    I had to have our smaller furnace replaced due to a leak in the heat exchanger. Greg, who came and evaluated the need for a new furnace was great and very knowledgeable. The two techs who came today and replaced the furnace were equally great. both were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The furnace looks and runs great. Very pleased.

    Trevor was very personable and nice .He showed up on time and brought all materials and equipment with him to do the job. The job was hard but he didnt try to talk me into an easier choice he did the job the way I wanted it and he cleaned up the mess! Im very pleased with the work the technician did and with triple T. There were no hidden costs or fees the estimate was the total price .I would definitely recommend their company for any Plumbing or water heater needs.

    We live in Southern Utah with temps as high as 115, Our AC unit decided to blow hot air, I called Weston with Triple T, he was at my house with in 20 minutes. He looked at our unit that is 16 years old and noticed a leak, he hooked it up and then explained to me what was wrong... our unit was done. He said that he would be back with a cooling system to get us through for the weekend until the new unit would arrive, he came back in the poring rain and walked my husband through it all, soaking wet and all, he still had a smile! Early Monday morning as they promised, the Triple T Crew were here at my house to install. They were so clean and professional, and had me up and going before noon. The prices smoked all 3 other comps that I received and also the wait was about a week shorter than anybody else in town. The Owner, Jason Tanner was out on vacation at the time and as soon as he was back in town, he called to check on us and make sure we were nice and cool. They also offered zero interest financing so we did not have to have high interest on our credit cards. The unit they brought for us to use was a complete lifesaver and saved us from having to get a hotel room to get us through. I would HIGHLY recommend Triple T to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for making something not so fun (on the pocket book) so easy! We really appreciate all you did for us!

    We had an appointment scheduled. The technician arrived but noticed he had a metallic object piercing his right rear tire. He had to get it fixed but we had a 1:00 appointment. They made arrangements to have the manager come with him in another van while his was being repaired. They got here. Did a fantastic job for us. All in time for us to make our 1:00 obligation. We appreciated their effort and service.

    MACK HANSEN the technician who came to my house today was very professional, and very friendly also super helpful with us he help us a lot he understood or financial.concerns and did everything on his power also calling his manager who I think is a good person also he spend almost 1 hour checking up for everything he made sure our hvac was working properly before leaving a very professional person and we are so happy that we call you guys .     Very efficient and informative as they did the work. They were able to install both HVAC systems in less time than quoted. They took care to do the least amount of damage to the existing Sheetrock, or will be easy to repair. Very organized and friendly. Also kept everything very clean. Great Job.

    We have had such good service from Triple T. They have been coming to our house for 7 years and this visit was the one we knew was coming. For a few years our technician has given us great service and helped us make out unit last a couple extra service calls! This time we needed to replace it. Triple T is so open about what work they are doing and why we need it. They are great to give us options, but we know we can trust their opinions as well. They were able to get a new unit out quick. They stayed to make sure not only the unit was working correctly, but that we knew how to run things on the inside as well. We will recommend and continue to have Triple T service our home!

    Triple TTT has come to my home several times. They have always been very pleasant to work with and most of all competent. They find the real problem and fix it! I feel sure they have fixed my outside faucet by working on the inside problem as well as replacing the tap. It hadnt functioned well for a long time!

    I had Triple T perform my annual heating system maintenance (Joe Palke) and install a remote water emergency shut-off valve (Adrian Moreno). The installation of the emergency water shut-offf valve took a little longer due to coordination required with my internet provider. I appreciate Adrian knowledge. professionalism and patience. Adrian also troubleshot my low water pressure and replaced my PRV which wasnt working since day one of having my home built. I had Triple T service my HVAC system over the years and will continue to do business with them in the future.

    Very satisfied, blower motor went out, I called triple T. They added me to their free 4 times per year check up plan which made todays diagnostic free, technician wayne got out to us quickly and figured out it needed a new control board which I couldnt afford at the time, he came up with a solution to bypass the part in the control board which was blown to get the blower motor working again until I can afford the right part, thanks triple T. And thank you Wayne!!!

    Amazing and fast service! When my daycare lost air conditioning, Corbin and Trevor were great to help me and get someone over quickly. The guys worked fast and efficient.     We are quite happy with the experience we had with Triple T. Garrett did a great job with the humidifier, however, he identified an issue with the shut off value. We decided with that issue, we should have a review of the plumbing and Kadin arrived to do a very thorough job. He recommended a few corrections, which we felt were appropriate. In the course of the discussion, we asked about a tankless water heater since regular water heater was over 8 years old. Kadin did an excellent job of explaining everything and we decided tankless was a good investment. There was a slight hiccup with the installation BUT the response to the issue was exceptional and within 24 hours, we were back in action. Kadin was a delight throughout. We can see why Triple T has earned a reputation for customer service on top of competent employees. Thanks for everything.

    Triple T - Garrett was amazing this morning. Explained everything to me that was done to my furnace -- offered aprotection device in case the furnace leaked. I had him install one -- I would rather do prevention than repair.     I would recommend Triple T. My water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had someone out within a couple of hours. They took care of the warranty with the manufacturer and got my water heater repaired. Every service I have had from them has been a fantastic experience.     I previously used another company to install my mini split in St George. When I called them for service I got none at all.Triple T was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am sooo glad I went to them. The tech, Jesse was prompt, professional, thorough and just plain GOOD!My parents were looking to put a mini split in and I recommended Triple T. Guess what? Jesse shows up and does another marvelous job. He seems to just care about about his service. He goes above and beyond and is so informative. I sure wish I knew about them when I put in my mini split. They were even priced better than who I used.Out main AC units are getting very old and when they give up the ghost I’m calling Triple T.And just for perspective, I never do reviews…. There you go!

    I contacted Triple-T Plumbing, Heating & Air at the recommendation of the previous owner of our home. He stated he & his wife were so pleased with their service that they had them install a mini-split in their new homes garage. Our mini-split was leaking water down our garage wall on humid days. The technician removed the cover & quickly determined the drain line became separated from the unit. All staff very professional. Cost was minimal for high quality work performed. Will definitely consider for future work.

    This 5 star rating is for KADIN CARSON. Having worked with plumbers over the years in homes/rentals, its hard to find plumbers you can trust to help correctly and timely. KADIN CARSON is a plumber you can trust to analyze issues, and not give up until he gets problems taken care of. KADIN presents very professionally, explains the process/problems, and has integrity to finish the job as he promised. Not many plumbing companies have employees like KADIN CARSON.     Kadin came to look at my garbage disposal and went above and beyond. He took his time to be thorough. He advised me about a burnt outlet I didnt know about and offered for someone to come check it for free. He also answered my questions about my HVAC and water heater and gave me great advise.     Kadin from Triple T Plumbing and Heating came to look at our water heater. We had been noticing that the water wasnt as warm and there was a strange film on the glasses from the dishwasher. Well, the thermostat on the water heater had failed. We were desperate.....we had to heat water on the stove for dishwashing... but the worst was .....no showering!!Well, Kadin located the part, and the best part was, it was still under warranty!! We are so thankful for the awesome service he provided.I am so indebted to Triple T Plumbing. Their service was the best, and the service fee was more than fair.Best of all, we have hot water now!Thanks, Kadin!!

    If you need an HVAC company then Triple-T is your answer. They are extremely dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and with quality as a priority. Their maintenance program is excellent. I never have to worry about getting through on the phone to make an appointment- The office staff is so helpful. Triple-T is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Every tech that came out here has completed the job with high quality, timeliness and their service is a great value. Corbin and Garrett installed a new HVAC for me which required a crane to pull off the old unit and to install the new one. They prepared me for what will be done, how it will be done and the timeframe of completion. They worked together great and they did a quality job. My house now has a new thermostat, new HVAC and an excellent company that maintains it. Often times companies don’t follow through on great service, but TripleT is tops in everything they do - every single time.

    Triple T came to our rescue the day after Christmas. We got down to St.George for Christmas day to find our house very cold and furnace blowing cold air.     We had a great experience working with Jason, Jeremy, Jesse and the team at Triple T. We had a very narrow window of time to meet with Jason for him to analyze our situation and receive a bid, but he was very accommodating and prompt. We received three bids, and Triple T was competitive. They were again very accommodating on scheduling the installation, which was necessary for our schedule. I was most impressed and pleased on the day of the install when Jason showed up with Jeremy, on time, introduced us and Jeremy started the work. He was courteous, respectful, and did a great job. He was later joined by Jesse, and he helped finish the work and set up our smart thermostat. He too was professional and very helpful. He made some great suggestions along the way.     This is the first time I called Tripple-T. My experience with them have been very positive from the time I called to the time they finished their job on my heating unit. The secretary was great and very helpful.Jeremy was exceptional. He first find out what we thought was wrong with our unit, them he went up to check things. He also told us that our unit was older than we thought and told us about the maintenance program they have in witch they come twice a year.I thought it was a good idea specially that our unit is getting up on years.     Everyone at Triple-T has been so great and easy to work with! We have used them for a/c and heating needs, and never had a bad experience! Their prices are competitive, but their service, efficency, and kindness is what really sets them apart! We had Steve P and Bryce here today for some furnace issues and luckily it was a super quick and easy fix. But they went above and beyond by replacing a drain and our filter, and double checking our numbers to keep us safe - all just to make our service fee worth it. We really appreciate the lengths that they go through to make sure we are safe and comfortable in our home. Jesse and his crew replaced our a/c units over the summer and were great to keep us informed about what was going on, the expected time frame, and advice for things we could do in the future. Weston has been easy to work with as well, and has been great at double and triple checking that things are working the way that they should. Without a doubt, I would strongly recommend Triple-T for any of your heating and cooling needs!

    We had an A.C. unit that was 16 yrs. old so we decided to be proactive and replace in a non emergency situation. We had 3 different bids and reps come over. The last one was Jason and besides our dog loving him, we liked him because he was not trying to up sell us what we didnt need at this time. We liked his honesty and straight talk and decided to go with Triple T after this visit with Jason. The appointment was easy to make and Jason showed up on time with his team to go over everything before Johnse and his assistant began. ( our dog was thrilled to see Jason again!!) I mention our dog because dogs are good judges of character, so Jason, youre canine approved now! It was a long hot day for the guys and an all day process. Johnse is very professional and great to deal with as he worked diligently and always kept me in step with the processes. His attitude by the end of a long day was just as nice as at the beginning. Dylan, the assistant was pleasant also. I highly recommend Triple T because they delivered what we needed in a professional and timely manner.     What an amazing company. If you need work done or you are just looking for a yearly tune up this is the company you want in your house. I have spoken with several of the employees who were very respectful, informative, and knowledgeable in their field of work. I have had one of the owners, Jason, come out and help me with one of my units. He took the time needed to focus on getting it running in the most efficient manner. He pointed out things to my wife and I that will help keep that unit running smoothly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why it was important. I just had employee Jesse come out and complete a yearly inspection. This inspection found that one of my capacitors had completely gone out while the second was barely working. He explained the voltages needed and the ranges they should be in. Once he replaced them, he again showed me the results and explained why it was important. They were very fairly priced and made me feel like I was part of their family. I will recommend them to anyone.

    Used them as a subcontractor for finishing my basement. They were the unquestionably the best subs we dealt with. Real pros, and didn’t balk at some unusual requirements I had for my project. They found a way to make it work. Installed a full Carrier mini-split system for each room in the basement. They were much more knowledgeable about mini-splits than the first subcontractor recommended to us. Gave us several different system design options so we could see where it made the most sense to spend money. I appreciated that they made our equipment purchases earlier than anticipated, and stored our equipment in their warehouse, to save us some money in the wake price inflation for equipment. I don’t think they’re the low price leader, but their prices seem reasonable for the level of service they provide. Highly recommended.

    I got bids from 3 different HVAC companies before I decided to go with Triple T to install a new HVAC system. They werent the cheapest bid, but there was an obvious difference in level of expertise in the 3 bids. They kept me informed through the whole process, talked through any issues with me, and made sure we were completely satisfied. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they took the time to fix absolutely everything and stay as close to the original bid as possible. It took 3 days to get the entire system replaced, and we got to know all of the workers through the process. They were all great guys, very respectful, and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, kind, and consistently focused on providing an ideal customer experience. During his comprehensible explaination of my funaces ideal operation parameters, Luke grabbed his tool bag and fixed my rattling filter door without missing a beat. Ive been re-applying the same piece of duct tape to that filter door for years to buy myself an extra week of silence. A second nature to effectively resolve issues and ease the frustrations of those around him is clearly a rooted attribute of his character and I feel that speaked volumes for both Luke and Tripple-T.

    I had an excellent experience with Triple T Heating and Cooling from the initial call. My call was answered and Jason was at my home the next day. He did a complete evaluation of our problems and soon thereafter had a detailed description and plan for how we could improve our HVAC situation. He always returned calls promptly, was very detailed in his explanation, found the least costly - most effective solution, completed the work on the days specified, and cleaned up after to the point that we didnt even know they had been there.     We came to my parents home to stay for the weekend only to find that the AC wasn’t working. It was late in the evening and we were roasting. We called several places with 5 stars but they couldn’t fit us in for the next business day. They offered their after hours services, but of course, that’s more $$$. So we called Triple T on a whim. They’re answering service took our name and number and said they would have someone call first thing in the morning. Sure enough, before 9 a.m. the next day, they called and set up an appointment. Get on the regular maintenance plan, take care of your equipment, and have the additional benefits of urgent response!Update: Jesse came out to service the heating and arrived first thing in the morning.     My A.C went out last night around 9:00pm. I called three different tech companies. Triple T and another (24hr) contractor answered. They both said a technical would call me back. Triple T called within 15 minutes the other called the next morning while triple t was hear diagnosing/fixing the problem.Lance was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and fair.     Excellent service! My furnace went out yesterday. My house felt like an icebox. I was worried I’d have to pay an arm and a leg this close to Christmas.
