I reached out to Haydens Plumbing Services because of the fantastic testimonials I saw on a local community site. The feedback was consistently excellent. I was dealing with, for lack of a better phrase, a kitchen faucet that had suddenly turned into a geyser. One moment it was okay, the next it was spraying water everywhere. This happened during the evening. The following morning, I got in touch with Haydens Plumbing Services and though they were swamped, they promised to try and fit me in later that day or potentially the next. To my surprise, I got a call around midday saying theyd be over in an hour! Dean showed up and promptly fixed the faucet as well as another issue I was having with it. The repairs were minor and the cost was minimal. They could have easily overcharged me, I mean, how much does an average person really know about plumbing? I should mention they have a great text message system that keeps you updated about their estimated arrival time. Im yet ANOTHER satisfied customer singing Haydens praises and highly recommending their services. You wont be let down!

Ive had numerous repair services done in my house by Jude and his team from Haydens Plumbing Services, including hot water heater replacements, tub drain replacements, main drain line unclogging, kitchen sink installation, fireplace gas valve replacement, and tricky tub leak repairs. Greyson and Dean have consistently delivered excellent results that exceeded my expectations. Theyre not only honest and courteous, but they also always arrive promptly. A colleague of mine had nothing but great things to say about this plumbing service. The head plumber returned my call promptly after I left a voicemail, promising to dispatch someone that afternoon to locate and fix a minor leak in my basement pipe. Two plumbers, Terrance and Greyson, turned up. They were exceptional listeners, taking into account everything I said. Like true Leak Detectives, they scoured high and low, spending about 20 minutes in my attic checking for potential roof leaks, and thoroughly investigating my basement and main floors. They then made a small incision in my basement ceiling around the leaky pipe to trace its path. They considered every possible scenario, identified the problems, and fixed the minor leak without having to sever the pipe. I felt completely at ease and agreed with their assessment. They were simply remarkable! The cost was reasonable, the plumbers did a fantastic job, and most importantly, they demonstrated integrity. This is the kind of service every single woman hopes to find. I wholeheartedly endorse this family-operated plumbing service, theyve certainly earned a glowing review, and I would definitely use their services again in St. Louis! This is the top-notch plumber service ive ever encountered. dean was quite adept at his job. i was under the impression that my sewer lines were problematic. however, dean managed to conduct a camera inspection of my lines and happily informed me that everything was in order. initially, we assumed that my lines would require high-pressure clearing, which could have cost me approximately $800, but this turned out to be unnecessary. i really admire deans honesty, as he refrained from carrying out unneeded work just to earn a little extra, unlike some other plumbing services. my interaction with this service was truly impressive. i hold honesty and professionalism in high regard, and thats exactly what you can expect from them. going forward, theyre my go-to service for all plumbing requirements. dont second guess contacting them for any plumbing issues, as they wont overprice and always deliver a commendable job. my sister recommended them to me after they did a superb job at her residence. cheers, dean.

I phoned the office to schedule an installation for a new sink, faucet, and disposal, and I spoke with Terrance. He gave me some invaluable advice, suggesting I ensure that my new sink and faucets would fit the existing cut-outs. To my astonishment, the sink wasnt a perfect rectangle and didnt align with the radius of the existing cut-out. Therefore, I had to order a different sink and reached out to the plumbing service again once it was delivered. Their responses were always swift and Jude arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was very friendly and professional. Everything fell into place smoothly, much to everyones surprise. Im thrilled with my new sink, faucets, and disposal - theres not a single leak in sight. Jude also took the time to ensure the disposals lettering was centered and he left the area spotless, which I greatly appreciated. The cost of the job was much lower than I anticipated, affirming Judes honesty and fairness. Were definitely going to hire him again for future projects.

I recently faced a major issue with the main drain in my old house. After reaching out to three different plumbing and drain cleaning companies, and finding their quotes absurdly high, Terrance, a local plumber came highly recommended by a neighbor. Terrance visited my home in St. Louis after a long days work, even though it was past normal working hours on a Friday night, and reassured me that he would handle the situation. He had to go back to his workshop to get a water pressurized snake, which was necessary for properly unclogging the drain. His professionalism, knowledge, and the efficient way he handled the situation was truly remarkable. Surprisingly, he managed to clear the drain in just about 10 minutes, not the hours that others had estimated it would take, which would have involved digging up my yard. The blockage was located in the main drain U joint pipe in my basement, not in the aeration system! I was not just happy with his positive attitude and strong work ethic, but also with the very reasonable cost. I cant praise him enough! I highly recommend hiring this service!

When our home in St. Louis had a pipe blockage and water started to leak from the laundry machines discharge pipe, a local plumber was promptly on the scene. Terrance and his apprentice, Jude, swiftly assessed the issue, located the relief pipe, and brought out their 75 automated auger to unblock the pipe. Terrance also examined the visible pipes to ensure they were still in good condition. He spotted a minor, insignificant crack and made sure i was aware of it. He also performed a test to confirm there would be no leaks in the system. Both Terrance and Jude were extremely helpful and provided advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future. We will definitely be reaching out to this plumbing service again.

I needed to replace our old tank water heater, which seemed to be nearing the end of its lifespan, about 9 years after installation. i initially contacted a certain home improvement store for a quote and possible installation of a new tankless or heat-pump assisted tank water heater. however, i was put off by the fact that their contractor only provided a phone quote for a tankless option, and warned me that the final cost might increase based on the installation conditions. also, i was unfamiliar with the brand of the water heater they offered. deciding to look elsewhere, i reached out to a local plumbing company in st. louis. they gave me a free quote for a rinnai tankless water heater, a top-tier model from a reputable, high-quality brand. terrance, a seasoned plumber, visited our home to provide a solid estimate. the price was even 10% less than the previous quote id received. in addition, the plumbing company offered an attractive package including a 15-year heat exchanger warranty, 12-year parts, a 12-year annual flush (de-scaling service), and a 5-year membership to their comfort club, which entitles us to free service calls. any concerns or questions i had during the installation were promptly addressed by terrance, ensuring everything was perfect before he left. im confident that this new tankless water heater will be more cost-effective in the long run. its not only cheaper to run than electric heaters, but the included (and complimentary for the first 12 years) flushing service should also extend its lifespan to be 2.5x to 3x that of a tank water heater. their service was outstanding, professional, and certainly offers great value over time!

Im still in disbelief over the service provided by Haydens Plumbing Services. I was initially informed that I would require significant and expensive repairs. Then, out of the blue, this kind gentleman, Jude, arrived and asked a few things. Before I knew it, he suggested I should try flushing the toilet. I was nervous, considering it hadnt functioned for a fortnight. To my relief, its all working perfectly now. I realize using the term thrilled may seem exaggerated, but given that Im due for a medical procedure soon, not having a functioning toilet was a daunting prospect. I could continue praising their service, but I believe youve got the gist.

Preston and terrance were a godsend a few years back when i was constructing my new home and the builders plumber refused to fulfill my requests. im so glad i discovered them. preston and terrance are top-notch plumbers. they handled all the plumbing for my showers. i wish i had used them for the whole house. on my first night in my new home, water began to flood from the kitchen, drenching the fresh floors and cabinets. luckily, i was awake to mop up the water and dry it out. i reached out to the builders plumber who had fitted the kitchen fixture and was told it malfunctioned. i didnt trust this plumber, so i called on preston and terrance again. they discovered that every single tap in the house had been poorly installed and could have caused serious damage if used. most werent even connected properly. they even had to fix a few toilets. during our first winter, all the pipes froze. called preston and terrance again and discovered that the sewage-covered expensive marble could have been avoided if the original plumber had properly pitched the plumbing. there was no pitch at all! preston and terrance came to the rescue again. theyre great guys, knowledgeable, respectful of your personal belongings, and do a fantastic job. theyre worth every penny and the only ones to call. ill be calling them again as weve started to notice black marks all over the walls, cabinets, closets, fridge, etc., which we suspect is due to the HVAC not being installed correctly or having a crack thats releasing gas into the house and ruining our brand new dream home. im counting on preston and terrance to come to our rescue again! dont bother calling anyone else. just call these guys if you want the job done right and professionally the first time, or if you need to fix someone elses shoddy work. theyre the best in the business.

While performing his excavation with his professional knowledge, he discovered that the issue wasnt a plumbing leak but rather a sprinkler system malfunction. Instead of billing me for a full-price service that wasnt required, he managed to negotiate the excavators charge down to a few hundred dollars for 7 feet of digging. Remarkably, HE DIDNT EVEN BILL ME FOR PLUMBING. This is a level of integrity that is becoming increasingly rare in this field. Although this wasnt a service they offered, they still spent a good ten minutes on the phone with me, generously discussing various potential solutions. While i wasnt a paying customer due to my specific requirement, they still made the effort to assist me in comprehending the problem and guiding me towards the correct solution.
