This was the best experience I I have had getting anything done for my houses. I needed a new water heater, I did some research for 3 different companies, and HomeDepot checked off everything from customer service to price and even the company that came to install the water heater. The help desk at HomeDepot, had my information entered in 5 minutes, sent it and I received a call from Champion within 15 minutes. I was still in HomeDepot. They set up an appointment to come give me an estimate, and the day of the appointment called to let me know about when they would be there. Shortly after, they called again and asked if they could come over now. They came over, gave me an estimate, and said they could do the work right then. This also required them to add an insert into my chimney. They said the work would take 3-4 hours, and were done in 3. They were VERY friendly and helpful. I asked a ton of questions as they were working and they answered everything and never even got irritated with all my talking. Champion gets 100% from me.

Excellent work! I have used Champion twice now at 2 different townhomes, once a year ago, and again a couple weeks ago, replacing Water Heaters. I picked the same brand, and Champion installed quickly and did a great job.The city inspector was done in minutes, said it was perfect.My last 2 failures were from a cracked tank, and pilot going out twice a month for months on tanks with warranties that expired 14y and 17y ago - so on both of these, I paid extra to extend the warranty (as the manufacturer offered warranty extension does cover cracked tanks unlike the prior brand I replaced).

Our water heater went out on Tuesday night. Champion was out first thing on Wednesday morning and we had hot water by 9:30 a.m. The plumber, Adam was very professional, courteous and informative. Nothing is cheap today and when unexpected it seems even worse. However appreciate the quick response and turnaround. A job well done.

Jason and Tanner installed a new water heater today. Total pros! They were professional, friendly, skilled, and made sure to answer any questions I had. They also installed new piping and repaired a chimney hole (with cement) that would have otherwise leaked natural gas into the house. I am super pleased with Jason and Tanner and give Champion a 5-star rating!

We had Champion Plumbing come to our house for two separate jobs recently. The first job was the replacement of our water heater. Matt removed the old one and installed a new one. The job was done quickly with excellent quality. The second job was the repair of a drain leak in our bathroom. Billy quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. Again, the work was completed quickly with excellent quality.We highly recommend Champion and will use them again if we have plumbing needs in the future .

We had a great experience with Ben and Champion Plumbing. The call center took our request and scheduled us for the next day. We received a text message when the plumber was on the way. Ben evaluated our water heater to find it was a power issue which was embarrassing for us - but we avoided a major repair. We then had him look at our bathroom faucet and he consulted us on possible troubleshooting. He also noticed our tub faucet handle was wearing and a probable bad cartridge. We are familiar with this problem from other bathrooms so we had him fix it. This allowed time to let the water heater heat up to ensure proper performance. Unfortunately, we turned a valve on that hadn’t been on for some time and suspect this led to a T&P valve failure or getting stuck. Champion re-arranged the schedule to ensure Ben could circle back to our place. We replaced the T&P valve and the system has been working fine since. The 5 stars is mostly derived from strong customer service and honest consultation. Ben spent time walking through probable causes to issues in a way where we could eliminate root causes. We explained we wanted an education along the way and he was supportive in doing so. I will not hesitate calling Champion the next time we need help.

Have a messy situation with water leak from the input line into the water softener, it was caused by a faulty pressure regulator that Paul Bunyan installed 2yrs ago. I got back to the boys from Champion. Adam S showed up friendly, caringly diagnosed the situation. He dreamed up a fix and he implemented it like a champ. Will be coming back to these guys in the future.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced, so obviously not an emergency, yet I received next day service. My plumber, Matt Glander, arrived as scheduled and did a very professional job and actually performed more than the standard install due to a couple of issues that he remedied at no additional cost. Also, and even more critical, I asked him to look at another job in my laundry/furnace area and he discovered a gas leak on a bad fitting on the water heater and fixed it on the spot. I’ve used Champion before and will continue to use them. Excellent job. Thank you, Matt.

Easy to schedule. I called on Monday afternoon for a water softener replacement and got an appointment on Wednesday morning. There is the usual 4 hour appt. window but they text (or call) to let you know they are on their way about 20-30 min in advance. The technician was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. He carefully explained the units controls, explained the maintenance required, and answered all my questions. The technician used booties and drop cloths to ensure the house stayed clean.

I purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot and they contracted Champion Plumbing to do the delivery, installation, and removal of the old hot water. The overall experience was very good from the time with the sales representative at Home Depot to Champion Plumbing calling to set up the appointment to the one-time arrival and completion of the work. Matt B from Champion was the tech that did the work. He was pleasant, timely, professional, and did nice clean plumbing work and the area was just as clean or cleaner after the install. The final prices came in at exactly what I was told it would be (no surprises). I definitely would recommended working through Home Depot and/or directly with Champion Plumbing.

Have used Champion twice in the last month. We own a small apartment building in Eagan. The first service call was to replace a section of deteriorating cast iron sewer pipe running over a ceiling and down the wall. The tech was friendly and did a great job at what I thought was fair pricing. I just left Ben the plumber at our building repairing a problem with one of the kitchen drains. Ben was on time, personable and knowledgeable.I will be using Champion going forward with all of our plumbing needs at home and our rentals.

I contacted Champion Plumbing to see about getting a technician out to do an estimate on replacing a water heater. Kayla, the office manager, said normally they charge but if I was willing to wait until a technician was in my neighborhood, they could do it for free. Amazingly, she called the very next day and said Adam would be available later that morning! Woohoo! Adam came and presented us with some possible options; some things done previously to our water heater were no longer up to code and would require changes to the the venting and piping. We discussed the pro and cons of various hot water heaters, and he was very no pressure and adamant about not making a decision immediately. All in all, we were very pleased with the support from the office and the the technician. As I go to post this review, they arent aware yet, but we have decided to go with their bid and we will schedule for Adam to return to do the work we discussed.

40 gallon water heater gave up after years of faithful service and died -- suddenly started flooding badly. After calling around went to Home Depot for the best priced package and fastest service including new boiler, plumber installation service and appliance disposal. From their qualified list of plumbers/contractors we were speedily contacted by Champion Plumbing and within hours were exchanging technical emails and finalizing our appointment just two days out.Right on time their service van was at our front door on a Monday morning and out stepped... our plumber, a well-put together young woman in working overalls to my pleasant surprise. Megan was mannerly, friendly and business-like. She listened carefully to us and took care while working not to make a mess or leave a mess, lay down a floor cloth, wore boot covers and so on.Its great to meet a plumber who smells good, looks good and communicates well. I gallantly offered to help a few times but Megan had all the tools and supplies she needed and had everything covered. I wanted to help her lift the heavy heater out of the basement but she had a trolley down there and back up so quickly I could only remark the care she took not to chip the wooden steps.The new heater works like a charm, easily passed inspection and in my books, Megan passed with flying colors. The final bill set me back more than a thousand but worth every penny having her to do the job, thank you again!!!

These guys came in $300 less than Lowes, and we got a heater ten gallons larger. Installation of a water heater seems easy but the collateral work of venting and drainage makes the job much more complicated. Kert was fast efficient and left the place immaculate. And he clearly explained everything at every step. He had to do quite a bit of extra work to get my utility room up to code, demonstrating he has extensive knowledge of the codes. We had our water heater and toilet replaced. Cole and Casey arrived at our house ready to go. In our case we had the unfortunate situation that our PVC pipe also had to be replaced due to code changes with using cellulose core for exhaust venting. In order to get the job done Cole had to cut a small hole in the ceiling to access the pipe due to unexpected bends in the pipe. He did a good job to limit the amount of damage to the ceiling which was appreciated. The hot water installation went well and is much quieter then our previous water heater power vent fan. The team also installed a new toilet in our kids bathroom that we supplied. The toilet installation was well done and works as expected. I appreciated that Cole and Casey put tarps down to capture dirt and debris during their work. Given my experience with Champion Plumbing I would use them again for future plumbing work.

Great work. Super fast. Super nice people. Had a water heater fail and start leaking quickly at 4am Monday. 7 hours later at 11am, under parts warranty, I had a new water heater installed! (Same exact model.) With the rest of the warranty still intact. And for once an outside service did NOT markup my walls. Awesome. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

This was our first experience with Champion and it involved a complicated remodeling plumbing effort. We were extremely pleased with how the project went and really appreciated the professionalism of the folks that work at our house. I am so impressed with the service we received from Champion Plumbing. We ran into some issues with plumbing not being up to code which put a delay on install. Yet due to Champion Plumpings excellent customer service they worked with the inspector and were able to install today.Logan installed the hot water heater for me and was so pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable and walked me through everything I need to know about the heater.I was so impressed with his professionalism that I asked him for a quote on installing a water softener as well, but explained that I would like him to do the install.The best part about this install was that it was almost $3k cheaper then my first quote from one of their competitors.Thank you for your awesome service Champion Plumbing!

Champion Plumbing and Crew2 were extremely helpful in getting our water heater replaced the same day we contacted the parties through Home Depots service provider web site. Carl from Crew2 set us up with same day service with Champion. We also worked with a DConey from Champion to get this scheduled. There may have been an additional woman from Champion Plumbing that was very helpful with the scheduling and warranty. The warranty representative from Rheem regarding our 12 year warranty on our tank that was 10 years old was extremely efficient and helpful. She mailed us and Champion the confirmation that the tank was under warranty within minutes of talking to her. Finally, our technicians, Sebastion and Gavin arrived timely and were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of our home, and helpful with assuring our tank was replaced under the warranty. Rheem and Champion Plumbing are very customer oriented.

Purchased Rheem water heater from Home Depot with installation by Champion. There was a slight mixup on Home Depots (Crew 2s) end that delayed installation by a day, but then Champion was out first thing the next morning. Install took about 90 minutes, seemed pretty straightforward. No issues, everything works great, good service and cleanup. Service tech Darnell was friendly and efficient, would recommend him and Champion again.

I highly recommend Champion Plumbing. The service person, Billy, provided exceptional service. My Navien tankless water of 10 years had never been flushed. Cleaning this unit was a challenge that Billy completed. He took the time to make sure the unit was clean and working. I will use Champion Plumbing again.
