Cameron came out to diagnose and fix an issue promptly, in cold weather. He took several trips to get the parts he needed to get it finished as soon as possible (just a couple of hours). He even helped my wife loosen the bolts on a tire as he returned from one of his trips. Very friendly guy. Would definitely recommend Sedgewick.

Very quick service for trouble shooting, they were able to squeeze me in within an hour of calling. Bad news was that the 16 yr old furnace was shot, the good news was that they will be able to replace it right away tomorrow morning. Very nice service tech; I had confidence in his recommendations.

Have used Sedgwick for semi-annual maintenance and have always been great. Last weekend, I had a minor gas leak, and the gas company didnt have the part I needed for the fix. They shut off the gas (heat and hot water). I called a different company because I wasnt sure Sedgwick did that type of service. That company never called me back... I called Sedgwick and got an immediate response. The person who answered the phone told me I would hear back within an hour. I got a call back from a technician within 10 minutes. Within another 60 minutes, he arrived. All of this on a Saturday evening. Very prompt and very friendly service. Very thankful we could have our heat and hot water on and not have to wait 72+ hours.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEDGWICK HEATING AND COOLING - especially Chet!!! Furnace stopped working in the morning and but of course once the technician arrived it started to work with no issues but Chet still went above and beyond to make sure he checked off all boxes to troubleshoot! It was amazing to work with such a good company that doesnt just try to up sell on new equipment. Again highly recommend this company!

Our air conditioner stopped cooling our house?a couple of days ago. I called Sedgwick this morning, within hours they sent out a very nice young man by the name of Miles, and he was able to repair our air conditioner in minutes by replacing a worn out part. All for a very reasonable price, plus a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly repairman who I enjoyed speaking with.I called Sedgwick because they installed a brand new furnace in our home four years ago, which has worked flawlessly with no problems whatsoever.I definitely recommend this firm for any HVAC work you may need!

Recently widowed, I needed a service call to check our furnace ( new 12/22) and explain their service plan. Chet checked everything including the air conditioner and thermostat. He was very thorough. We are long-time customers who sign up for their multi-year service plan. While out of town, we got a sensor alert of a water leak with our old water heater. They came out within hours and found a small leak into the catch pan (no house damage). They will replace the heater within days. Great service as always!

Sedgwick was so helpful in providing service last summer to fix an issue with my AC, I signed up for a maintenance plan and when they came out this last month to tuneup my furnace the technician identified an issue with the the motor. Since the furnace was near the end of its life span I decided to go ahead and replace the entire HVAC system. They were able to come out and replace and install a new furnace within a week and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and ability to resolve any problems.

12/17/2024 I had annual maintenance done on my furnace. Miles from Sedgwick Heating and Air conditioning thoroughly looked over the funace. He did find the gas pressure needed adjustment, changed the filter and let me know everything else look good. The service technician was on time, friendly and professional he did a great job. They have a great prepaid annual service. I would recommend Sedgwick heating and air conditioning to friends and family.1/5/2024. On New Years Day after 10:00 p.m. I got a call saying the heat was not working. I called for after hour service Jeremy called me within 10 minutes then within 35 minutes he was on site. The induction motor on the furnace had failed and he was able to get it going temporarily until a part could be ordered and installed. This saved me from having the plumbing freeze up in the house causing a huge disaster. The new motor is working fine and I am very relieved. I cannot be any more happy than I am now for the great service that has been provided.11/3/2023. Miles from Sedgwick Heating and Air responded to a maintenance request on an aged out furnace and AC sytem. I really enjoy working with him and this company their professionalism, knowledge, attitude and trustworthiness are why. I decided to replace the 30-year-old furnace and the 50 plus year old AC unit. They had the system I needed in stock and were able to schedule replacement in a timely fashion. Last Fall I found a leaking water heater and needed a bathroom fan installed quickly to comply with city rental code. They had everything needed in stock and were able to install the water heater and fan the same day I called. The staff is friendly there technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable at a competitive prices. Excellent of the top of the line installation. I have been in the construction and realestate business since the 1980s the work they do always exceeds my expectations.

We recently had a 31-year old furnace and central air conditioner replace by Sedgwick Heating and Air. Within 9 hours, both systems were installed and running smoothly. The staff took great care to make sure the floors were protected and there was minimal disruption around the house. They worked with confidence and were professional and friendly. They made note of city code and even moved our hot water heater to be at the correct distance from the furnace. Once the systems were installed, they gave thorough instructions on the components and how to run the digital thermostat. We could not be more pleased with their integrity as a business. We came home Saturday evening to a cold house in December. I checked and the furnace wasn’t running. Because it was so late, I was worried I would have to wait until Sunday to get a repair person to come out. But, after calling Sedgwick, they had someone at my house in about 25 minutes. The technician, Wayne, was amazing. Not only was he super friendly and professional, he was able to diagnose the problem. Although he needed to order a part for our repair, he was able to get the furnace operational so that we could have heat. Because it was a cold Minnesota December Saturday night, I was expecting to pay an arm and leg, but that wasn’t the case. The rate was much lower than I was expecting. I was super appreciative of Wayne’s work, and my family was able to sleep in a warm house. I cannot recommend enough the work and service of Sedgwick!

First, we were pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness. From our call, a technician arrived within two hours, announcing arrival half an hour ahead. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed and isolated the problem to our ancient furnace control electric panel, independent of the furnace itself. He then said that he would have to come back with another technician the following day due to the nature of the repair, which happened the first thing in the morning. Within two hours of their arrival, our furnace got back to action.then, at the end of the work, we were again pleasantly surprised by the bill, which was not bad at all, considering the type of work that they had to perform and that the work spanned over two separate visits.Both of the technicians were friendly, courteous, very clear as to what the work was going to involve and left the work site spotlessly clean afterwards. We would certainly consider hiring Sedgwick again and recommend them to our friends and family as well.

They were able to send Brent out to repair my old AC unit within an hour of calling on a busy week in July (while other businesses were booked for weeks or didn’t answer their phone). Wayne was our technician to have our HVAC system maintained for winter. He called prior to arriving and I was also sent an email from Sedgwick with his photo for identification. Wayne was friendly, on-time, and did a thorough and quick job. The invoice gave a complete description of the work that was completed along with recommendations for extending the life of our unit and increasing efficiency. He explained different plan/pricing options without being at all pushy. Highly recommend!

Simple amazing service and prices. When my AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday, a technician from a competitor proposed a fix and the price seemed extremely high. I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me, so I called Sedgwick immediately, having heard positive reviews of them in the past. Sedgwick sent a technician over within an hour on a Friday afternoon, Jeremy worked quickly and did a great job explaining the process. Not to mention, the price was LESS THAN HALF that of the competitors AND he didnt try to upsell me a new AC. Sedgwick will be my go-to for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

He put my tenants at ease knowing that they were safe in there home as long as they dont use the oven. Of course the oven is being replaced. I am very happy with my experience.
