Jeff and his team are the best! They are not only the best at what they’re doing but also do great communications throughout the entire process. They quickly identified the cause of our light problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I am so glad we found Skyline to fix our complex high ceiling lights!!!

Highest recommendation. In late 2023, Skyline replaced my breaker box. Early 2024, they installed my EV charger. For both projects, it was easy to schedule an appointment, Jeffs explanations were clear, they gave me a menu of estimates from minimal fix to comprehensive repair, it was easy to get on their schedule, the work was excellent and looks great and their work has held up for the past year with zero problems or issues.You really only appreciate this stuff when you deal with +other+ companies for +other+ home repairs and everything that can go wrong does go wrong. Then you say to yourself Gosh, those Skyline electricians were really on it!

Jeff and Jake were great! Jeff came to give us a quote on a few projects, and we decided to move forward with one right away. We were able to schedule it for the next week. They also let me know ahead of time the approximate time of day when theyd be there, then called 20-30 minutes ahead of time.During both the appointment for the estimate and the appointment to do the project, Jeff was super friendly and communicative about the project and always made sure to answer any questions. Jake and Jeff were both professional and very kind to my noisey and nosey dogs. They completed the project in decent time and the payment process was simple.We got a few quotes and the range was vast. Skyline was about in the middle and seemed the most accurate (though I dont claim to know proper pricing for electrical projects). I certainly dont want to hire someone super cheap bc Id rather the job be done correctly but also dont want to hire a company who is going to overcharge (one company quoted more than double on the same project!). Skylines estimate was free to obtain and seemed fair. Im very happy we contacted Skyline, and we intend on hiring them in the future!

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Compared to other electricians. Jeff really cares and so does his team. They are wholesome and truly work and advocate for the best option and try to give you a cost effective option and detail the differences and their recommendations.They had to install and out door security camera, replace my panel, so the grounding, install light switch, outlets, ensure it passed inspections. An amazing experience. I trust these people. Life long customer earned.

Ive used Skyline several times now. The service is fantastic. Had an issue with my dryer tripping the breaker and asked then to come out asap. Their electrician Jake was out immediately and fixed a faulty breaker. I really appreciated the last minute help on a Friday afternoon. He was very friendly as well.

Skyline responded to my online inquiry right away. They were good at communicating via email which was nice because I hate talking on the phone. When Calvin came out, he was very kind and knowledgeable. He installed a bathroom fan that I had purchased, and when it was done, the fan was making a very weird noise. Calvin waited for me to go to Home Depot and get another fan (he took his lunch at that time), then he swapped out the bad part so I could return the defective fan later on. I told him I could probably do that on my own but he was really hesitant; he said it didnt feel right to leave when the job wasnt all the way done. He finessed the pricing just a little bit since I had to run an errand to get a good fan. I think he did an amazing job and Im glad I called Skyline.

Calvin and his apprentice worked at our house to install 8 outlets, replace 16+ old outlets and upgrade our panel service to 200amp from 100.Not only did they quote us the best price... They were the most responsive and clear about explaining what would be done, without trying to sell more work, like other companies clearly did.We heard of this company by word of mouth, and we are forever greatful for the recommendation. Calvin was thorough and safe throughout the entire project, labeling clearly what the breakers were (was not labeled on the old pamel) and other details that showed me we were getting quality work done.

I found Skyline through some Google searches of top electrical companies in the Twin Cities area and could not be happier. I worked with the team to rewire my home (previously knob and tube). Jeff came out to provide the initial estimate and was on time and happy to answer any and all questions I had. When we kicked off the project, his team was nothing short of wonderful. Eli and Calvin were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Skyline enough.

The free estimate was easy to schedule and Jeff was very clear when walking through the options for our projects. He delivered the initial estimates even earlier than promised, and we were able to very quickly book the actual work. Everyone Ive emailed or met has been very professional, responsive, and timely. The project I hired Skyline for ended up being slightly more difficult than initially expected but the cost did not change and they were able to complete it in the time window expected. Their online system makes viewing estimates and paying invoices easy. I chose to work with them based on a recommendation from family, and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

After receiving multiple estimates were glad we made a great choice when we decided to work with Skyline Electric. Jeff the owner made a great first impression while providing a free in person estimate. A week after signing the contract, Nate and Jeremy showed up to install recessed lighting in our living room. They were both true professionals. They were friendly, considerate, perfectionists, and asked for my input during the project. They also proved to be experts in their field by tackling a couple obstacles they came across during the work. The end result was fantastic. Our room is so bright and the lights looks amazing. I have used Skyline twice and they are awesome to work with. They were one of 2 electrical companies the Roseville electric inspector recommended to us. I first used them to install a new electrical fixture. They were quite a bit cheaper than the other company the Roseville inspector recommended but their schedule was so full it took longer to get on their appointment book. The second project was to install a new circuit, several new outlets, a new light fixture, hardwire the smoke detector and a couple of other items while we were renovating our loft. There was an omission on the project order but they were generous enough to still provide the agreed upon service and eat the cost even though I was more than willing to make price adjustments. The main office was super communicative throughout and they were willing to come back for a follow up appointment when it turned out there was an issue with the fan I had secured. If I needed additional electrical work done in the future, they would be the first ones I would contact.

We had an issue in one of our units where two of the electric heaters were not giving efficient heat. Jeff and the crew at Skyline Electric are probably one of the best businesses that Ive hired as far as responsiveness, responsibility, and service. Every experience with their crew was positive. They listened, performed, and followed through on a pretty complicated wiring project in a 100 year old basement. It was a big project and they hit every detail. Their quality and thoroughness was exactly what we needed.Weve had many contractors cut corners over the years so Skylines work was very refreshing. Jeff and his team were not only courteous, and clean, but knowledgeable and down to earth. Jeff was easy to book with, and communicative via email (my preferred method). They also went above and beyond for our project, but actually hard wiring into a ceiling in a bedroom that they was not part of our original ask, and fixing a dangerous (very old) switch in our 1885 home (for no extra charge). I would highly recommend them for their quality, price and ethics.

We used Skyline Electric to convert/rewire some dropped ceiling fluorescent fixtures to LEDs. The Skyline staff was everything you could ask for: prompt, friendly, and competent. We had a minor issue with one of the fixtures that popped up the day after the work was done, and the Skyline crew responded quickly to return and deal with the problem. The issue wasnt the fault of the Skyline staff, but they quickly made sure that everything was working properly. Based on our experience with Skyline, I would recommend them highly.

Awesome experience with Skyline. After having some trouble with different electricians in the metro area, I called Skyline once I discovered them on google. I talked to Angie and after exchanging a couple photos about my project via email, she got me booked right away. I had a small residential job to get done fast and they executed all the way through. Angie was very nice on the phone and Nate and Jeremy came to my house exactly at the scheduled time and did a great job. I highly recommend Skyline. Didnt have to mess around with getting an on-site estimate. Didnt have to play phone tag. Dont have to worry about the job being botched.

I highly recommend Skyline Electric for any electrical work. They installed recessed lights and removed track lighting. They were very professional, courteous, on time, and very attentive to details. They listened to how we wanted our lighting to be setup and gave us many options as well as advice. They installed a new electrical box and fixed unsafe wiring that was left over from previous owner. Jeffs estimate was right on the money with the total cost, so no unexpected costs during the project. He emailed his scheduling options the following day and my problems were fixed within 5 days of the initial phone call. We needed someone to repair the faulty wiring problems created by an unlicensed person we had hired months ago off of Craigslist. The Skyline electrician was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He ran power to our ceiling fan, repaired the switch the other guy botched, and hung a light in our kitchen. He was efficient and the pricing was very reasonable. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he was very kind to my dogs.

What a company! A company that was actually on time! Very professional and friendly. The electrician went way out of his way for the services I had done. They wired up a bar for me with under cabinet lighting, a undercounter wine cooler, some outlets and some switches for the outlets. Also ran a circuit for my under floor heating in 3 bathrooms as well as ran a circuit for a sauna!! You just couldnt beat there professionalism! I had two wall sconces installed and 240 volt outlet in the garage for my electric car. They were very professional and took off their shoes every time when entering the house. As a realtor, I talk to numerous contractors every time one of my clients needs work done as part of a transaction. When one of my sellers had to tackle a significant knob & tube wiring replacement project in the spring of 2018, Jeff and his team quoted many, many thousands less than their competition - and they did a stellar job. As a result, Jeff has become my go-to electrician for knob & tube issues. He is an honest, hard-working, straight-up guy who does what needs to be done and bids fairly for the work. And I know my clients would say the same.

These guys were amazing! Even though there were a couple of reschedules(snow, snow, and more snow), they were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had. I cant say enough how easy they were to work with. We needed a new panel which required an external meter, external shut off, and running the power back into the house. They were prompt and very fast during instal - even when it started snowing on them. They label the breaker for us and followed up to ensure everything was still working working well. They even scheduled the inspection for us, based on our schedules. On top of all of that they had the best price of all the quotes I got - I could not recommend Skyline and Jeff enough.

The guys that came out were nice and professional. They put down tarps over my couch as they were working on the ceiling, took off their shoes each time they came in, and then vacuumed when they were done. I got 2 outlets in my ceiling and they repaired an outdoor outlet and it took a little under 2 hrs. They were at my house 1 hour early.I often feel like because Im a young home owner, installers/contractors dont really care to respect my stuff, but these guys were very respectful.

We were surprised that our electrician Jake was able to fix the fixture in the bathroom and also to get the front porch light working in one visit. We had thought we would have to have the fixtures taken down, get the pull chain switch fixed in the base, and then have them put back up. Jake came up with the idea of replacing the base so that we could keep the globe on the new base. It worked perfectly and its safer now. Great job! Trying to fix light fixtures in old houses is not easy sometimes.

The previous owner of my home did the kitchen electric themselves and it was completely illegal. We had several companies come out to quote the job and Jeff was the easiest to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable about our options. We wanted the job done with as few cosmetic repairs as possible at the end, and they did a phenomenal job. I had one hole to patch in the wall. One. Whole kitchen wired properly, along with a few other random things we wanted throughout the house and I have ONE spot on the wall to mud and tape. Oh, and its BEHIND the fridge, so you dont even see it. They also had to get power to our island for the range and an outlet on the island and managed to cut out a small section of the floor to run the power over, and then covered it back up and I had only small gaps to fill. I am so, so satisfied with the work that was done, so happy to have a properly functional kitchen, and will definitely work with them again if we ever need anything else!

Great service beyond 5-stars!!! Fast response, easy scheduling, fair price, easy payment online, ontime everytime, answers all our questions, super efficient and fast in the installation and repairs, dedication to the details and leaves no dirt after the job. The price is fair and much cheaper than some over-marketed peer.We need to install recessed lighting in living room, ceiling light fixture, ceiling fan, repair garage door openers wiring, fix open wiring. They did amazing job and the results are excellent (see photos, we now have nice bright living room)! Jeff was very knowledgeable and clearly explains what needs to be done and what doesnt (which helps us save unnecessary repairs), offered a fair quote the same night and scheduled our big job to be done next week. On the day, Lisa and Will showed up on time and was driven to finish their job as soon as possible that they didnt even take time to have lunch. They impressed us with finishing up installation of 8 recessed lights in living room for about 2 hours and finished the whole job at 3pm. As there is need for a special part, Lisa went to get that and come in first thing next morning to help us fix it. Also during the job, she patiently answers all my questions. Cannot say how much I appreciate their dedication to get the job done fast and right!Id highly ecommend them to all my friends for their service!
