I’m very pleased with the service provided by Zach and Austin from Randy’s Electric. I loved that I received a text with a photo and background of the lead electrician, Zach, well ahead of their arrival. Zach made a courtesy call 20 minutes ahead of arrival, which was really appreciated. I had several installation projects for them, one of which turned out to be much bigger job than expected. Zach was able to walk me through the reasons it was needed. Scheduling another day to come back to do the work was seamless. They were very courteous and professional and took great care to clean up after their work too! I highly recommend!

First off when I called for an appointment I spoke to Brian on the phone. He was courteous, accommodating and professional. He made me feel good about my choice to use Randy’s Electric. Tyler and Brian came to my house for the purpose of installing a dedicated circuit in my garage for my EV. They were on time, Tyler explained the work process and cost. Totally impressed with Ryan and Jacob and their attention to details. We thought we just had a bad breaker that controlled our electric range. Based on their diligence, they discovered issues with how the breaker had previously been installed and also with our 240 V outlet. They took their time to do it right and explained everything they were doing during the process. I would highly recommend Randys for any of your electrical needs.

Luis came to our house on an emergency call after an electrical fire caused by a power surge. He was so helpful, explaining what he was seeing each step of the way, and thoroughly examined our wiring to make sure we were safe to turn our power back on. He went above and beyond, worked late into the evening on short notice, and gave us a thorough write up of his findings to help inform our next steps with restoration. We are so appreciative of Luiss work and couldnt recommend enough!

Randys was hired to install a new motion detecting light fixture on our front porch. I had removed the old light fixture and provided the new light fixture. The team of two arrived as scheduled and did their work timely. The price of $447 seemed rather high for the work they did in the one hour they were on-site.

Electricians were courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. I had wires burn in my kitchen overhead light, damaging the fixture. They fixed the burned wires and replaced it with an LED light. Very happy with my new light and the quick work. Greg Swenson was my electrician.

I had an issue where a third of my house was left without power due to bad wiring in a 50 year old house. Dan and JD from Randys came to my house and spent tons of time evaluating everything before finally giving me a quote. I left feeling I was making the correct choice in having them do the work, and my feeling was absolutely correct.They both did an amazing job over the course of a full week effectively rewiring my entire house. All work that required cutting left holes that can be easily patched over by even an amateur DIYer like myself and my wife. Im extremely happy with all of the work they ended up doing, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family in the area, as well as going back to them if I need any more work done on my house in the future.

I called Friday with a variety of electrical issues (problems). They sent Ryan out Monday. This was a long list, some complicated. He quickly looked at locations and I had estimate probably within half hour. He fixed three or four Monday and was back Tuesday morning finishing around 1:00. All done incredibly professionally. And he noticed three issues not on list and corrected them without adding to cost. And best of all left areas probably cleaner than when he started. He did have another electrician come over Tuesday whose name escapes me. I could not be happier with the service. Timely and reasonably done.

This is the 2nd time we have had Randy’s electric come do some electrical work. First time was to fix under cabinets LED light strips that were only a couple years old. 2 other electricians could not fix. They fixed on first visit. This last time they installed a new light fixture. They were on time and did an excellent job. They clean up after the install and took away all the boxes etc. Will call them again.

We had some Storm damage where a tree fell on our power line to the house which ripped out our mast and collapsed our power line. Called Randy’s Electric and they had a technician out here within an hour. We did use their emergency service which is a little more money ($199 for service call) but we got our power back up within a few hours. Our tech’s name was Guy and he did a great job, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. This is our second time using Randy’s and if the need arises again we will be back. Thanks for the great job!

Our power went out in the latest storm with the service mast on our outdoor electric box being ripped off our house. This happened when a giant branch fell on the wires and took them down while also bringing down this mast.I called Randys Electric, and even with their very busy schedule helping others without power, they fit us in the next morning!Luis and Jesus were very professional, knowledgeable and very neat in the job they did for us. First of 3 jobs.1) The electrician and his apprentice arrived fairly promptly after providing an alert call roughly a half hour prior to the expected time. The remainder of the experience was seamless. They worked in a professional manner and had our rather complex wiring situation remedied within a window of four hours. Communication was excellent during the time they were here. We would not hesitate to give Randys a call for future wiring issues we encounter.My one complaint is that I wanted to share the three estimates with my wife the day it was originally given. It was a Friday and the estimates finally did come on Monday, but that meant my wife and I could not discuss the best options in the time we had available. Those estimates should have been delivered to us via email more promptly.2) Joe and his apprentice arrived promptly for a fairly complex job. They worked efficiently and with my assistance were able to complete the job to my satisfaction. When they needed to use the desk to reach the ceiling they should have used a bootie as they left a footprint on the white desk covering which I did not appreciate.3. Joe was prompt in his arrival and proceeded to take care of the issue at hand. Unf. the parts he used did not work which meant he was here an extra half-hour. Not his fault, but someone at Randys should be checking these parts before they go out on a job. It was very frustrating to have an electrician install a part that didnt work -- Twice.
