I have an annual contract with A.O. Reed & Co. for quarterly maintenance of the HVAC system at my business downtown. This is the fourth HVAC maintenance company Ive worked with since 2017, and it is SO REFRESHING to work with the professional experts at A.O. Reed & Co.Omar was in my shop this morning for quarterly maintenance. It was good to see him again. He knows exactly what hes doing, and always explains it to me very clearly, showing me what hes referring to when necessary, and even breaking down various options when repairs are necessary. This is top-notch service at a very reasonable price.I recommend without hesitation or reservation.

Weve had them forever, a few newbies fall short in respecting the customer. You are in someones home respect is everything. Overall I give high marks to AO Reed. They do an excellent job. They dont hire thieves.

I visit the store occasionally for my DIY home plumbing progects, and each time I feel good about the store for their friendly and honest help. Today I went to the store for some minor parts, and, without any surprise to me, Stan at the counter helped me with his friendly and expert advice on the project! Well done and thank you, Stan!!!

I can not describe how good it was to work with Peggy at A.O. Reed & Co. She is a master of her craft and demonstrated the best customer service that I have ever gotten.
