    Black Mountain Plumbing came highly recommended by a San Diego Plumbing supply owner. The repair I needed was far from easy and also involved a tricky tile situation. The results were faultless and perfect! I am very pleased. From the first contact, through the estimate, work, documentation and results, they were extremely professional, proactive and punctual. Their work is flawless and they took pictures to reflect the before and after results. Their pricing is fair and value for money.

    Robert S from Black Mountain plumbing was amazing. First of all they arrived within two hours of setting up the appointment and Robert went above and beyond in giving me all the information I needed about water damage that happened behind my refrigerator. He cleanly and efficiently changed the valve and double checked other areas in the home. It was the best experience considering I was dealing with an issue that is no fun to have to fix.

    Black Mtn Plumbing was very professional and great communication. They were able to come the same day which helped. They do charge an evaluation fee (which ISN’T applied as credit if you move forward with the work. It’s almost $200 which is pricey as you need to add that to the actual cost of the repair. With plumbers in the past, they have added that as credit if they do the repair). They were very upfront on cost so it wasn’t a surprise. Was just expensive. But we got the leak fixed and happy with the work they did

    What a blessing to have hot water again! Our water heater wouldn’t stay lit. Daniel with Black Mountain showed up disassembled the parts and had everything repaired in no time! Price was very reasonable and works like new again!

    I wish I could have left more than five stars. Black Mountain Plumbing deserves it! I had a plumbing leak at my house and every single person that we dealt with (the telephone assistant, the plumber that completed the repair, even the owner of the business) was fantastic. They were courteous, professional and FAST - and did everything to determine how to best help me. They even connected me to a mitigation company to help with repairs to my house related to damage from the leak. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue!

    I had Daniel come out to look at a leaking shower head. He diagnosed the problem and spent time on the phone with the manufacturer so he could get more information about the exact part needed.     So Professional! Of course our shower valve decided to stay “on” even with the handle turned to the “off” position when we were out of town and had a house sitter. I had used Black Mountain Plumbing before so I called them right away and they were able to fit us in. We were given a couple hour window and Joel was assigned to the job. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very polite calling to let me know the situation, replaced the valve, and cleaned up. Perfect. It is such a relief knowing that even when we are away from home BMP (and Joel) were there to take care of us. Thank you!

Since it had been suggested it might be a faucet issue when I first called in, I purchased a new faucet at Lowe’s before the scheduled appointment. .     Thank you Daniel and BMP! This was Daniels 2nd visit to our home and we were not disappointed. Seems the New Year brings us plumbing issues :( and we appreciate having BMP nearby and ready to serve! Daniel was very professional, competent and came well-prepared with all equipment necessary address our leaky garbage disposal. He explained the options, the first being a simpler (and cheaper) fix, that if it didnt solve the issue, the cost would apply to the larger job. Win, win! He was done within an hour and was nice enough to check our water pressure and provided resources for us to maintain water pressure oversight. Overall, great service!     Had two jobs, 1) install a automated water shut off valve that I sourced and they installed. And 2) dig out and replace the pressure valve on my irrigation line. Took about 3 hours to get both jobs done from start to finish, but they took care to keep a clean work space during and clean up after. Made sure to test it all for me and even gave me a certificate for my auto water shutoff to given to my insurance company for a discount. The team at Black Mountain is very professional and I enjoy parting with my hard earned cash when they do the great work they provide in the manner they do.

    We called Black Mountain after spending two weeks without a stove after a gas leak because the initial plumbing company we were referred to had still yet to send someone to do the work we needed despite confirming scheduling on three separate occasions.     I believe Dane was the representatives name. It was a middle-of-the-night call. He arrived promptly after our conversation with him on the phone. He immediately detected the cause of the problem. He explained further steps to be taken. We asked him to do one of the steps on the spot. The rest depended on our obtaining a replacement faucet. He gave us a quote and did the repair. While he was doing the repair he noticed that our water pressure was way too high which probably caused the problem in the first place. He said the water pressure gauge (not sure of technical name) should be replaced. Given our perceived urgency of this issue, we asked if he could replace it at that time. It was now almost midnight. We wanted him to do so as we felt that the danger of more flooding was imminent. He gave us the additional quote and did the work. Dane was very professional both in his knowledge and his behavior.     I had a great experience with Daniel from Black Mountain plumbing. He came to our house, changed out all the upstairs angle stops, checked water pressure and helped with a water hammer issue. He generously took time to help me understand what he was doing and what my options were. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. He communicated clearly and it was nice to know when he would get there. Highly recommend.

    John was very professional and prompt. He came with all the tools necessary to fix my low pressure kitchen faucet problem.     We requested a replacement natural gas water heater.The service person, James Kim, was prompt, thorough, efficient, and explained the options understandably. We ended up having some added work for code purposes, and those options were set forth without any pushing. We felt like any decisions were up to us. The equipment and the work is very high quality. We definitely recommend this company.

    Travis and Daniel arrived towards the beginning of the service window and got right to work. They were super nice and very professional. They did a great job and took care of the area around where they did the work. The fixtures that they replaced and plumbing look great and function wonderfully. The price tag was a bit high, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    I found this company to be trustworthy, competent, and to have reasonable prices. They were timely and professional and finished a copper plumbing leak with no problem at all. Contrasting Black Mountain Plumbing with another vendor I first tried who tried to pressure me to have them complete the job at an unreasonable price. Black Mountain is a 5 star company who quoted a reasonable price and delivered the service just as they quoted. I would like to give props to Daniel who was their plumber who serviced my house. You cant go wrong with Daniel.

    John was so professional. He approached it methodically and fairly and went the extra mile to find old 1980 Delta faucet parts. He explained everything so logically that if I had to break the bank, I could justify why there would be a bigger expense. He and my dog also became friends. I would invite him to our next Christmas Party, but more importantly he is my plumber for life. He prepared me for the worst and God-behold he came through in fixing it at a fraction of the cost.     Daniel was very courteous and knowledgeable. He installed my new faucet and made sure the area was clean when he was finished. Daniel also fixed a couple of dripping faucets and answered questions I had pertaining to my hot water issues. He made some suggestions, but wasnt pushy. I was very satisfied with the services provided.
