Came home from a weekend away and our kitchen drains were backed up. Got a recommendation from our plumber to call Gateway, which we did first thing in the morning. Jason and Sam showed up on time and as promised. The were friendly and got right to work. Jason outlined what he believed the problem was and kept us updated on what was being done and why. When they were done they walked us through how to avoid further problems. I made sure I got their names so if we had a problem in the future we could call Gateway and ask for Jason and Sam again.

Jim did a great job cabling and providing a video of a sewer lateral for me. After the fact he was willing to get on the phone and walk me through what he saw since I wasnt onsite during the cabling and video. He provided me very useful information and a great video that was used by other plumbers to provide a quote for the repair. Id highly recommend Gateway and Jim.

We have had 3 sewer companies out to our house in the last year. Gateway came recommended by our plumber and another sewer company. They were professional, responsive, and listened carefully to our problems. The tech was very knowledgeable, clean, and did not make a mess of our house as other sewer companies had. He talked through everything with us and only performed the service we needed for a reasonable price (it was much lower than the estimate on the phone), he didn’t try to upsell us on work we didn’t need. Finally, we’ve found a good company we can rely on for sewer work!!!
