    I am grateful for Roberts exceptional service and expertise. Our water heater broke on a Friday evening. Sarah answered on the first call and was incredibly helpful. Robert arrived at our home within the hour. He quickly was able to assess our situation and provide us options providing pros and cons of each. He then came back the next morning, on a Saturday, to install our water heater. Simply put, Robert is a professional. He ensured all our questions were answered before considering his job complete.

Will change to 5 stars after the problem is completely resolved.FINAL: they sent the professional Mr. Tucker Jennings he came through on fixing the issue (I give him 5stars), in my opinion it was a bit overpriced because it took two trips to figured it out.     Robert came to our home to snake our drain, which was a total mystery.He was very professional and was upfront with the best and worst outcome of our unique situation and the possible services/cost needed to get the job done. Explained in detail every step, took the time to break it down for us so that we understood what was taking place. The job wasnt able to be completed that night but he was back the next day to complete it and was successful. Communication was great, he was very transparent, he cared about us as customers and also that he was able to solve the problem and left our home happy. He is definitely a great asset to the Mr. Rooter team!!

    Robert was my technician. He was in uniform and placed a front door mat in front of my door before entering. He put on shoe covers as well. Since my issue was the hot water heater located in the garage he was able to remove the covers. Robert was friendly, professional, and explained/ showed me what my issues were. He gave me options for how to handle the repairs. He was not pushy with product or services to perform. Robert treated me with respect and let me ask a ton of questions. I opted to have him fix all the issues because it needed to be done and all pricing was up front. Everything came with a 1 year warranty, parts and labor. I now feel secure that there will be no more leaking or broken parts. Will use Mr. Rooter in the future.

    Austin was on time with a bright Smile and Good Morning! To start your day off with a person who greets everyone so nicely, your day will always be wonderful, even when you need a repair person. We are Thankful for Austins professional expertise. We explained what we experienced with the huge water leak under our kitchen sink. AUSTIN went under our kitchen sink, check ALL CONNECTIONS, PIPES and confirmed my husbands thought. The line was thankfully loose from the RO system. It made a gigantic mess, though. Austin said, turn your main water back on nice and slowly and he checked EVERYTHING AGAIN to make sure that was our one and only issue. OH, Austin explained how the RO connection was connected Pressure Connect. Austin connected it again securely, checked it again so this wont happen again. Fingers Crossed, Smiling. Thank you Austin! It was a pleasure having you in our home to help us older folks out!Edit here:I forgot to mention, Austin placed booties on his feet before entering our home and he was in uniform.     I had a clogged up pipe in my upstairs plumbing somewhere between the laundry room drain and the sewer. I tried plunging, I tried Liquid Plumber, I even went to Ace and bought a 25’ Drain Snake, and Still couldn’t get it unclogged after a whole two days of trying. I Went to bed and I called Mr. Rooter in the AM.Upon my initial call to Mr. Rooter, I was met Excellent Customer Service and was even able to get on the schedule for that same day, and that’s what I would call Icing on the CupCake.Now, let’s put some Sprinkles on that Cupcake, shall we?Their Technician Andrew was ahead of schedule and gave me a courtesy call to see if I was in a position to allow him to be almost an hour early, and I was. Andrew did a walk through with me as I explained my failures, and I think that helped the situation because he was able to conclude what needed to be done and got started. I asked him if I could help him in any way and gave me a task(I love to help if I can in these moments cause I can sometimes chat with the professionals and learn something about what’s going on). After about 30 minutes or so Andrew says “All Done!” and he starts rolling the the drain snake machine out of the bathroom towards the stairs. I give him a hand getting that heavy machine down the stairs, then I sign his tablet and off he went. Start to finish in less than an hour. Amazing job, Professional employees, incredible pricing. I’m definitely gonna refer everyone to Mr. Rooter, Thank’s Andrew

    Needed my septic to be drained and after doing a quick google search called 5 different companies. Only 2 answered, no one else called me back. One company couldn’t come and the other one stood me up. Didn’t know Mr. rooter serviced septic tanks, called them and they came out the same week.     Woke up to a leaking water heater, bad day. Knew it was time to replace it so decided to gather some quotes from around town to get competitive pricing. After speaking to three different guys, Jacob showed up 10 minutes early to our appointment. Right from the greeting he was friendly and more professional than all the others. He was the only one that took the time to really analyze my heater and he was the only one that knew how to shut it off and even started draining it for me before we even spoke about pricing; i could tell he really cared about his clients and his work.     I normally do not give reviews, but I was so impressed with my recent experience with Mr. Rooter and in particular Trevor, their tech that I felt compelled to acknowledge their excellent work and recommend them to friends, family, and the general public.I woke up to a plumbing nightmare and from the very start of phoning Mr Rooter my worries we’re put to rest. Not only were they friendly and gave me complete details on their services, they dispatched a tech within minutes and gave me a two hour window.Trevor, their tech, was incredibly knowledgeable on what needed to be done and explained my options in terms that I could understand in order to make an informed decision.I picked an option and he immediate gave me a quote and a timeline to complete the project.Their was no high pressure sales from his part to choose the highest option.He started to work immediately, and his skills were were evident as he progressed. I should point out that Trevor honored his quote and his timeline to complete the project.I felt that Trevor’s skills, demeanor, and professionalism represented Mr. Rooter in the best light.     Excellent service but high-priced. Could not get an estimate without a service call -- which cost $59 -- and then a simple one-for-one replacement of our old kitchen faucet for the new one we had already purchased was over $400 (the new faucet only cost $200). No complaints about the service (same-day), but $10/minute -- he was there ~40 minutes -- seems a bit steep.

    Our outdoor sewer line was clogged and started backing up into the basement. We called after hours and Joe came out within an hour and started investigating. He did such a fantastic job.     Josh did a great job for me and worked very hard to get the job done. I am very pleased with his service. Pricing could be better IMO. I think that $400 for a exterior silcock replacement that basically just threaded into the existing pipe was a bit much. $800 to replace a pressure regulator valve is also on the high end according to internet estimates. That said, Josh worked is butt off for me in the heat of the day and I didnt have to do it myself. Thanks again.

    It’s great to see a contractor that goes up and beyond expectations. Having come from a family of 3 general contractors you see how many flakes there are in the business. My technician Josh was exceptional and went way beyond to make sure the job was finished and we had hot water. He stayed till 8pm to finish the job. It was very difficult vs a standard water heater change since it required upsizing the gas line in the attic from the main branch to supply a 200k BTU tankless vs the old 40k that was there. He went at it for 11 hours and was very focused on each detail. I’m impressed, hard to find people like that in the construction industry now days. GREAT JOB!!!

    Love this company!!! Mr. Rooters in St George UTAH is wonderful to work with. Jorge takes your call and schedules you, even in the middle of the night!     Joe was great to work with. The only thing I am questioning is, the cost. I told my son about the charges, and he about chocked. He replaced 2 valves in my bathrooms and replaced the main valve coming into my house. I had already purchased one shower valve and had that shower taken apart. He removed the valve and put in the new one I had purchased. In the other bathroom, his trainee changed out the valve. The valve in the garage took Joe just a few minutes to install. He told me he wasn’t charging for the one bathroom and the total bill came to just over $600 dollars. I really don’t know if I paid too much or not. At least I have hot water now.

    We were having some issues on a new double vanity install and a tech had been out a couple of times to fix it. Finally, Kevin came out and quickly accessed the issue. Seems the problem was not being addressed in the correct location. Kevin with booties on his feet, and shop vac in hand, came in and went to work and in under an hour, the issue was fixed and no more problems since. We will call for Kevin at Mr. Rooter should we ever need plumbing done.

    I am an elderly woman that had a broken leaky water main which flooded my Garage while I was out of town. My handy man recommended Mr Plumber as a water main was beyond his knowledge! I am so glad I did ! Tucker was very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to solve my problem pipe drama! He was very neat , which was a big plus with me ! Needless to say I won’t hesitate to call Mr. Plumber again if the need arises and ask for Tucker ! Job well done ! Thank you!!

    Trevor was great....pulled and replaced my leaking stuck shower handle valve cartridge...it was a tough job, he took very good care of us and found our home water pressure regulator was shot psi was like 180psi. Replaced this too...thanks so very much.

    Our bathroom sink was clogged. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out the very next day. Josh unclogged the drain and then used his camera to make sure the pipes were clear. I was very happy with their service, and would use them again if needed.

    Im was pleased to receive a call from customer service who wanted to insure my satisfaction and quality. I have a home in ST George I only get to 2-3 times a year, when the toilet went bad they came the following day with booties and replaced the toilet. They resolved a price issue so obviously they are concerned about your approval.

    Major Kudos to Eric and Jeremy!! These two...along with some help from Rick and Ron installed a brand new Septic Tank and leach system during horrible weather conditions up here in Cedar City....Snow, High winds, 7 degrees, etc. What started out great quickly became Murphys Law. (Through no fault of their own) Never once did Eric or Jeremy hesitate or falter... They re-evaluated the situation and pushed on. When the inspector arrived he had nothing but praise for their work. These two have a tremendous work ethic, they teach and educate as they go, strong character, solid morals and I totally enjoyed their banter and humorous conversations. Awesome teamwork!! As greatful as I was to have the job completed, I will miss them!! Thanks guys for a tough job exceptionally well done!!!

    I had a hot water heater valve break and leak on Friday afternoon. I called about Saturday service. They were happy to send out a technition Saturday morning at no extra charge. He was friendly and able to fix the problem. He cleaned up well after the work was done.

    We had a bad water main leak underneath our garage floor. After Truecut N Core came out and cut a section of concrete out, we had Eric Feffer from Mr. Rooter come out and assess the problem. He suggested cutting a second section two feet wide and four feet long. We called the cutters to come and remove the second section. After they left, I started digging and 3 feet down I found a small puddle and stopped. Eric found the leak and promptly repaired it. When we turned on the water we discovered a second leak 6 inches behind the first leak. He fixed it, and when we turned on the water there was no more leaks. Eric is a very good and professional plumber, very even tempered, cares about his customers and very fair! We will definitely call him again if we have any other problems. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. George to everyone! Ask for Eric Feffer!!!🤗

    I am here to tell you about my experience with Mr. Rooter and in particular Eric Feffer. First, I would like to state that my experience with customer service is rather extensive. My experience has been as a past director of the Cedar City Area Camber of Commerce and a former bank officer.Mr. Feffer I am pleased to say went far over and above servicing us in replace our septic leach system. Since our hose is located on an former ancient lake bed he had a difficult time dealing with the soft sandy soil which did not deter him or his crew. Next there was extra rock left over which he successfully laid on a dirt drive we have at no extra charge. Also, since a good part of our back yard is covered with fine or pea gravel he ordered extra gravel to be laid at no addition change keeping his word that the property would be restore back to its original appearance when he was through.I would highly recommend this company and in particular Eric Feffer. I have responded to the company and requested the any future work that I may have done that it be done by Mr. Feffer.

    I had Mr. Rooter replace the rest of my outdated and collapsed sewer line to the city sewer. These guys used the right equipment to get the job done right. They saved two trees, my driveway and sidewalks by not bringing in heavy equipment and tearing up the front yard. They were prompt, professional and clean. They communicated well and saved me thousands by not digging an 80’ trench because it’s “easier” like the company I used prior. Highly recommend these guys.
