    This company is one of the absolute best we have ever dealt with - on all levels - from the initial contact on the phone to get help to the prompt, professional, and highly skilled technicians who resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. Our hot water heater suddenly died on October 29 rather late in the afternoon, and we had no idea what was wrong or who to even call for help. I chose Superior to contact simply because they came up in my search as one of the first companies listed. My call was answered quickly, and the employee was very accommodating, listening to the issue and getting us on the schedule for the very next morning. The technician that came out (Danny) was polite, knowledgeable, and promptly diagnosed the issue. We opted to get a new hot water heater, which Danny coordinated to happen that same day - within just a couple of hours! The two technicians that came to do the job (Jesse and Zach) were great - again, very polite, efficient with their skill and time, and showed excellent customer care to explain things and offer any future assistance. They did an awesome job all around - including cleaning up everything before they left. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Superior. Their company definitely lives up to their name!

    Superior came out to install a humidifier on the furnace. The servicemen (Cody and Zach) were prompt and courteous. They explained the system and discussed other options to keep the house comfortable and safe for my family. We are long-term customers with Superior and don’t plan on changing that.     Excellent service!! The only place I called that was able to have someone come out and do the job on the same day. Nick was very helpful and answered all my questions. I also greatly appreciated how he saw my dog’s food bowl and immediately made sure to place the mouse traps he set up inside in places that would be harder to reach. Highly recommend if you need pest control for rodents!

    My first contact was with Jackie, who was so nice and patient with me , she set up my follow up appointment with Patrick , who also was very nice .     Jerry A. with Superior was amazing! He even took the time to explain what was going on while working on our furnace. I used another service for years but they didn’t service the LSL area.     Furnace was short cycling. After a chilly night I called Superior to get service. Was able to get a service tech (Jerry A) by 9 am.Jerry was professional and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the source of the problem. Turns out the air filter was restricting the airflow to properly operate without overheating.Greatly appreciate the quick service, professionalism of Jerry and the office staff that set me up for the service.Highly recommend!

    Rick, Chris G. And Kevin did an amazing job of putting in my new furnace and thermostat. Also, they correct the flot flow of my hot water heater to go in the right direction.     We had a water heater emergency which pooped out after 27 years of service... Anywho, Imust say, John Goste and his partner Jake are AMAZING. They were efficient yet CARING and generous with their time in installing our new water heater. I really loved how John explained exactly what we were getting every step of the way with TRANSPARENCY (which I especially appreciated being that my mom is older and I would hate for her to be taken advantage). That being said, both were VERY knowledgeable on plumbing, had command of the situation, could make sense of their plumbing surroundings on the spot, and showed excellent problem solving skills in deciphering our existing setup. John also gave us tutorials and allowed us to create video explanations of how to use our new water heater... what a plus!!! We highly recommend Superior for plumbing, and we hope John and Jake return next time we have a need. Hopefully, next time its not an emergency!!!

    I had superior heating and cooling install a brand new Bryant heating and A/C system in my home. Rick and Kevin did an amazing job, they arrived on time, were able to do the full install in 4 1/2 hours, and did an amazing clean up, i am extremely please and happy with the service superior provided, and the job was completed in only 2 days, I would recommend superior and these 2 technicians to anyone.

He did an excellent job checking the way the furnace works and any problem I might be having!     Had my seasonal maintenance check-up with Korey Tallevast. Who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him about the benefits of adding a humidifier to my existing system as I was having issues with a very dry house in the winter (nosebleeds, static/shocking, etc.) Korey went through all the benefits and how easy the process of adding one was with Superior. So I told him I would like to have one installed (I was thinking since this is a busy part of the year, we would have to schedule this out for another day/week), they were able to schedule another technician to do the install the SAME day.Cody Bowman came to my house after finishing another install an hour after Korey left. Cody was just as friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the changes he performed, and how to use the settings on the humidifier. I can tell Cody puts years of knowledge and pride into his work. Im a club member with Superior and I will say it definitely has its added benefits, as my humidifier will be part of the twice yearly maintenance going forward.Happy with the service that Superior continues to provide!     Jerry was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed what was going on with my heating and air-conditioning unit in my basement. He also showed my how to use my thermostat properly on the unit i have on my second floor. Very helpful.Update: October 25, 2024Today Cody snd Zach installed a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. They both were timely,professional and knowledgeable. After the installation, Cody showed my how to navigate my new unit. He also explained how to use the thermostat on the unit and explained the specific parts of the air-conditioner furnace and humidifier and went through each of the paper documents.I am very pleased with the outcome.

    I am so incredibly pleased with Superior Service! My first contact was with Heather, who was so nice and understanding, answered all my questions, and set up the estimate appointment with Teddy, who was likewise so nice. He explained everything - and out of all the estimates I had, his was the best - plus, he understood exactly what I needed. Then, Mike came out to install my pedestal sinks, and was so kind, friendly, dedicated, and showed such expertise and skill. I am so happy with the job he did, and am looking forward to having Mike and Teddy come out again to do the other projects! I highly recommend Superior Service! They will work with you on cost and time-frames, too! In addition, another wonderful worker from Superior, John, joined Mike to do a huge project at my house - replacement of an old dirty jetted tub with a nice new beautiful tub. John and Mike worked continuously, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was right before they left. They were so polite and friendly. They also very carefully carried out the giant old tub without touching the freshly painted walls, which was quite a feat in itself, since the old tub was so huge!     Superior Service is top shelf and first class. Jesse and C.J. did an A+ job replacing our whole-house humidifier. To my surprise, all system components were replaced - supply valve and line, solenoid valve, controller, the humidifier itself, duct flanges, drain hose.... EVERYTHING! All at an incredibly competitive price. This was Superiors third visit to our house and theyre batting 1.000. An extremely well run business - no wonder theyve been around for more than five decades.     Came within time slot. Kept me informed on when Dave would be there. Some minor repairs were needed. I was told the cost before agreeing to repairs. Dave completed repairs to one furnace and performed a maintenance check on another. Done in less than 45 minutes. Have been a customer for 40 years. Never one complaint.

    Today I had a new HVAC system installed. Jesse, Jake and CJ were very respectful dedicated and thoughtful with the work they put in here. They took the time they needed to do quality work and I couldnt be happier. Even while my home made the task a bit more difficult than expected they didnt stop, give up or rush anything. It took all day but I was impressed at their diligence to provide the work necessary and completing the service in one day.Scott originally came to my home and was very friendly, direct and gave me all of the information I needed to pick options on my new system. His approach was what made me pick superior service over the other estimates and their warranty is untouchable by other companies which is awesome.My entire experience even with the office was pleasant. I feel confident and comfortable in my investment. They were even able to get me done within the next business day and thats more amazing. (It was Friday and Monday was labor day- so new system installed Tuesday)I called them by fluke when trying to reach another company.     The tech, John, had a major challenge facing him. Out water heater was 26 years old and had never been flushed. This required extra effort and expertise on his part to empty a plugged up tank and remove it with out leaving a mess. The new heater is configured differently so he had several adjustments to make the pipes fit properly. He kept me informed on his progress and was always careful to not damage any carpeting or other interior structure. Now several days later the new heater is running great.     SUPERIOR is right! Yesterday we had our air conditioning and heat pump replaced by Superior Service and let me tell you what a great experience it was! Not only is it hard to deal with hearing that your system is beyond repair (for the most part), but dealing with that news in the midst of other traumatic things we have going on right now made it 10x worse.     Jerry A was fantastic! He called me prior to the appointment to give me his arrival time. I really appreciate that. He arrived on time. He was super friendly and the dogs loved him!     Superior installed our system in Jan 2014. We always schedule the spring and fall tune-ups. Our heating and cooling work flawlessly! Their Service Technicians are always, professional, polite, and informative. Today our Technician was Jerry, he showed me how the data of how effective our AC is operating, and shared the Spring specials. While we don’t have need of the specials at this time, it’s nice to know what’s available. After 10 years of service, Superior offers high quality, fair priced equipment and outstanding service! I can recommend without any reservations!

    Our AC quit working yesterday and it quickly got hot and sleeping was uncomfortable. I called Superior this AM and was able to have the repair completed within a few hours of my call! Jerry A was very knowledgeable and thorough making sure to check each part of the system explaining what he is looking for along the way. I recommend Superior and their team!

    AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and Superior came right out and fixed several issues as the AC is 17 years old. Korey performed the services and was awesome!
