    Updating my review because the company did come out and remedy the situation. Giving back 3 stars because even though it had been 2 years since the original work the GM called me and was himself very upset. You can see the difference in how the pipes were initially installed to how they look now. It has an appropriate slope to the sewer, seems to be attached with new hardware and all is well. I’m still not happy that this cost me a lot of time and stress but the quick response and willingness to come out right away to correct this is very much appreciated. I was not expecting them to do that.Initially thought highly of these guys but I’m updating my review to 1 star because I’ve now had to go back under the house to see what was happening. Turns out the company I thought so highly of for fixing some old pipes used the same old rusty brackets the old pipes were attached to and now they started to break and the new pipe is sagging to the point of drainage not working properly. Installing a new bracket seems like something you shouldn’t even have to ask about. This is just plain lazy and shows a complete lack of care in my opinion. I definitely will not be calling them again.

    I called this company to have a whole house water filtration system installed. They set up an appointment for the next day to come check the place and to give me an estimate. The next morning I received a text message confirming the appointment. After that I received another text telling me that Arnold will be at my place within 30 minutes. In the thirty minutes Arnold arrived. He seemed to be very nice and polite person. he checked the area where I want the filter to be installed. and he gave me the information needed about the system and the job estimate. I told him to go ahead and order the filter and set up an appointment to come install it. They ordered the part. They called me back to set up an appointment to come install it. Which was three days after he came. Again, same thing, they communicated with me very well to set up the date and time. The technician Anthony Lopez showed up in the morning to take care of the job. It took them about 3-4 hours to complete it. After finishing the job, they cleaned the area where he worked. they also set up another appointment and 48 hours to come back to test everything and activate the system. They showed up in 48 hours to finish everything. everything is working so well and no issues so far. These people was very honest and Straight forward. They are very professional in every way. Whether in communication or timing and in the way they they do the job. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you much John Padilla!

    We reached out to John Padilla Plumbing on a Friday morning - hoping they could come help us before the holiday weekend begun. We were having issues with water gurgling and toilets/showers backing up. They worked some magic and were able to squeeze us in within a few hours.Once Lendale arrived, he not only explained exactly what was going on but how the problem was created in the first place. Lendale went above and beyond for us and treated our home with the utmost care. He made us feel like he had our best interests in mind & that feels especially good when you’re having someone come out for an emergency service and are nervous about costs and being ripped off. I can’t say enough good things about Lendale and will now refer him/JP Plumbing to anyone I can.

    I needed work done on the bathtub faucets in all 3 of my bathrooms. Arnold Valadez came by to give us a free estimate and was very professional and courteous. Jose Ponce came the next day to perform the work and was equally professional and courteous. Both employees wore disposable shoe covers while entering the house. They were very knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. I did notice that my faucet handle was a bit wiggly and Jose came out the next day to fix it and was just as friendly as the first day. I will use John Padilla Plumbing in the future and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.One thing to note is that the faucets Arnold Valadez offered from the catalog during his quote were not the same model as what they installed. Both brands were Moen, but I would have rather had the more modern style that was shown to us from the catalog. It wasnt until after they were finished when I noticed they werent the same.

    We were recently in need of a licensed plumber to establish a water line from sink across the kitchen to their refrigerator, I contacted a few plumbers and one plumber needed us to jump through hoops before scheduling appointment and the one appointment that was scheduled Tuesday for Friday 3-5 was abruptly cancelled on Thursday instead of getting second confirmation they ere asked to reschedule for Monday as the assigned plumbers last job was taking longer than expected so we declined and randomly ran across John Padilla Plumbing, who eagerly accommodated our needs with a same day 3-5 appointment which worked out great on Friday.Adam Harman and and Jose arrived on time as promised with smiles and meticulously evaluated and came up with a plan that both the customer and plumber agreed upon, quoted a reasonable price for the scope of work to be completed including required supplies , and since it was late Friday scheduled job for first thing Monday morning.I love that John Padilla Plumbing has a great team of staff who provided outstanding customer service, great communication from start to finish via emails & texts. First on Friday notified us the technician Adam Harman was on his way via text, then technician followed up with a phone call to let us know their estimated time of arrival, emailed confirmation of Monday 11/25/2924 appointment was received minutes after Adam and Jose departed, Sunday a reminder text was also received, as well as text received Monday morning informing us technician Jose Ponce was on his way and Jose and Noel literally showed up minutes later as scheduled.I am grateful for Jose Ponce and Noels knowledge , attention to detail, hard work going above and beyond accommodating our requests and answered each and every question with smiles we asked. If I could given them 10 stars I would and would definitely recommend and use John Padilla Plumbing services again!

    Anthony was great!! Him and the team diagnosed the problem and contacted the manufacturer and we ended up getting parts sent to us that were covered under warranty but we ultimately decided on getting a new tankless water heater installed. They came out originally on a Thursday and we had them install the next Monday. They worked fast and got it installed with zero issues and now I have hot water again. Will definitely work with them again!!

    Excellent service. We needed to have a new water softener installed and Sam Balladares did a great job. He was very methodical and thorough with the installation and best of all he answered all our questions. He left his business card and said that at any time we had a problem with the installation we should call the company and ask for him.The company has a flat rate for the work and it was very reasonable considering the amount work that needed to be done.We definitely will call John Plumbing in the future.

    We had a faucet fail during an event at my daughters home. Jose Ponce arrived in under an hour and was courteous, professional and so respectful of our space. He fixed it up quickly so we would still have water until a part could be ordered. She has an old house that presented challenges but he was entirely prepared and knowledgeable about older SD homes.     I had an emergency and needed a valve replaced for laundry and was able to schedule them same day. Anthony came out first but unfortunately couldnt do the service because the laundry machine was in the way. I really appreciated the assessment he gave and time spent to explain things even though he couldnt do the work. I needed to schedule another time due to coordinating with someone to move the machine, and they were very accommodating and made it work! Price was fair and service was thorough. Brandon, who ultimately did the work did an awesome job and took extra time to put the drywall back together. I highly recommend John Padilla Plumbing!

    Johnny Serrano arrived on time, was very professional, explained how he would solve my issue, provided an estimate, and answered all of my questions or concerns. He replaced my washer hot & cold water valves, tested and checked for leaks and left the area with no mess! Very happy with their service and will call on them again!!

    I called J. Padilla plumbing as the Hot Water Heater at our condo developed a leak. It didn’t appear to be a complete failure of the tank. The plumber we’ve used recently was unable to come quickly (busy with bigger job), JP schedulers were able to get us set up for next day. Service Tech called ahead as promised so we could confirm with our tenant, gave us his recs and then 2 numbers quoted based on the age of the HW Heater. We opted for the repair, he got it done, then stopped by our house and we handled the bill and payment easily. HW Heater is now working fine, no leaks. Thanks J. Padilla plumbing.

    I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Diosdado San Roque! He was incredibly professional, arrived quickly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my toilet. He even fixed our leaky kitchen faucet. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving.     Dee came by my condo and was knowledgeable and articulate. He completed a job replacing several turn off valves under my sink. He took before and after pictures. I was given options! He went above and beyond in completing the project I called for and thoroughly checked for some plumbing concerns I have. He even explained everything in details, very friendly and very honest.     I called this company after 9pm about an emergency with a leaking water heater. Jose Ponce was the technician who showed up the next morning to help with the issue.     I called John Padilla Plumbing because of a faulty main water valve. Their drainage arm of the business had helped me earlier this year with a clogged kitchen drain issue. They did a great job.Javier was dispatched to help me with my water valve replacement issue. I received a text message 30 minutes prior to his arrival saying he was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly got to work. Replacement of the valve was not an easy job since the valve was in a tight space.Upon completion of the replacement, he spent some quality time testing the repair to ensure there were no leaks. Once successfully tested,, he cleaned up and patched the hole in the wall where the previous valve handle had protruded outside the house.In summary, I would recommend Jon Padilla Plumbing for their professionalism, customer service and quality of work.

    Very disappointed with this company. The original quoted price was on the higher end, but I trusted them to do the work correctly so I hired them anyways. It turns out that they decided to build a brand new valve on a shower pan that was compromised. Instead of letting me know about the compromised shower pan before completing the work, they decided to go ahead with the valve repair anyways. Seems like this company is just out to make a few bucks, and does not care about integrity, or keeping their customers informed. Do not work with this company.UPDATE-the company came out later that same day to address the oversight. I appreciate the quick response to my concerns. I now have a good way ahead.

    We recently had a leak from the upstairs shower and were in need of a plumber. We had used Staight line plumbing before but now the name and ownership has changed. Brandon had worked in my home before, he installed our water system.He is very knowledgeable, kind and respectful.     Best plumbing company I’ve had work on my home. From the initial inspection and estimate through the job they were all very professional. Jose Ponce did the work and his attention to detail and the quality of the work he did was outstanding.     I had a great experience with Padilla Plumbing. The estimator showed up in the morning, gave me a fair price and was able to have someone on site by noon. Sam Balladares did an outstanding job on a tough plumbing job. It involved him going under the house in the crawl space to replace a leaking toilet drain and then replacing all the valves and sealants for the toilet. He stayed until the job was done - despite it being after normal working hours and did it with a smile on is face and a great attitude. Ask for him by name!

    So we’ve had issues with one sink upstairs in a double sink and the kitchen faucet. Everything else ran fine and we called ASI bc they have done so much work for us. They told us we needed a repipe…ouch…gave us a quote of 30k. We called around for more quotes and one guy came and said “this is not a repipe problem.”We called John Padilla and we had someone out the next day, figured it out and we had everything fixed by Dee and it’s PERFECT. I am so grateful. They saved us sooooo much money and fixed the issue bc they were HONEST.Call these folks - they’re the only people I’ll trust to do work here again.

    Have used John Padilla plumbing for over 10 years with a variety of plumbing issues and will continue to do so. Most recently, I called with a stopped up kitchen sink at 1:00 pm on a weekday afternoon. Within an hour and a half, John Brown, their technician (plumber) was at our home and thirty minutes later the problem was fixed. He was efficient, neat, pleasant and accommodating. Could not have asked for more. Charges were appropriate and less than I would have expected. John Padilla plumbiis at the top of my list. Highest recommendation.

    I needed a plumber on short notice, and a friend referred me to John Padilla Plumbing. They accommodated me the same afternoon I called. Jose and Jesus arrived on time and were both professional and knowledgeable. We did not use them for any repairs (our upstairs neighbor did, for the source of the leak), so I cant speak to pricing, but they located and resolved the source of the issue for us and were very helpful with us about next steps regarding our repairs for the water damage.
