I explained the issue with our oven and Ron knew exactly what the problem was. He got right to work, verified the problem and gave us an up-front bid. The best part is he had the part stocked in his truck! In one hour’s time, our oven was fixed! We will definitely call Hoffmann for any future repairs and request Ron as our technician! They cleaned all the stubborn rust stains that we had under our old tray and made the floor look like new. They took great care in delivering the new washer as well as hauling away the new machine and tray. They were the best!! Will be using them again in future.

Our assigned appliance technician for our Jenn Air electric cook top with down draft fan was Jeremy. He was so professional, polite and thorough during this service call. He reviewed his purpose and talked about Hoffman Brothers company before he started. I’m so satisfied that he could show me the issue and get a replacement part for this old but very well made stove. I had hoped I would not need to replace this stove and also received info for a similar new appliance and could make the choice.I knew the company had great reviews and that’s why I chose to call them and found those reviews well deserved! With an immediate feeling of trust in this company, I did purchase their home protection plan and look forward to working with them in the future.

Hoffman Brothers is the place to turn for your plumbing needs! Our sump pump went out and they had it fixed within 48 hours. Steven came out immediately and was able to give us an estimate the day it failed. Somehow, Garrett Was able to show up the next day to install A whole new system. Him and Nathan went above and beyond professionalism. They took into consideration our needs as well as the best and most effective course of action for resolving our issue. I wish I could give them 1000 stars. The whole organization was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rick and the other plumbers that he arrived with did an excellent job with re-lining my sewer lateral. They did a great job at recapping what the planned activity was for the day and then kept my wife and I updated when they were finishing up. At the end, Rick walked me through what happened through the day and helped answer any extra questions I had, and gave us further instructions for how to best care for lining in the future. I am very satisfied with the quality of the job they performed, and I hope that others who they work with find the same professionalism and quality that I have.

Hoffmann Brothers came through when we had a deadline to meet! We had damage to our sewer line that needed repair and lining prior to selling our home. Matt came out expeditiously to give us a quote and timeline for repair. The following week the work began in a timely manner with teams that worked on different aspects of our job each day. Each team (to include Rick and Joe) was professional, friendly and most importantly respectful of maintaining the integrity of our yard. They were mindful of the timeline they gave us and worked over 16 hours on Day 2 and over 12 hours the following day. With regard to pricing, it is more than fair based on the number of people on their teams to get the work completed. The job was done on time, pricing was transparent and our property barely looks like it had extensive work done! We highly recommend Hoffman Brothers!

He gave us great advice on how to prevent the melting ice (that accumulated under the crisper drawers in the refrigerator) from flooding onto the floor. Update:7-18-24Tobey came to patch the section of drywall that had been removed to install a new vent for our half-bath addition in our basement.Very pleased with the quality of his work!7-11-24We are very satisfied with the way the basement “rough-in” bathroom project has progressed, most of the work has been completed.Someone from Hoffmann Brothers will return to finish installing the toilet and vanity hookups once we get the paneling up.Tim was a very professional young man, worked hard to keep us informed of the project status, and was very careful to put down floor runners and plastic to contain any dirt or dust.His workmanship was excellent.Our next step is to get someone from Hoffmann to repair the plasterboard that was removed when installing a new plumbing vent (Tobey-see above).Highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers to do this type of work…you may pay a little more, but the work is done right and Customer satisfaction is a top priority.

It took more than a week to get scheduled but Jason arrived as I w his first stop a little after 7 a.m. He was upbeat, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took a look inside and told me exactly what was wrong within the first 5 minutes! Even better, he had the part in the van!! Within the hour, he replaced the part, put everything back in its place, and I had FIRE in the broiler again! They are a bit pricey, but I got what I paid for!! Great service all the way around. Called Hoffmann Brothers about the possibility of installing a 240v car charger. Hoffman called about 1/2 hour before James arrived. I oriented him to our circuit breaker panel and to where I thought the wire might run. He gave us an estimate which was in the price range that I expected. I said OK. He installed the wires and charger (which I already had on hand) in about 1/2 day. James then cleaned the house up (he had had to do some drilling and some cutting as well as wire stripping). No complaints. Looks good. The charger charges 10x faster than 120v.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Hoffmann Brothers. Our refrigerator stopped working, and Matt came out to repair. Unfortunately the condenser was shot. He offered us a couple of options - replace condenser or new fridge. We opted for the new fridge and with his help made a selection. The fridge was delivered 2 days later by Dakota and Jack. They were amazing. They set up everything - even put the shelves in the fridge (I didnt expect that). Dakota was very thorough in explaining everything about the fridge, from operation of the controls to replacing the filters to cleaning. Very impressed with these three men - their work ethic, kindness and helpfulness.This was our first time using Hoffman Brothers, and will definitely call them again when needed.

Before we called Hoffman Brothers we wasted our time with another local company whose technician looked at our Whirlpool Fridge, shrugged his shoulders and said I have no idea what’s wrong. Carter stops by from Hoffman Brothers 12 min after I get a call and a text asking if it’s still convenient.Carter is trained on Fridgere. He opened the freezer and said I know what this is and dove in!!!!ITS FIXED.He as Los saw that we had other issues with the unit s as nd addressed them! Scott helped us get started with setting up a new water heater and scheduling the electrician and appliance guys appointments!Anthony got our electric breaker box updated from the 1940s and into present day, as well as help get some outlets/switches put in!Louie came in, listened to what we wanted with regards to a dishwasher, looked at our situation, and provided us options that met our wants/needs. Hes a sweet young man who is good at what he does and we look forward to working with him again!Dakota was next and installed our new dishwasher, which had challenges, but did a fantastic job! Joe helped get the shut-off valves installed under the sink so it all flowed well!Weve been super happy with Hoffmann Brothers and highly recommend them to everyone! Ive been fortunate to have Hoffman Brothers electrical division perform service for me twice now, but Mike is reason enough for me to call them a third time. The first team had amazing problem solving skills, and they showed up on time on short notice. And this time, Mike did an amazing all around job for me, including, but not limited to, a complete electric panel assessment, various repairs, and the installation of new outlets. Mike exhibits command over his expansive knowledge and his ability to communicate that information is clear and kind. I commend Hoffman for hiring Mike and also his direct managers for establishing the type of energy and effort that Mike delivered for me on an important job.
