Thank you Dustin Sellers and Connections Electric for providing great service. We needed some low voltage electrical work done for a mutual client to install some security cameras. Their guys were super efficient and at a great price. I recommend Connections Electric for all of your residential and commercial electrical work needs.

Edit 10/29/2024: They have reached out and fixed the biggest problems and are even still working with me on issues found after the fact.Edit 10/12/2024: they sent someone out to “fix” the drywall around my panel, but did not patch all of it. It still has missing gaps and he left before it dried so we had to smooth it out. Also found out the attic fan outlet I wanted installed was put into the garage and not the attic. Like I mentioned in the original review, their cable management is very messy and I’m having trouble working around it. I will now be required to find a new company to fix everything they messed up so I will not work with Connections Electric againOriginal: I would give 2.5 start but not three. None of the cables were cable managed so I just have a lot of loose cables in the top part of my garage that I use for storage. Was not told that they would rip out drywall and insulation and not put it back. Old panel was just left in my garage in random spots. Works fine, office staff are nice but in hole experience is lacking.

I want to thank all the people at connections for helping us get electric run to our first home. They were so patient waiting months for the electricity service provider to give us the go ahead to hook up to the transformer.Big thank you to Tom for working directly with us and checking in all the time.Also thank you Amber! Dustin has an amazing crew. Came out to our transmitter building to install additional wiring for a new broadcast transmitter and his tech was super efficient and got the job done faster than expected. I highly recommend them

CJ was awesome! They came out when they said, spent all day doing the wiring for a generator. Had an issue with a grounding rod sticking up above ground after the trenches were backfilled. Made a call, they were out the next day to fix the issue. Will definitely call them for any electrical need. Will recommend them to anybody

We have had Connections perform a number of jobs for us on an older house, often without much notice, and the work and customer service is always top notch. Our well pump was having an issue with power getting to it and Daniel came out, found the issue, and got it fixed. They managed to squeeze us in the same day since we were without water and I am very appreciative of the quality of their work and employees. If you are looking for a go-to electrician, this has been a great company for us.

* Update: The company reached out and made things right with me. While the initial experience wasnt what I had hoped for, the follow up was great and I appreciate a local company trying to make things right. At the end of the day that is what you want a company to do even if things initially dont work out. Thank you!Wasnt told the first hour was travel time pay at $165. I was told the first hour was $165 for extenuating circumstances but not for travel. When the electrician left the job. The problem wasnt fixed. To the electricians credit they came back after hours to complete the job at no additional cost. The office woundt budge on their 3% policy for CC payment even after explaining the situation or being charged for travel without disclosing that to me. Im disappointed they wouldnt try and work things out especially after being a repeat customer.

I used Connections Electric Group for the first time today and I was very pleased with the communication from the office and the electrician that came to the house to perform the work. As a general contractor, ive used multiple electrical companies over the years and now that we just moved to Salem im happy that I followed my father-in-laws suggestion and gave these folks a try. Dont waste your time pricing or searching around, you cant beat this electrical company.

Amber, Albert and Daniel,I am so grateful for your speedy service.3-10 Sunday, A wind storm knocked down one of my trees and took down power lines that went to my house and my neighbors. My neighbor got the worst of it, because their electrical meter was damaged due to the impact. PGE would not re-connect their power because of the damaged caused to their meter. My neighbor is a single mom with kids and a newborn, i was desperate for help. We needed an electrician pronto!3/11 Monday, I called multiple places for an emergency service. Every electrician was booked bc of the wind storm. Luckily, Amber picked up the phone when i called Connections Electric. She was determined to find help. Within a few mins Albert reached out to get more details and coordinate some help. He sent over Daniel.Daniel, the electrician, arrived on site later that afternoon. Daniel was friendly, empathetic to our situation, professional and got the job done.Later that night, PGE came out to reconnect power.Thank you very much Connections Electric! You saved the day! We live in a very old house that has recently been experiencing some odd electrical issues. After calling around, Connections Electric was able to squeeze us in much faster than anyone else in the area.When our technician showed up, he was polite and professional, explored all of our concerns, quickly addressed many of them, and offered options for some of the more challenging issues.The price was more than fair, the electrician was very knowledgeable, and compared to experience with other service people, this was a top notch experience. We know that we will need to have more work done at some point in the future as we continue to work on this new (old) house of ours, and this time I wont be calling around for electrical- I will call Connections Electric first.

We had an attic fan installed, this company wired it in. The technician was on time, and was able to come an hour sooner than scheduled. He was friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He also suggested an alternative placement for the electrical switch we were having put in. The whole process was quick and left the areas he worked in clean.

Dustin was our miracle worker! He came in and identified the problem and fixed with immediately. I had been having long time issues with my lights and some electrical outlets and it was amazing to see my house light up again. Plus he was extremely kind to my fur babies! I hope to not have issues again but he will be my first call if I need it!!

Lights and outlets started having issues. Weird stuff, like I had to have something plugged into one particular outlet or everything else on the circuit would go off. Then, I plugged a lamp into the outlet, and everything on the circuit went off, except the lamp. So, I was pretty sure I had isolated the problem. I pulled the outlet apart, and it was melted inside. I decided to call an electrician.After calling several, I got either no answer, told it would be two weeks, or quoted $99 per 30 minutes, plus $95 service charge/fees, plus parts. For one hour of work, I was going to pay $300. With seemingly no other choice, I booked that appointment.Then I called Connections. They quoted me $110 per hour, and squeezed me in the next day. I canceled the appointment with the other guy.. The service tech from Connections replaced the outlet, plus another one nearby. He was at my house for about an hour, give or take, and charged $126 total. Everything looks great and works great. And, he answered all our questions.Great service. Professional and knowledgeable.Im saving their number in my phone.

Bought an expensive & complex Chandelier through Kellys Home Furnishings for my wife for Christmas this year and Dustin Sellers @ Connections Electric was their #1 preferred & recommended electrician to use for installing our fixture. And we can now tell why!!!Dustin was extremely great to work with on this project. Total professional (great about time/cleanliness/care for our installation items/price/approach). Extremely knowledgeable (definitely tenured). Very personable (easy to ask him questions). Came prepared (had a ton of different tools that I didnt expect to need for making our project work). Concerned with great workmanship (wasnt afraid to climb around in our attic to ensure that the 75 lb fixture was fastened correctly & securely). Of which I know my Wife will truly appreciate.I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Carrying this huge & heavy crystaled fixture up to a 20 ft ceiling did not exactly get me too excited into doing, but having Dustin assigned to our home to take care of it- was a huge relief.It looks amazing! I have worked with Dustin at connections electric as the general contractor and Ive always been impressed with the professional and timely re-sponsors. Just recently we had a job on a tight timeline and needed an electrician to come out and supply a new main panel or meter base and Dustin was Johnny on the spot to get my customer back up and running with some temporary power well we worked on the permit and rebuilt the wall that the meter base had to go on.
