We were having some water seeping through our tiles in the basement. When I was speaking with someone on the phone they said that it may be a foundation issue. If this were the case they wouldnt be able to fix the problem, as it isnt a plumbing issue, but theyd be able to take a look and diagnose the problem. They did such a thorough job checking everything inside and out! They were so friendly and knowledgeable! They helped us figure out what the issue was and gave us super helpful recommendations. We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend this business!

Our Water heater was dying as well as some leaks in the pipes at our home so we decided to call Veteran Services after shopping around for some Quotes.They were able to replace our water heater and fix the leaks in the piping leading up to it. Great service and great communication, they were able to get everything fixed and replaced.Thanks again! Would recommend them to anyone looking for Water Heater and or Plumbing repair.

We have worked with Veteran Services for almost a year. They are always helpful and very pleasant to work with. Cadyn came to our house last week for the winter HVAC tuneup. He was on time, very professional and explained everything in a way a homeowner can understand. Veteran Services is a great value. They are less expensive than the other company we used plus getting an appointment wasnt a long wait. We highly recommend them. Thank you Cadyn!

We recently had a faucet that was leaking from the spout. Our tech, Alex, was very friendly, helpful with answering any questions I had and did a wonderful job installing our new faucet. Very pleased with the service we received.

We had a great experience with Kyle replacing the ancient toilet in the house we just bought -- he answered all our questions, fulfilled our requests and was all around helpful, friendly and professional. This was our first time receiving service from Veteran Services and they were responsive, quick and kind! Every interaction was clear, and friendly from start to finish. Should we have the need to, we will call on them again, and would absolutely recommend!

Veteran Services came to my rescue when our water heater broke (was installed by another company). Our unit was under warranty and they handled that part with the supplier and made sure we didnt have to wait long. Jake and Renzo are amazing! Will be using Veterans for all HVAC and plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend.

My husband is a military veteran so when we were searching for a company that could come out quickly to check our furnace, Veteran Services caught his attention.We have a 5 week old at home and our furnace stopped producing hot air yesterday, dropping the temps in the house to the high 50s. We filed a claim with a warranty company but no one was responding. We needed help and fast.Veteran Services was able to send someone out the morning we called. Renzo was friendly and thorough, dealt with all the crazy at our house (5 week old baby and two dogs), and promptly identified and addressed the issue. We are so grateful for the professional and timely service at a fair price!We signed up for the semi-annual plan to have a tech come out for standard maintenance on the furnace and HVAC systems. Even though I have a warranty company that offers this, it was competitively priced with great service techs in the area. Absolutely worth the purchase and we look forward to working with Veteran Services again!
