Called to see if they could do a same day service for my 75 yr old mom. I think her name was Becca who answered the phone and was very professional and helpful. She was able to get a technician to my moms within a couple hours. Bill was the technician, he also was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to my mom and also called me to let me know what was going on. My mom also said Bill was very professional, knowledgeable and was happy with the service she received. Definitely recommend Apollo.

Our water heater went out Saturday morning. They sent a technician out to look at it, but said they were 3 days out on installations. Tanner the technician came out and said we needed a new water heater. My husband just had knee surgery a week ago. Tanner went back to the shop, brought a new water heater and installed it for us today.Wow!! We were so impressed with this young man. He worked fast and was very courteous.

On a Saturday evening my wife discovered our hot water heater was leaking and flooded the utility room. After shutting off the water I contacted Apollo. Immediately I received a message back. On Sunday morning they sent Peter to give me an estimate for a new water heater. By Monday afternoon we had a new hot water heater installed by two young men. They were polite and the install took less than 90 minutes. I had Apollo install a new furnace last year and was very pleased working with the company. Next year it will be a new air conditioner. Apollo will be my first choice.

Tanner was awesome to work with. Feel there needs to be better communication between office and site employee. Waited a few weeks for site to be revisited since communication from office to site employee did not occur at first, then once it did occur it needed to be scheduled. When they should have just scheduled Tanner to revisit site in the beginning. But all is complete and I am very happy with work done.

We just arrived home tonight after 5 weeks in Arizona, and our furnaces were inoperative. The house was only 55°! Lucas arrived within the hour and very patiently spent the next hour and a half working diligently. He determined that a part was needed that he didnt carry, but managed to put our main home furnace on an emergency mode so that the house started to warm up. We were very impressed with this young man!

My sales rep, Jon, was very knowledgeable and helpful in walking me through my current (old) system and what components I should “need” vs “want” in a new ac/furnace system. He was able to provide me with a number of various quotes depending on what I ended up choosing. He was my first of four other bids and so while I didn’t end up selecting Apollo to do the install, he was instrumental in guiding me to what questions I should be asking the other companies. If I ever have a need in the future, I will be sure to reach out to them again as it was a very positive experience. I only gave four stars because I didn’t end up choosing them (price was higher than the company I went with).

The Holiday Season has its own stressers... When our fairly new wholehouse tankless water heater/boiler decided to give up the ghost, its nice to know you can count on someone to lend a helping hand. Bill not only was a calming force but he was willing to go to bat for us when the manufacturer wasnt going to stand behind its warranty. We are truly grateful. Dale and I were pleasantly surprised at how quickly Bill and Ben were able to remove the expired heater components and install the warrenty parts. The process was good for checking the equipment and ordering parts. This was an AC where the fan was not turning on and it needed a new motor. The technician Tye was on time and did the work efficiently. He vacuumed out the AC at my request. My only issue was they said they called to schedule a time but I didnt have any messages on my phone. I called in and was able to get it scheduled quickly. I wish there was more transparency in parts and labor costs but it is what is.

Needed after hours service and phone was answered right away, no having to leave a message and wait. Gave me options on repair times and costs up front. Confirmed with technician that they had a hot water heater in stock that would work for our house. After given all options we set time for the next day and Tanner was even able to arrive earlier for the appointment. Fast straight forward service and repair. Very professional from the first call placed to end of the job. Already set up another appointment for routine maintenance on our furnace through their sun club. Highly recommended!

They treated me like I was a person. That alone was worth a few stars to me. Starting with the very first appointment, Jon the consultant, was genuinely invested and interested in what we were needing. We had other companies come to give us an estimate, and they were just listening for opportunities to up-sell us with things we didnt need or want. Not Jon McKenzie. He was so genuinely kind and considerate and very pleasant! Getting an accurate quote with helpful suggestions was the easy part.Now, cue up an epic, exhausting, and demoralizing 8 week-long battle with our home warranty company while trying to work with Apollo as our installers. It was AWFUL, but there was one ray of hope on the horizon, and that was Jon McKenzie. Talk about amazing customer service!! He always answered my questions, responded in a timely manner, followed up when he said he would, and always showed empathy for how hard the Warranty company was making the process. He never seemed rushed or frustrated and was invested in building a professional, caring relationship with clients.In the end, we ditched the home warranty process after getting the run-around for so long and decided to go with the recommended best option from Apollo--a heat pump and high efficiency furnace. I didnt even question the choice because Jon and the Apollo team showed us, at every step, that they cared about our experience with them and wanted to do what was in our best interest.They even lent us a small window AC unit to help us get through the 90 degree days until our units came back into stock!!! What company even does stuff like that anymore? The answer is Apollo.The installing team was a bunch of easy-going, friendly, and professional guys, John, Ryan, and Jeff. Jon M even dropped by to check that everything was going okay on install day!!!The Apollo team took what was an awful experience with a home warranty company and a summer without a working AC and showed me that some companies really do care about customers. I have recommended these folks to everyone I know who is looking for any heating or air services. I truly cant say enough good things about the Apollo team!

Even though furnace and AC repairs or replacements are costly, this is an area where it’s important to get good quality, transparency and integrity.ADDITION: Chris U. returned for a recheck of newly installed furnace and a/c and did a great job checking for issues and correcting a couple minor things, especially checking our very dusty air intakes behind furniture and encouraging us to clear those. There was also a small leak that he resolved.

The plumber was running behind schedule, but he and his dispatch kept us updated about what was going on. Our issue was fixed and the plumber gave us some great advice about what damage the leak may have done and what would probably need looking at.

Its quite a dilemma to think a 6 year system is in need of expensive repairs or possible replacement. I wont purchase Lenox again. I cant blame Apollo because K&S installed it and Bonfe did annual check ups.

Furnace had 5 year parts and labor warrantee.I was a woman purchasing this on my own when my husband wasnt home. I had 3 quotes. I didnt get mansplained, gaslit, or half truths with Apollo and I appreciate that. Apollo was in the middle price point of the three companies and I chose Apollo for 18 months 0% financing, cheaper than highest quote, relaxed sales approach, and a more locally oriented company that isnt sourcing out the parts and labor warrantee or installation to other parties. I have had problems previously with outsourced work at other companies so that part mattered to me.Installation people were polite and professional. I trusted them and so far everything is good. They said they will schedule a 3 week service check.

Apollo is always great. On time and friendly. I wish this stuff wasnt so expensive but the company is a great company. Bill was the tech and answered all questions we had, even if they Pepsi seemed kind of stupid.

We have used Apollo for years. Started using them many years ago when we first bought a townhouse and have used them in the current house we built over twenty years ago. They never disappoint. The call center is outstanding, their service is timely and all of the techs that we have worked with have been great. Austin and Ian installed a new furnace today. Did a great job communicating everything we needed to know.

10-7-2024--fall furnace check up--Tye is a awesome Tech--very thorough in all aspects of inspection..Thank you Tye see you in spring for A/C inspection.1-16-2024- ---Thank you Joziah for the quick fix on the gas line ..- Apollo always has great customer service ..--Our a/c went out on friday night--temp was 80 degrees--- we emailed Apollo and first thing Saturday morning Julie called us to set up appointment that morning--Bill Butler was there and fixed the a/c by 11 am!! .. Turns out we needed to update the 23 year old Furnace and A/C. Bill walked us thru all the Furnace & A/C model options he thought were correct for our house size...Did the order that day--Install appointment is next week- Now that is customer service!!! ----- Cannot thank Apollo -Julie and Bill enough for helping us.

Always good,honest and very thorough. I have them out every spring and fall and my air conditioner and furnace had never failed me during their needed seasons. They do great work clean up and make sure everything is working before they leave. I have used them for about 5 years previously used other companies that I was not nearly as happy with.

Great service. Appointment set up was fast being a previous customer. I appreciate the reminders, notifications, and communications when they are coming. Our tech, Wang was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job checking furnace and addressing issues/concerns. Good work/service does come at a price but was acceptable.
