Louis is my hero. I had some pre-existing shoddy, plumbing work under my kitchen sink that caused the faucet to fall over entirely. He quickly responded to my call, assessed the situation with my sink, and gave me three different options for how to resolve my situation. Louis is a credit to his profession, and All Aloha plumbing is a lifesaver! They came to our rescue at 2 am in December when our condo flooded from an upstairs neighbor’s clogged drain…now we’re dealing with something equal parts more pedestrian and disheartening (a yucky, stubborn toilet clog I tried everything on, which was not only ineffective but extremely messy) and Louis is once again putting things back on track! Plumbing companies vary widely in quality and reliability, so it is great to know that there is someone we can really rely on! Truly appreciated, All Aloha!

Luis was very cheerful, clean and courteous through the repair. My kitchen sink had stopped up and he cleared it without fuss. This was on Sunday of the hurricane and he finished promptly. His price was 60% less than the major plumbing company that had come earlier but quoted such a high price I called Aloha plumbing and they fixed my issue for a reasonable amount. I will call aloha plumbing first the next time I have a plumbing issue and I will for sure ask for Luis.

We just purchased a home and needed a Pressure Reducing Valve & Main Shut-off Valve along with leak detection. We didnt know who to call. I had a pipe leak and called All Aloha because they looked like a relatively new, well-reviewed company. I always prefer to give my business to a small up-and-coming company rather than one of the huge ones, where most of my money will go to execs and advertising as opposed to the people actually doing the work. All Aloha seemed like it fit the bill.The woman who took my call was very nice, and they sent someone out within an hour or two. Louis was awesome. He obviously takes pride in his work and he was very transparent, explaining everything he was doing and showing me pictures along the way. The leak was in a really annoying spot and so it ended up taking much longer than he anticipated, but he stuck with the original estimate despite the extra work. He also recommended a restoration company that Im really liking so far.

I had a large dinner party that had been planned for a few months. The day comes and we find that our range/oven wasnt working correctly (very low flame on all burners). What a disaster. Called the gas company in the morning. They came out and advised us that we had restricted gas flow to the range and that we needed to call a plumber. The gas company shut the gas off to our home for safety reasons. All of our appliances are gas. We now have NO hot water,NO heat,and NO range/oven. We started to panic. I called NUMEROUS big named companies and not one of them could come out same day. I then got ahold of All Aloha Plumbing. Not only did they say that they could be at my house in a few hours, the service call was only $29 and would be applied to repairs if I agreed.I get a call from Louis Z. stating that he was on his way. When he showed up, we clicked right away. I had none of the feelings of here we go, Im about to get ripped off. He went right to work explaining potential causes and how to fix them. He was very thorough with his explanations.Our issue was a little more complicated so he wasnt able to fix it the same day BUT he came back the next day(Sunday) and got to work. He fixed our problem, I was able to call the gas company back, and we got our gas turned back on.Even though our gas was still shut off during our party, all our guests understood and were actually amazed how quick Louis got out here and wanted me to give them All Alohas information so in case they needed a plumber.I will have no problem using them again in the future if needed nor will I hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
