Alex and Tom did a great job! I had to replace a lot of piping in my new house and they communicated what needed to be done in a very understandable way. Very trustworthy company that has competitive pricing. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the St. Paul area.

Quick, professional service at a great price. When I could not shut off the faucet in my bathtub, that meant turning off the water for the whole house until I could get someone out. Alex fit me in on a Sunday and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Very professional manner, too, and hes a good communicator.

Weve had Alex come out twice for some plumbing work because we liked working with him so much the first time! First time was just some work under the sink and the second time was replacing our water softener.First off, he is SUPER responsive. Every time we reached out via email we heard back within a day, sometimes within an hour. Super speedy, something that doesnt feel too common in the trades.Very punctual as well. Said hed show up at a time, was there exactly on time.He also answers questions without complaint, whether that is questions before the work is done or follow-ups after. Just a great source of knowledge.Finally, his pricing for the work felt really fair.Definitely our go-to plumber when the need arises.

Alex is fantastic at his job. His prices are exceedingly competitive and, more importantly, he brought a wealth of knowledge to our basement remodel project. He redid the plumbing throughout the basement, moved a water main, moved a water heater, and fixed some of the plumbing upstairs. Thorough and communicative. Cannot recommend him enough!

I had two plumbers from bigger plumbing businesses at my house to look at a shower leaking into the basement. Both said the job was likely to trigger a bathroom remodel because there was no way to fix the issue without damaging the insert without damaging the tile without damaging etc etc. Both quoted prices but said I should contact a contractor about a remodel.I found Alex through Angies List and sent him pictures of the problem. He said it looked like a hard job, but wasnt sure why the other plumbers recommended a remodel. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and had it done in 2 hours with none of the extra damage the other plumbers predicted. Honest, knowledgeable and hard working.

After calling several places to get a quote to replace a leaking garbage disposal, I found Alex.It was going to be minimum $59 just for them to come out to give a quote. Another plumber was $49 every 15 min, but much higher for the first 15 minutes....that’s over $200 an hour.I live out of state and my house is a rental, so I really didn’t want to be on the hook with a lot of variables nor inconvenience my tenants to have to meet with multiple plumbers.Alex was great! Gave a quote right over the phone which is what I had hoped to get and his price was great. Additionally he was professional and reliable. As a long distance landlord, I will be adding Alex at Peterson Plumbing to my contacts for future issues. Thanks Alex!

Alex responded to us immediately and fit us into his schedule quickly.
