After noticing some water on drywall, l called Exodus Plummbing. Mauricio was able to come the following day. He is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem right away. He was on time, honest and helpful. We’ll definitely beusing Exodus plumbing again.Update! l once again call Exodus Plumbing (Mauricio). l remodel my bathroom he came out and install water valve, inverter valve for hand held shower, run the shower head some inches up. He install quarter turn valves for toilet and faucet fixture and installed the toilet. After tile was installed he came back to install the fixtures of the shower. Exodus Plumbing just completed a project last week in my crawl space replacing my plumbing, some of whichwasa century old and cracked,and leaking. This was a fairly complicated project as I was also having my crawl space encapsulated by another company that needed Exodus to first remove all plumbing in order for them to do their work. The two companies worked together to make the process as smooth as possible, coordinating their work nd trying to keep everything on track. The combined project ended up taking longer than had been anticipated, but apparently because they were trying to get it right. The workers from Exodus Plumbing were friendly and courteous and very professional and very hard workers.

Reasonable price and quick response. I asked for a quote and received a response fairly quickly. They even responded to me at around 10 pm! The company sent a technician the next day and kept me updated on where the technician was and when he would arrive, allowing me to manage my time better instead of waiting all day. The job was done by Gilbert in less than 30 minutes (replacing two valves for the washer). He was friendly and professional. I will definitely choose Exodus Plumbing again.

Big recommendation for Exodus. We thought we had a leak due to some odor in our house. Exodus dispatch responded within minutes of submitting a request on their website and let me know someone would be available today to take a look. Gilbert promptly arrived within the window provided and did a thorough investigation of our plumbing. He did not find any issues but suggested it could be our vent pipes needing cleaning. He said they could do it but it was an easy job and if I didn’t mind going on the roof I could save money doing it myself. He let us know if the smells persist to call them back and they could do a more detailed diagnosis. He also said there was no charge for the inspection. Quick service, honest assessments, and fair pricing from a plumbing company! I will definitely be using Exodus for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks to Exodus and Gilbert!

I had a leak in a hot water line under my house. I found Exodus Plumbing online and asked them to come assess the situation. The owner came out and recommended we have a leak detection specialist come out to pin point the leak as it wasnt obvious where the actual leak was. After locating the leak, Edgar from Exodus came back to make the repair. He was extremely professional and friendly. They were on time for both appointments and also let me know when they were on the way. The estimate was more than fair considering the nature of the work. Im sure some companies would have asked for much more. They also recommended getting a water pressure regulator as our water pressure is way above the recommended PSI. All in all, I was very pleased with Exodus Plumbing and wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

Exodus Plumbing was immediately accessible by phone and available to come over right away. We had three problems: We had a mystery hum. Edgar figured out what it was, no charge. The leaking toilet was easily diagnosed and only required a new flapper. He then diagnosed the leak in the shower. This needed more time to replace the inner workings, but everything was done with great care and concern for quality in the materials and workmanship, taking the time to do work that would last, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

If you are looking for a plumbing company to help you. Look no further! I have called almost every company in San Diego and found this one which is IMO the best priced and has the best customer service by far!It’s interesting because this was the last company I had the patience to call. Just based off the cheerful tone of voice and positive attitude the call representative answering had, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Now it was just a matter of the pricing.Diagnostic is free! Which I feel like less than half of the companies I called provided.My plumber’s name was, MAURICIO and he was THE BEST! Super friendly guy, calm and knowledgeable, and does his job with a smile.Mauricio helped with changing a shower cartridge. This shower cartridge was old. Like really old. So old the house was probably built around the shower cartridge. Being this old the cartridge was super corroded and was not easy to remove. Pieces of the plastic we’re breaking off and the cartridge came out in two separate parts instead of one entire piece like it’s supposed to.Other companies didn’t want to deal with this cartridge and said they have to replace the entire shower and the piping which would have cost up to a thousand dollars. Mauricio got it done without having to do a ridiculous amount of work and charge an arm and a leg.This is the first time I have used Exodus Plumbing and I am more than satisfied! I had work done by Exodus Plumbing four times this past month. The first time Jesus replace a toilet tank fill valve and a sink p-trap. The second time Emilio replaced two bathroom faucets and fixed a leak under the kitchen sink. The final two times Mauricio replaced the kitchen faucet, three angle stops, and the water pressure regulator. They are professional and thorough and they worked quickly but carefully. They charge a fair price.I first learned about Exodus when I saw one of their trucks on the street. I did not need a plumber at the time but I looked them up on Yelp anyway. Their reviews are impressive. I called their phone number to “interview” them for future reference. I learned that they don’t charge by the hour like many other plumbers do, and they provide a free estimate from a texted photo of the problem or an in person visit. Great, they passed the interview. Two weeks later my toilet broke. I hired them through Yelp the first time and called them directly after that. Exodus will be my go-to plumbing service from now on.

Chicken fat, bacon grease made its way to create a dam to prevent the grey water to travel to its final destination. It’s 6:00 pm and the stomachs of elderly residents at our care facility will go empty tomorrow morning if the clogged drain is not cleared. He removed the toilet and found a blockage. Reinstalled the toilet, tried everything out, and remarked that the clog was still not entirely gone. He then repeated the process. They were able to cap the faucet so I could turn my water shutoff back on and then were out the next day for repairs and putting in a new valve and shower handle.
