main sewer line clogged up @ the same time!! I called rooter solutions because they had a great deal of $54 to fix a clog. They came out the same day before 3 hours had passed. Morgan was very polite, knowledgeable and clean. We decided in the end that it would be best to clean out the main sewer line after using a camera to look inside (thanks Isai!!). They came the next morning and cleared the line through the roof vent. They brought a large team so that every aspect of the job was covered and ultimately they were able to get everything back up and running fairly quickly. It definitely cost a lot more than $54, but Ive learned a lot about my system and will soon move forward with replacement of all my old cast iron in the near future using this great team. Alfredo, Morgan and Isai were great to work with, very knowledgeable, speedy and professional. Thanks again for all your help!!

I purchased my home in 2021, but I never thought I would find myself needing to redo my entire plumbing within 2 years! I reached out to Rooter Solutions, and that same day, there was a tech (Pedro) that sprung into action to try and figure out what was going on. He quickly called up his supervisor Isai, who brought a camera and showed me the condition of my pipes. Once we realized how bad things were, he walked me through my options and helped me get financed with the company! That was such a relief because I had no idea where I was going to come up with the money. That same day, Isai and Pedro had a crew come to my house and started the repair. The crew Jose Mosqueda, Pedro, and Carlos Teddy were all aware that my children and I were staying in a hotel, so they hurried to get us back in the house. Poor guys stayed at my house until 9 pm one day because they came across an issue but didnt want to delay the work. They had to open an additional area but first called me to ask if it was ok and where did I want my things moved to. They covered everything, to ensure my floors and walls didnt get damaged. Once everything was complete, Isai came back to my house with the camera to show me the repairs that were made. I was anticipating the process to take weeks, but they were able to replace my entire home plumbing within a week! I truly appreciate everyone! Oh! even the owner came to check the process! He wanted to get me back in ASAP. They were all so sweet and efficient. Thank you guys so much!!

We couldn’t be more pleased and the technician, Joseph, was as nice as he could be and very knowledgeable.Rooter’s technique for discovering problems in the lines and pipes that may be hard to detect otherwise helped prevent an issue that would have been very costly if not caught in time. Many companies might just let it happen and reap the benefits a job like that can bring, but they didn’t do that (and they could have) and for that I am very grateful.We trust this company, and nowadays trust and ethical behavior are hard to come by. I had a stuck faucet that would not turn on. Frank was patient he got it to loosen up, and the water started flowing. Hallelujah! I also noted that the garbage disposal needed some help. He literally showed me what to do and also fixed the problem. He didnt charge me for his efforts. So now I know who to go to if I ever have a plumbing problem. You have earned a customer for life!

When our sink was blocked for several days and plumbers had limited availability due to the upcoming holiday, I called Rooter Solutions and they scheduled a visit right the next morning, even though it was Christmas Eve. Gil came out to help us, and he was professional and helpful. He not only unblocked our sink, he also installed a stoppage point in the pipes so we could have easier access. He explained what could do to maintain the pipes on a weekly basis. He really went above and beyond in a short time period. We will definitely use this company again!

I had a kitchen sink clog and instead of calling my usual plumbing company I saw the RS ad for $54. I decided to give them a try and Im very happy with their service. Ryan and Nick came to my house the same day I called and was on time. Ryan fixed the clog and pointed out there was a leak under the sink. He came back the next morning on time and replaced the part. Both Ryan and Nick were very considerate, friendly and personable and I felt very comfortable with them right away. All the personnel that I had contact with was very professional and friendly. I felt like a valued customer. The receptionists on the phone were friendly and polite. I will be calling RS for any future plumbing needs. Im very happy with the price and the expert work that was done!

The Supervisor suggested opening the wall. Gil said give me a chance to try again. Gil did it! $54 later yhe sink was unclogged.Ask for Gil. Per my experience he is a decent and honest man.

It was more than a basic pipe cleaning and after some camera work through old cast iron we knew it was time to upgrade most all of our drainage system. These folks got right on it, located the problem areas, and did some real magic replacing and relining most all of the cast iron under the slab. They were thorough, cleaned up nicely after each days work, and we were quite pleased with the job they did. We especially enjoyed getting to know Gil, one of their plumbing technicians. What a gentleman!

Ruben came on time and was very kind and helpful. Gilbert came within an hour and a half of calling them, after they called twice to update exact time, which is very quick for Saturday morning, did the probing and cleaning work, didnt work, supervisor brought the camera and we discovered the clogging was in the main cast iron pipe part under the house, so they brought the hydrojet equipment and using more than 200 feet of hose water blasted the clog away. All in all good time for the type of clog in a 70 year old pipe. We were able to do our deeds and shower by 2 pm Saturday, BIG relief.

Juan called & showed up in an hr.He did not have a cutter head for snake but offered their jetting solution, called office and Isaih showed and discussed solution. Juan / Isaih offered to video the pipe so I could see exactly what was going on as part of free estimate. WOW. Was I impressed.The jetting was more expensive than I was used to, but the they agreed to an more accommodating price since I was only doing the one patio drain and not the whole house sewer.Once we agreed, they provided a written estimate. Juan went to get the giant jetting machine, started work and had the line cleaned in just a couple hrs.Hats off to Juan & Isaih for expedient , professional , clean job.
