    I needed to replace my 15 year old kitchen faucet and my sink strainer baskets. I had seen some good reviews of Coles plumbing and decided to give them a try. I wasnt disappointed. That night I requested an appointment via their website, and they called the next morning and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Brian arrived on time and did a great job. He was polite, friendly, and careful in his work (my new faucet was an expensive one, and obviously I didnt want it scratched or damaged during installation). One of the strainer baskets was frozen on and had to be cut off, and Brian had the tools needed for the job. He cleaned up afterwards, made sure there were no leaks and that the faucet worked properly. I was very satisfied with Coles and will use them again.

    Highly recommend! They are extremely thorough from just booking the appointment down to the actual job. Brian and Dale took their time and answered any and all questions I had about various plumbing items around the house. They are very knowledgeable and I plan to use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

    Coles plumbing mechanics went out of there way to get to the problem of a broken line. these guys had to tunnel under the house that was less than a foot off the ground. They were able to do the complete job in 1 day. Saved me a lot of stress on how I was going to get this property fixed for tenant. I would recommend Coles for all your plumbing needs.

    I called 3 companies to replace a defective 1 inch backflow assembly that I failed. It was a very simple job with easy access. Although headquartered 45 miles from the job, Coles was the only one willing to file the permit, get it scheduled and get it done. Ive used them in the past on another assembly that I also failed and Ive found they are responsive, honest and timely. Very professional company.

    Quick, responsive company. Called in morning for leaky kitchen faucet and guys came and diagnosed problem, I went and bought a new faucet and they came back after lunch and installed it. Nice guys and fair price. Will definitely be using again.

    We had been having problems with our toilets clogging up. We had called another, well known national company two other times, with a total bill of $650, and they didnt even fix the problem other than temporarily (for a week the second time). Coles fixed the problem, showed us what the problem was, and only charged us $214. It has been working great since.

    I was in need of a plumbing company to unstop a toilet at my house. I was tired of using a company that charged me $200 just to walk in my front door without even looking at the problem. I heard a commercial for Coles Plumbing on the radio and decided to call them up. The lady who took my call was extremely polite and very accommodating. She was willing to send someone to my house the same day but work obligations prevented that from happening. She gave me the first appointment the following day. The plumber who showed up (Zack) was 30 minutes EARLY. He was polite and professional. Diagnosed and fixed my toilet issue quickly. He left the bathroom spotless. The cost was EXTREMELY affordable. I would recommend Coles Plumbing to anyone who is unsure of who to call or has had a bad experience in the past with other plumbing companies. Ive got them lock in my phone!

    The two professionals that came out installed a new AGM in a Westinghouse tankless water heater. They appear to have correctly diagnosed the problem. They worked fast, were considerate of my costs (let me order the warrantied part), and came back earlier than scheduled to install it. Ill use them again!

    Great service! Zackary &Oscar came ready to work with the right equipment to find the leak in my gas line and fix it the right way. It wasnt easy. Our rainy days are daily and there was water under my home but Zack didnt give up both were so nice and professional. Thank you very much.     We needed a new water heater for the house in Bay St. Louis. We decided to buy a new one at Home Depot In Picayune. When the licensed Plumber from Coles Plumbing got to the house and opened the box it was dented. We had to go back to Picayune 30 miles from the house to return the water heater. We bought another one. Before we left Home Depot in Picayune we opened the box and that one was also dented. All the Rheem water heaters at Home Depot were damaged 8 in total. We called Coles Plumbing, explained our situation and within two hours, they bought us a new Rheem water heater and the licensed Plumber installed a new one. Thanks to Coles Plumbing we had our water heater installed the same day. Lesson learned, Call COLES PLUMBING. We are grateful for the kindness they showed us.

    Coles is very professional and quickly installed 2 new toilets including replacing a broken flange on June 27th. They returned 24 hours later when my 20 year hot water heater final failed and had to cap the water line to the heater when the shut off valve failed to work properly. Coles quickly worked me into their schedule and found a replacement hot water heater and all the supplies needed to move the water heater from the attic to the garage. Coles is now my go to for any of plumbing repair needs.

    Weā€™ve only lived down here for 2 years and used the plumber that was referred to us by previous owner. My husband accidentally put a staple in our sewer line and called that plumber and they are no longer in business and would not give a referral. What to do?     Coleā€™s Plumbing did an excellent job for me. They called to verify the appointment time the day before and then called again when on the way the next morning. The plumbers Joe and Devin did an excellent job replacing two toilets and my garbage disposal. Quick, competent and friendly. Will use them again when I need a plumber.

    I called and left a message on Friday. I got a call back first thing Monday morning and Joseph was out in about a half hour. He was very cheerful and professional. We needed a repair on the toilet flange and a tightening on a second bathroom. He accomplished everything quickly and made sure we saw both the problem and repair. I was very pleased with the price and the entire service. We asked for a card and will use Coles for our future plumbing needs.

    Our outside faucet gave out this past weekend and was leaking all over. First thing Monday morning we called Coleā€™s Plumbing and the lady we spoke to told us that a truck was in our area and that they would call on us after 1:00. Sure enough they called right after 1:00 and they were here and the problem was fixed by 2:00. The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them in the future.

They came out to the property and got the job done promptly. Did an amazing job and sent me an extensive invoice with photographs of before and after. Their prices are absolutely fair too! Highly recommended!Also I was able to make a payment by doing a free bank transfer. It made it so easy!
