    Not sure what happened here. Had them out for an estimate. Called back with a question about the estimate and left a message. Someone called me back saying the person who did the estimate would call me by end of day. They never did. I called back the next week and left a message again. Never got a response back. We were planning to use them but then they ignored us.UPDATE: Got a call from them this morning taking full responsibility for being dropped. In my experience phone calls like that don’t usually happen. I appreciated it a lot - hence the amended review.

    Great service! Jim came out last week to give an estimate to replace a broken outdoor faucet handle. He was honest and said it would be easier to just replace the handle and not the entire spigot. Today Dave and Cody arrived with a big bucket of handles and fixed the faucet in minutes, free of charge!A few years ago, White Bear Plumbing roughed in our basement bathroom and did an excellent job, as well as offering the best price after shopping around. I will definitely call them for our next job.

    White Bear Plumbing is fantastic! We had a leaking pipe and they arrived promptly and repaired it. We had a few other concerns and we’re going to see if we could get them back but they instead fixed two outdoor faucets and a valve on the kitchen sink. They were so honest, kind, professional and so fairly priced. Their customer service is beyond excellent. We would recommend this great plumbing business to everyone.

    Our home was in need of a faucet repair, leaking shower repair and drain snaking. White Bear Plumbing provided a free in-home estimate. Once the estimate was complete I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. I received a follow up call to confirm appointment and call ahead the day of the appointment. Technicians were on-time, friendly and professional. They provided great service at a reasonable and fair price. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend White Bear Plumbing.

    We had a couple of emergency leaking pipes. Dave returned my call at 8am. By 8:20 he and Will showed up to fix these issues and more. I couldnt believe how reasonable my bill was for two guys working solid for almost 3 hours. They were both knowledgeable, nice, polite, and made sure everything was fixed as if it was their own home. I wouldnt hesitate calling White Bear Plumbing again!

    Matt and Cody were amazing. Spent all morning calling on 8-9-17 for plumbers but couldnt be seen until next week. I called White Bear Plumbing and they scheduled me for next week but they called me back saying they could come right away. They came right in the afternoon and fixed my sink within an hour. AMAZING. And then they came back 8-10-17 to replace my toilet within an hour as well. Prices are very reasonable and will definitely use them from now on. Plus, theyre easy to get a hold of. They take whatever is broken and clean their work area after they are done too. Im very pleased and happy with this company!

    First of all. Im NOT a relative of anyone at White Bear Plumbing Inc. Nor did I receive free product or free services for this review! The following is my Toilet story. I had two toilets I wanted installed.I called a plumber who said he would call me back later that day when he could see his schedule - he did not call. An update - he called three days later to say he had an opening - WBP Inc had already done the job.I called a few other plumbers and they would NOT give me even a general cost for my toilet installs!White Bear Plumbing Inc was recommended by some local people. I called them and THEY gave me a general estimate over the phone for installing my two toilets. They had a cancellation and could come immediately. That worked for me.They were at my house within 10 minutes. Jim and Dave efficiently installed my toilets. They were over the top in being courteous, respectful and clean.The install charge was better than what I expected.I HIGHLY recommend White Bear Plumbing Inc. They are now MY Go to plumber!

    My copper pipe started leaking on my hardwood floors. White Bear Plumbing answered my call promptly told me how to protect my floors and arrived at my home in within the hour. The fee was extremely reasonable. The work was well done, the plumbers were professional, very capable, and completed the work and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were also careful not to let my dogs out of the door.

    I called White Bear Plumbing because they were the closest place around, about 2 minutes away. As a result, they were able to come over right away. They did an inspection and determined my water issues were out of their realm. I appreciated their prompt response and honesty.     These guys are awesome. We had a plumbing emergency last night, they came out within an hour at 9:00 PM and fixed everything quickly.     I had White Bear Plumbing put in all the necessary connections for a second bathroom I am building in my basement. This included breaking concrete, removal of debris, waste pipe/drain connection, bathtub, toilet, and water lines. The proposal I received was competitive for all the work being done. The two guys that did the work were very professional and polite and clearly were interested in doing a good job. They communicated with me everything they were doing.
