As soon as I consulted with Castle Comfort, I knew the owner Carlos was going to be my duct installer. He seemed very knowledgeable and was experienced at his craft.Carlos and his team worked tirelessly to neatly install a new steel duct system and did a stellar job, ensuring all openings were properly sealed. His opinion was trustworthy, and he took care of details like arranging HERS testing.Carlos arrived and completed the job when he said he would, respected the property, and he and his team were incredibly professional and polite. His rates are affordable. Several neighbors approached while he was working and wanted estimates.Our HVAC used to pull in contaminated crawl space air from a faulty duct system, and now our household can enjoy air that is clean as a whistle for the rest of the season. Castle Comfort is the one, look no further for all your HVAC needs!

Carlos and Irene did not disappoint as per usual. Best price I could have hoped for, excellent customer service of course, cleanliness of the job and punctuality as always from Carlos and his team. Castle Comfort was recommended to me by a relative. Our initial A/C install needed repairs after a year from install. Install from a previous company was done all wrong (furnace, duct work, vents).Carlos was able to identify the issue and provide us with a VERY VERY reasonable price to redo the duct work and vent installation. Other company quotes didn’t even come near the pricing that Carlos offered.HIGHLY recommend Castle Comfort!!

Carlos provided a smart and fair estimate for an ac/heat unit and promptly and nearly installed it in such a way that it did overpower the small cottage.We ended up hiring him two more times to install a split ac/heater for our other rental properties.

My air conditioner went out . The blower for furnace and air no longer worked. Unit was older original with home . The cost to replace versus just getting part made us decide to just get a new system. Carlos was so kind and professional. He explain our options and costs. He offer us financing because we were not prepared for the expense. This helped us out a great deal. The work was excellent. Neat , clean and considerate of our pets . He patched hole when replacing thermostat with a new model. Offered to paint. So thankful for quality and honesty. Highly recommend. Could not ask for better service.

Wanted to leave a review of my experience of having my HVAC installed by Castle Comfort, specifically Carlos and his team. The prices were very competitive compared to the competition and the level of service and customer care was top notch. During installation, they always ensured that drop cloths were laid down first to protect my floors. When theyre done by the end of the day, they clean up any debris that remained on the floor. Carlos was always very polite, respectful and well-mannered. He was careful and explained in great detail of the work he would be performing. Overall, very great experience and money well spent on the HVAC install. The AC is now blowing cold and the furnace no longer sounds like a freight train in my living room. Thanks, Castle Comfort!

I cannot recommend Castle Comfort highly enough. I needed a mini-split AC/heater system installed, and Carlos and his team were professionals from the beginning. I got estimates from multiple places, and Carlos was the most knowledgeable and friendly, and the pricing was on point.His team communicated very clearly with us, were very responsive, and it is an overall highly trustworthy and professional service. The work they did was clean and works perfectly, and they were in and out in 1.5 days. Five Stars all around for Carlos and his company, Castle Comfort! He delivered 100% in all areas of the job! Carlos was prompt, kind, and professional in viewing our potential project, estimating, and giving us a bid. Carlos is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience in the HVAC field. He installed seven mini-split units in our home over the course of one week and did most of the work himself, except for a few phases that required additional manpower. In those cases, he brought in a few workers that were also very courteous and efficient.My husband is a retired general contractor who, like Carlos, ran his own small business, and who has very high standards for construction work. Carlos worked up to and exceeded my husbands expectations in terms of quality, safety, and appearance of the finished work. Neat and tidy is an understatement for Carlos and his team - they wore booties when in the house, used a vacuum device to minimize dust when cutting into the walls and ceilings, and cleaned the floors thoroughly when finished. The units he chose to install are of the highest quality - Daikin - and we are very pleased with his calculation/recommendation of which size to use in each area.Dont hesitate to call Carlos for an estimate - youll be supporting a wonderful local small family business and find much more value in his work than those big HVAC companies in town that spend huge amounts of money on advertising!

My A/C broke in the middle of the high heats, I called all around San Diego and no one could come and help fast enough. A friend recomended Castle Comfort and told me they provided top of the line service. I called and set up an appointment. When the technician arrived he was super nice and as he was fixing the A/C unit, he was explaining to me what was the problem and gave me tips on how to keep my A/C unit running longer and better. I have never had a better service than this. Their prices are better than their competitors. Excellent customer service and best experience overall. We got a mini-split, and Castle Comfort did an incredibly good job. Everyone was very professional, and the mini-split looks great and works super well. They really went above and beyond for us, giving us quotes on a couple of different options. And it didnt take them long at all to finish the work. They also cleaned up super well after. I would highly recommend them.

He is very professional, shared his knowledge, respective to your property, honest and list would not end . Highly recommend this company for the service you need to get with your AC . We had a great experience with Castle Comfort, they are very proffesionals, responsible, serious, extremely clean, always on time and the work was completed without delays. They installed the A/C/Heater pump last winter and they came a few days ago to double check everything was running well for the summer and in addition they replaced the filters, and cleaned up the system as part of the job (no extra charge). Quality/price ratio is the best we found in San Diego. Definetly we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much Carlos for giving some extra quality and Comfort to our Castle!!!

Words sometimes cant described the actions that certain people do. In this case Juan a technician at Castle Comfort Heating & Cooling was very informative and helpful. Castle Comfort Heating & Cooling is the best company I have ever dealt with. Juan installed a AC unit for about 20% less than the other companies. He also made recommendations in regards to the existing duct work. You need to hire Castle Comfort for all your Ac, heating and plumbing make sure you ask for Juan, he is a truly an expert. I am beyond impressed with Castle Comfort. We needed our furnace wholly removed and replaced. Our technician, Carlos, and his team were a dream to work with. Highly communicative, we knew exactly what the team was doing and why.They made sure to wear protective booties on their feet and dispose of any waste at no additional cost. My upstairs AC unit was about to die on Labor Day weekend, I assumed we wouldn’t be able to get it repaired during the holiday weekend. The wife found Castle Comfort on Facebook and gave him a call, Carlos made time for us on a Sunday, and provided an in depth inspection and quote. He showed up promptly on Labor Day and found a leak in my AC line, not only did he repair the leak but conducted an inspection and repair on my downstairs AC unit with no added costs. Carlos also installed my nest thermostats and painted the wall after removing the old thermostats. I know more than I ever wanted to know about Air Conditioning thanks to Carlos, he is a true professional and saved me thousands. He is my go to for any heating, AC and plumbing issues I may have in the future. Highly recommended, I would give him twenty stars if possible. Thank you Carlos, you are the man!!!!
