After experiencing one too many power outages some years ago, I contacted Tom at TMB Electric about getting a whole house generator. After a site inspection, Tom walked me through all the options and was invaluable in helping my wife and I make the final selection. They handled everything, arrived on time, cleaned up the site, and came in on time and on budget.It has been a few years and every time I have had a question or (minor) problem, Tom has bent over backwards going far above and beyond what I expected to make sure we were happy. Just prior to this past 4th of July weekend we had a power outage and the generator did not kick in. Even though it was after 6 pm, I left a voice mail asking for a call back the next morning. Not only did Tom call me back within a few minutes - he spent enough time on the phone with me to help me troubleshoot and get the generator working.I cant say enough good things about this company. You will not be disappointed. Top notch in every regard. -
