I wholeheartedly endorse this plumbing service! When our hot water heater began to leak, we reached out to several local services to arrange a repair. Everyone seemed to be fully booked for the next 2-3 weeks, except this particular company. Working with Justin through emails was a breeze. We even sent over photos of our water heater before they visited. Surprisingly, our heater, which we thought was 10 years old, turned out to be 30 years old! This prompted us to quickly shift from repair to replacement. We contacted them at the beginning of the week and by midweek, they had installed a brand new hot water heater! Our home has its own set of complex plumbing issues, but they were able to track down and fix all the problems. Now, were enjoying the best water pressure weve had in years!

We were dealing with an outdoor main valve that was leaking significantly, causing quite a mess in front of our property. I showed them the problematic valve and the water accumulation area. The water was even spilling into the street. We had to turn off the houses water supply for the night. Despite it being late in the day, they assured me theyd be back. They shared an estimate and promised to return soon. Right at 7am, I received a call from Marc (who I believe is the owner). He let me know theyd be on their way shortly. Justin and Braxton, same guys from the previous day, were there by 8am and immediately got to work. They maintained their professionalism, kept us informed whenever they had to leave for a part, and explained all charges in detail. justin and braxton spent almost nine hours working at our house in St. Louis and successfully fixed the issue. Their pricing was fair and their work was efficient. After the job, Marc called to check if we had any questions and explained all the work they had done. I dont think five stars is enough to rate the quality of work weve received from this plumbing service, it truly deserves more. The owner, now referred to as Marc, has done incredible work, both small and large. This includes unclogging drains, radiator replacements, boiler cleanings, and even a full-on steam boiler replacement and hot water heater installation in the middle of winter. His pricing is very fair and the level of service is something you dont see often these days. When it came to the steam boiler replacement, Marc was at our home on a weekend night at 10:00pm, dealing with water leaking from the radiators and boiler into the house. His pricing wasnt over the top, instead he was quick to respond and lend a helping hand in a very unpleasant situation. He managed to restore our heat as soon as he could get a steam boiler and made sure to check on us daily to ensure everything was working perfectly. As someone who grew up with a contractor father and surrounded by contractors, I know what its like to provide prompt, courteous, and well-priced service. Its a pleasure to see these same values in someone we hire today. i cannot recommend this plumbing service or Marc enough. This recommendation is not given lightly.

Initially, they didnt replace the washers and the bill was unexpectedly over $300 for their service. However, after I communicated my concerns to them, they acknowledged a billing mistake. They assured me they would fix the leaking faucets and adjust the bill appropriately. Indeed, they returned promptly to replace the two washers. After further discussions with Marc, it was agreed that the initial bill was incorrect and they proceeded to refund the entire payment I had made. Im extremely pleased with their responsive and professional service in St. Louis.

Marc did a fantastic job identifying and repairing a rusting and leaky drain pipe in our kitchen. I was highly impressed with his work, despite the quoting process. He gave us two options, one for the under-sink drain and one for a full replacement of the entire (cast iron) piping system, which we agreed to. The latter option indicated that cabinets and paneling would have to be removed, but this step wasnt taken. Instead, Marc expertly detached the kitchen sink from its original pipe and connected it to another pipe that also services the bathrooms. The entire cost, inclusive of materials and labor, came up to around $2155, which for about 10 hours of Marcs dedicated work, seemed fair. Surprisingly, there was no charge for this advice and i was able to disconnect the line with a very inexpensive part. i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this team to anyone in need of a new install, an upgrade, or a repair to their plumbing and HVAC.

We sought the services of a plumbing company to fix our leaking hot water tank. Prior to that, we had reached out to three other providers. The first offered the lowest estimate but admitted that they couldnt manage our Uponor PLEX plumbing system and left. The second gave us the next lowest quote but were unable to fit us into their schedule immediately. The third quoted an absurdly high price but were ready to do the job immediately, which we declined. Then we found our chosen plumber. Even though they couldnt attend to the job until two days after we called, they arrived the same day for an inspection. They claimed to offer the lowest prices, which wasnt exactly accurate, but they werent the most expensive either, so we decided to hire them. The plumber, lets call him Marc, did an exceptional job. Unlike the original tank installation by the builder, Marc installed a pan, a backflow prevention device, and insulated the pipes. He also took care of the old tank, saving us the hassle. While the tank itself probably retails for around $650 (Im certain Marc paid less), the total charge was $1,500. Although it seemed steep, it was a task I wouldnt have dared undertake myself. So, I would suggest getting quotes. Unfortunately, Marc wouldnt provide a quote until he saw the tank, which wasnt very convenient when comparing prices. The lowest quote we received was $1,200, but they were unable to handle our plumbing system. The most expensive quote was $1,800. In conclusion, Marc did a professional job and everything is functioning as it should. Its important to get quotes and evaluate your options carefully.

He examined the pipe and determined it wasnt collapsed, but merely blocked. He was able to unblock it and charged me less than 10% of what the initial plumbing service quoted. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things HVAC and was patient and thorough answering all of our questions. We connected in our passion for energy efficiency and sustainability. He followed up after the installation to ensure all was configured and running smoothly and to solution any more questions we might have. We had an old house (built in 1920) with a blocked pipe running from the downstairs bathroom to the main line. justin was thorough in understanding and resolving our issue. Due to the dated plumbing, he had a hard time accessing the pipe from the external clean out. However, after further investigation, he successfully used a small device to navigate through the washing machines drain line. On a personal note, he is articulate, well-presented, and very friendly.
