Needed a leaky water heater replaced. Found them on Dixie Direct.Putnam Plumbing was very responsive & provider the best overall quote of about 1/2 dozen contacted. They were able to provide same day service at 1/2 the price of all other same day quotes & better than all next week quotes. The person I spoke with on the phone asked for the most important information assuring a proper replacement gas water heater. The new water heater was made in the US vs the made in Mexico original to the house leaking water Heater. They will be my 1st quote for all future Plumbing needs. :-)

Putnam Plumbing came through strong for me. I had had an issue with a soft-water leak that had ruined the area around our water heaters. After working with their team (mostly Jenn), they addressed the concern and had everything taken care of as though it was warranty work. Thanks to Putnam and their collaboration to get this done.

This is a great company! Our copper fridge line in the wall got bent and was leaking. I called Putnam Plumbers and the kind lady who answered said shed send someone out right away. They were here within 30 minutes and replaced the line within an hour. The service was fast and high quality. The staff is all very kind! I called two companies before this and they made the job seem difficult or impossible but Putnam Plumbers made it look easy! Definitely recommend them!

Incredible company! they have excellent technicians who are clean and very professional. we had an emergency pipe repair in our home late Sunday night and they came out early on Monday to resolve the issue. they pointed out that our water heater is also in need of replacing which i am grateful for cause i would have never known. great job Putnam Plumbing..highly recommend

As a homeowner, we know our limits and plumbing isnt our strong suit. Glad Putnam is there when we need them (or screw something up). Highly recommended!

Putnam Plumbing has been amazing to work with. There were some MAJOR problems created in our newly built home due to concrete and rebar. Kelby and many of his employees were called in to fix someone elses mistakes. While here they spent many hours locating, digging, and fixing our underground pipes. The home was complete when the problems were discovered so you can imagine how much work needed to be put in to get to the underground pipes from the inside of the home. Every single one of his staff who walked in our house came in with a good attitude and ready to tackle what needed to be done. We couldnt be more grateful for all of their help. We also dont want to forget Kelbys wife. She is the most thoughtful person we have encountered during this entire ordeal. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for thinking of us in our time of need.

I had a major problem when I broke The Handle Off Of A Cleaning Brush The Head Was 5 Long In My Shower Drain The Day Of Christmas I worried That I may have to have the shower floor broken out because the Pee Trap was so deep and the head of the brush Was Stuck , I Was Unable To See It , I Called Putnam Plumbing This Morning For Help And Scheduled An Appointment For Their Plumber To Come And Try To Remove The Broken Piece As Scheduled 1:00 pm This Afternoon Tom & Bryce Arrived and after Seeing The Problem They Preformed What I Call A Miracle And Removed The Broken Brush Head That Was Unable To Be Seen , From The Drain Pee Trap That Was Below The Shower Floor About 3 Feet . Putnam is the plumbing company you need if you have plumbing issues. They are affordable. We are a busy property management company, I use many plumbers and Putnam is by far the easiest to work with. Their rates are fair, but more importantly is they dont nickle and dime you. Trustworthy.
