Recently had trouble with my electrical service for my well water being out, towards the end of day. I had left a message an hour earlier and guessed they were out on a job, so I drove down there since they are in the neighborhood.Don showed up soon after coming back from a call. He quickly accessed my issue, explained it clearly, and I had it resolved for me right away.Very grateful to learn how helpful and kind Don is. I will make them my go-to for any electrical work from now on. -

Don and his team were great. We upgraded our service to 200 amp. Don was attentive to my needs and explained everything they were doing and he explained everything they did after the job was complete. Don always answered my calls or called me back very quickly. Called Park Grove and Don came and guided us to figure out our outlet issue (resolved that day) and guided us to contact X cel for a bigger issue that was happening. He followed up with an unexpected call since our bigger issue wasn’t resolved. He made us feel that we were being supported and not left high and dry. Our bigger issue was finally resolved. I would use Park Grove again for my electrical needs. When I got the bill I surprised at the reasonable price charged. Don is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician. His commitment to his profession and customers is awesome. -

Donnie came out the day after I called to assess the situation..He then returned the next day to make a new outlet to accommodate a new voice controlled smart faucet so the garbage disposal , dishwasher and faucet would be powered independently. He was dependable ,On time, friendly, polite,informative.and skilled .He answered all my questions and had me demonstrate how to operate the new smart sink before he left .I would recommend him to everyone and I would call him if I need an electrician in the future .He deserves a 5 out of 5 . -

I received other bids to have work done before I called Park Electric to see if I could get an estimate. Don came within a few hours and not only gave me a lower bid immediately he explained what they would do and why it was important. The work was completed two days later. They were punctual and clean. They did exactly what they said and what I asked for. I also like that they are local. I appreciate Don taking the time to explain everything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for electric done correctly and affordable. -

I always call Donnie Drigans for any electrical needs at Youth Service Bureau in Cottage Grove. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and a friendly guy. When I need an electrician, I generally need one NOW. Just a couple weeks ago we had an issue with our circuit breakers and he came out right away and assesses and fixed the issue. We have also had Donnie and crew install outdoor lighting. He is very knowledgeable on the city requirements, particularly with our location along the highway. I would highly recommend Park Grove Electric. -

The owner, Donnie, came out quickly as promised, and explained what our project would require. They were quickly able to fit us in their busy schedule as we were in middle of a basement remodel, which kept us on schedule.They installed a new electrical panel (replaced a possible fire hazard FPE panel), 17 recessed lights, two way light switch, two smoke detectors, a couple extra outlets etc. The job was performed as promised and every step of the project was explained so we knew what to expect. Donnie and his team are top-notch and would not hesitate to refer their services to family and friends!! You dont always find this quality in a contractor and its much appreciated. -

Cant say enough about the quality and service - its great! Installed a new panel and electric heater in my garage and it worked great! Thermostat went bad about a year later and they replaced it quickly and without hassle or cost to me. Ill be going back to Park Grove Electric for all my needs...speaking of which, I need to add a plug for my welder and might as well add a plug for my future electric car! -

We called after putting in a outlet and switch that still didn’t work. This was during the covid19 sheltering. Don listened to our problem figured out what was wrong and with texts, pictures and phone calls walked us thru the install. It works perfect Don was invaluable to us wouldn’t have fixed it without his expertise. Can’t thank him enough. -
