We encountered the dreaded water heater issue today and thank goodness for Castleworks Home Services, and especially our technician Chris Beauvoir. We were fortunate that Chris was available, arrived a day early to address our issue, and restored our hot water. Thank you Chris! He was very professional, succinctly articulated the issue, provided multiple solutions and then proceeded to fix our issue. He repaired the system better than new and provided safeguards to protect us in the future! We would highly recommend Castleworks and hope that you would have as great a technician as we did with Chris.

When we needed a replacement water heater, we initially checked out Lowe’s and Home Depot to explore their brands and models. However, the staff at these stores weren’t very knowledgeable about the specific brands, installation requirements, or warranties beyond what was published. Then we noticed our old water heater had a CASTLEWORKS WATER HEATERS sticker on it, so we thought, Why not give them a call?That’s when we met CHRISTOPHER BEAUVOIR, who was dispatched to assist us. From the moment he arrived, MR. BEAUVOIR introduced himself and the company professionally and asked about our needs. He patiently answered all our questions about water heater options, including natural gas versus electric power sources, explaining the pros and cons of each.We were curious about tankless water heaters, and MR. BEAUVOIR explained their advantages and disadvantages in detail, helping us weigh factors like efficiency, installation requirements, and cost. Since price was an important factor for us, he presented several options tailored to our budget. There was absolutely no pressure or salesmanship—just honest, clear information. Even as my wife, father-in-law, and I fired off numerous questions, he answered them all with expertise and patience.When it came to installation, MR. BEAUVOIR went above and beyond. He explained that the gas water heater overflow system, also known as the temperature and pressure relief (T&P) discharge pipe, needed to meet specific safety requirements. Not only did he describe these, but he also showed us how the piping could be routed, recommending that it discharge outside the garage to the front of the house. He detailed the labor and cost involved, giving us complete transparency.To our surprise, after we agreed to move forward with the installation, MR. BEAUVOIR informed us he could complete the job that same day—even though it was already late afternoon! He removed and disposed of our old water heater, installed the new one, and completed the necessary piping work, all in record time. He then walked us through everything he had done, including the copper piping and overflow setup, and even advised us to run the bathtub to clear any debris before waiting for the hot water to flow.The level of service we received was exceptional. MR. BEAUVOIR’S professionalism, expertise, and willingness to accommodate our needs exceeded all expectations. We’re still amazed at how quickly and efficiently everything was done, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.If you’re in the Ventura area and looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, patient, and skilled, then we strongly recommend CHRISTOPHER BEAUVOIR from CASTLEWORKS WATER HEATERS.
