Get rooter and plumbing was advertised in a mailed coupon book. I checked them out on yelp and have to leave a great review for them. A) I called around 8pm and immediately a friendly woman took my information double checking it and confirming the level of urgency. She then said someone would call me back within the hour to schedule for the next morning. B) Im not sure if I even waited a minute before Javier called me back. I gave him info on the problem and he scheduled me for 8-10 the next morning and said the tech would give me a call about 30 minutes out. I often have the experience where the heads up call doesnt happen, or they are outside the window. Not with Javier! C) Right around 9:25 I got the call for 30 minutes and it was Javier headed my way. Right around 9:55 Javier arrived with a colleague who assists him with cleanup. D) I felt good about Javier right away. Great communicator and patient and wants to explain things so you understand them and your options. I know a reasonable amount about plumbing. He did NOT try to upsell me and he knew what he was doing. E) My clean out access was not what it needed to be to clear the problem. He told me my options which were not ideal or cheap or hygenic - but he wasnt done trying. F) Javier was creative and tried multiple tools, snakes and cameras to get the job done simply for now so we could use the plumbing. He DID it! So the place is habitable and I now know exactly what I need to do (install a 2 way clean-out) but can save money up to do it rather than do it as an emergency. G) He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, honest, and a good communicator. If you’re reading reviews, you know that’s hard to come by. He got my problem fixed for now and told me what I need to do to avoid this in the future. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this company . I had a clog they came over and somehow it had cleared from previous days snaking but I didn’t know that , I felt bad they came out for nothing but Mannie was so nice about it . However, I did need a garbage disposal installed so I scheduled apt with them . They showed up did a nice job charged me reasonable price . In both cases they were within their window of time responsive and kind . Javier was responding quickly to my messages and very helpful . Both Mannie and Javier were great to deal with . Get Rooter & Plumbing was all around great to work with!!! To top it off they were the 3rd plumber I contacted to fix a broken pipe, and was half the price of the 1st plumber that gave me an estimate just from me sending a picture via text message. The 2nd plumber wanted to open the wall instead of crawling under my house to fix the pipe, and when I said no just to use the crawl space he added $300 to the estimate. Get Rooter & Plumbing asked to crawl under the house to give me a proper estimate with no extra charge, or even knowing I was going to go with them at all. Best of all it was after work when I discovered the leak and they fix the pipe that night with a very positive attitude about everything. Great price and great service!!!

Get Rooter came out and gave me a price for installing a new water regulator that was $700 less than another plumbing services estimate. The serviceman also accurately diagnosed that a fill valve was causing noise in my water pipes which the other company didnt. Although they had to come out two more times to correct installation errors, they did so quickly. I dont know why there was such a disparity between the two companies costs, but I will definitely contact Get Rooter again if I have another issue in the future. Thank you, Andrew.

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as the rest of his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly. Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasnt a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we had the ABS piping that should normally not back up. Now thats service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming.

Water-flow shuts off automatically now when the toilet bowl is flushed😀 Definitely a satisfied customer!

Kevin is wonderful! Very nice and efficient with a tricky leak detection and repair. We had a leak from an upstairs sink leaking into the ceiling and room below. The leak was in a difficult location behind the sink where other companies might have needed to remove our entire vanity (which is built into the wall). Kevin rolled up his sleeves, got it there, and got the job done. He saved us the trouble of having to do a full blown bathroom renovation by leaving our sink and vanity intact. Not only did he fix the problem for us, he also cleared the drain while he was at it without prompting! Also Andrew, our initial contact and dispatch, is super courteous and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Get Rooter Rooter for all of your plumbing services!

We were able to get same day service and a very reasonable price. I had a semi clogged toilet and had received a quote from another company that was more than I thought it would be. So I opted out and went for another opinion. I found Get Rooter & Plumbing on Yelp, sent them a message and within minutes I got a response. They were able to send a technician out to me the same day. Andrew was the technician and he was super friendly, nice and informative, told me what he was going to do and did just that. He unclogged my toilet and was able to tell me what caused the toilet to clog and put everything back all under an hour. I definitely recommend them!

My toilet was running. The plumber came by, diagnosed the needed part, and came back to replace it. Unfortunately, the new part didn’t fix the issue, so I called back within 30 minutes of the plumber leaving. He came back immediately, re-diagnosed the problem, and replaced another part, and the toilet was fixed. He was extremely nice and diligent. I was really impressed with his professionalism and the overall customer service of the company. I would highly recommend their services!

Company responded to inquiry almost immediately via email. We switched to text and they were very professional. Had someone responding and at my house within about two hours. Technician was extremely polite and helpful, explained the pricing and services. No surprise fees or hassles, although having the kitchen faucet replaced cost a surprising $460 (including the price of the faucet, which they provided). Besides the unexpectedly high cost, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them.

I wanted my sink and faucet replaced. Kevin was o time and very polite. He clearly knew what he was doing and did the installation very quickly. I wanted a new air release and didn’t realize it was not in the sink kit. He told me what I needed and I ran to Lowe’s. He also suggested that while a was there I get a new hose for the garbage disposal. I was glad that he didn’t just reinstall the old cruddy one.
