We received incredibly prompt, helpful, thorough experience. John was incredibly kind to come out the same day I called, and took time to help me understand the root of the problem, fix the problem, and taught me ways to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend!

John was wonderful! He was professional, thorough, great to chat with, and does honest work. We called the morning of due to no hot water. He called us back quickly and said he could squeeze us in between some other jobs. He fixed our igniter and recommended getting a water heater with in the next 1-2 years. Ours was 43 years old and he said they typically run about 20 years. We will definitely be calling him back for that service! Highly recommend!!

Great experience! John was able to fit me in same-day for a sink unclogging. My piping wasn’t a traditional style so it required a lot of extra work to gain access to the clog. John worked quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant company. He gave me great tips to prevent future incidents and fixed the layout so I could access it myself next time. And he has Venmo as a payment option which is my preferred way to pay! 10/10 would definitely hire again and recommend to others!

I was so blown away by Manship and Plumbing prompt and quick response. They were able to get a same day repair in with an extremely busy schedule. It was a crucial appliance and had affected multiple other appliances. They came and fixed within 30 minutes. Got rid of the old Galvanized Steel that had rusted through and replaced with PVC. John totally bailed me out last weekend. Our garbage disposal quit working. I tried to reset with no luck and assumed we would need a new one. I called him Saturday, December 23 (yes, Christmas weekend). He said he was crazy busy Saturday but that he might be able to come Sunday, Christmas Eve. I was bold enough to press him for more than a maybe. I explained that I might have to try doing it myself unless I was sure he was coming. I guess he wisely thought it easier to do it right himself than to get an emergency call to fix my mistakes! He showed up Sunday as promised. Even better he was able to unjam it so I can return the new disposal I bought. John is the best!

We have had several plumbing issues that we used Manship Plumbing for...leaky faucets, rusted pipes, low water volume and laundry tub replacement. John certainly knows his business and is also very responsive and accommodating in scheduling. He took care of each and every one of our issues, charged very fairly and was very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend him without reservation.
