They finished the job another company quoted me FIVE times more money to do, before the other company even called back to schedule me. Very highly recommended.

We had a bad water leak in the wall, up high. Unfortunately it was in a room little used. I only discovered the soaking wet carpet and bowed wall when I went to make up our hide a bed for company...Discount Plumbing came right out the next morning and got started discovering the leak, calling a restoration service for us, pointing us in the right direction. They were timely and professional and we really appreciated them not putting us off till Monday. Of course I found the leak on a Friday afternoon. They arrived Saturday morning at a time we could handle. This happened several months ago, and after filing an insurance claim and waiting, we are just now getting the work done to finish. They charge $130 an hour. Mike is great! We will use them again when we need a plumber.

My husband called DPS, they answered the phone, we were scheduled for following day. Now that is quick service! Today Mike Swanson from DPS called and let us know he would show up earlier and we were good with that. Mike/DPS came out to reset one toilet and we decided to have another toilet checked also and Mike was happy to do that. Mike left both bathrooms clean.Friendly, very efficient and affordable. Excellent service. We are very happy and will call DPS again IF we have any plumbing issues. We highly recommend Discount Plumbing Service!Thank you DPS

My Hot Water Line that connects from the water heater to the Master Bathroom cracked somewhere underneath our house. It flooded our walk in Master Closet that sits behind the Master Bathroom. Had a substantial water main leak and Mike and Ryan were on it first thing in the morning and were done within a couple hours. They also replaced my leaking hose bib for free which was a bonus. When Mike gave me the quote, then the bill, I was surprised at how much lower it was than other companys. An all-around extremely positive, productive experience. We will never use anyone else!!!Josh was polite, friendly and new his job well! The owners came to our home to evaluate prior to the plumber! They are the Best!Note... there are 2 listed... be sure to pick Discount Plumbing Service if you want the best and the job done right! This was 3 yrs ago for our hot water heater.We needed help again today... and called WhippleService Masters... the man kept wanting to write quotes for problems we werent concerned with. He finally quoted for the immediate plumbing need at had and it was outlandishly priced and NO warranty! We contacted Discount Plumbing Service and Josh came to the rescue and fixed a plumbing leak. Discount Plumbing was one of three services we contacted after experiencing a slab leak in a home with polybutylene pipe. We knew the time had come to have all the plumbing in our home replaced. Not only did we get a fair bid, but incredible on-time service. Cindy was very accommodating, and Josh was up front, on time, and he and his crew were extremely professional. Their phone staff (Karly) was efficient at getting the job scheduled and making the payment process effortless. If you’re looking for fair pricing and quality plumbing, do yourself a favor and hire this company!!

One employee in particular, Josh, is very helpful. He has always answered any questions over the phone and called back to see if things worked out. I am sure we will use their services again in the future if a plumber is needed. The small courtesies make a difference in my opinion.

Great company to work with. When I scheduled with them they gave me a timeframe of when they would be there and asked if I would like a phone call when they were on there way. Both times they called with in the stated timeframe and arrived within 15 min. of the call.They did a great job of communicating what needed to be done and showed me how they were going to do it. They were professional in their work and I’m very happy with the finished product.The only somewhat negative thing I would say is that there seems to be a disconnect in communication from the office to the workers. I stated what I needed done on the phone, but both times, once to bid and then to do the work, when the plumbers arrived they were told something that wasn’t what I talked about. But, they didn’t make any issue about it, just evaluated what was needed and told me how they would do it.Other than that I would happily use this company again.
