Bradden did a very clean water heater replacement installation.After draining and removing the old unit, we talked and he put two layers of particle board to fill and strengthen the platform for better support under the new water heater..Bradden replaced water feed lines and connects, added drip pan and an expansion tank. Adding these two items and a second stability strap, brought the installation up to current codes.His workmanship and customer service were outstanding. He listened to my concerns and worked to make it all happen and stay within budget.I highly recommendMarlin Plumbing for plumbing needs!

Nathaniel did a fabulous job replacing my kitchen sink faucet.He was on time, professional, competent, and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure I received exactly the faucet that I wanted and installed it properly. While here he found a sink plumbing valve that was malfunctioning and replaced it free of charge. I have the greatest respect for him and his company, Marlin Plumbing Services. They are tops in my book and I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing work that I need to have done.

I moved into a rental home on a Friday night and realized my water heater was never turned on. They were able to get back to me first thing Monday morning and also kept in contact with me while I went back and forth with my property management to make sure they didnt bill me with a visit that should have been dealt with prior to my move in. Marlin Plumbing sent Bradden by the time I got off work and he turned it on, and even took the time to explain to me how to check the pilot light and turn it back on if it ever went out. He even explained safety measures in the tank itself since I was so worried to mess with it. They were amazing!

I would recommend Marlin Plumbing to anyone, I had been without AC from Friday late so had to wait over the hot Weekend with my house being 94 degrees it was hell!I submitted my claim to my home warranty company and they assigned Marlin Plumbing on Monday, I called and spoke with Chad a technician and told him my situation he said he would have the office add me to his schedule and he would make me his last appointment on his way home, I was very grateful to say the least.Well almost 9 o’clock PM rolls around and I thought he forgot about me but no, I get the much awaited door bell ring even though his last job before mine ended up being a 5 hour job he still came to fix my AC.That’s not only good customer service but true dedication to his company as well as his customers!!Thank you Chad and Marlin Plumbing

I called late in the evenly about our air conditioning systems failing.Chad was extremely empathetic to our situation, and even thought he was leaving for vacation the next day, he told me that he would be at our home in 45 minutes. He came quickly and at 10:30 pm he began to evaluate our system. It only took him about an hour to replace the parts that were bad and finish testing the air conditioner. His costs were very reasonable especially for an after-hour emergency. I was happy we didnt have to have our A/C system replaced. Id call him again in a minute.

We had extensive water damage from our 30 yr old water heater. A Marlin rep came to our home promptly. He thoroughly investigated, showed me the issues, and made recommendations. He was not pushy at all. I felt he was very honest.We met with with the HVAC Estimator the next day. He took the time to carefully explain options and was quick to send an estimate.Before they removed our old HVAC to get to the water damage, they made sure we were comfortable, setting up temp air conditioning - 116° here. What a great company!Our HVAC replacement, and repipe of our home are complete. Our new heat/cool unit is amazing. House temperature is great. Install was well done - very professional. They came out today to check all the settings, and ensure we were happy with all the work.We had our whole house re-piped due to faulty polybutelene pipe. We now have peace of mind, knowing we are not subject to flooding from brittle pipe breaking.Marlin is a great company that I would recommend.

Didnt rush through the job, but worked efficiently so the whole replacement was pretty quick for such a big task. Took the time to set it up for us and walked me through how to change any settings if we wanted to later on. He explained the pricing clearly along the way and the final charge was exactly what he stated, there were no surpises. Patiently asked if I had any other questions before leaving. We got a water softener and washing machine box installed about 6 weeks ago. Our laundry room looks so much better with the box installed and it has been so nice to have the water softener. I will definitely use Marlin Plumbing again next time I need something. They were prompt getting us a quote & doing the work, the bill was exactly as expected, the work was good quality, communication was great, and they even cleaned up after themselves which was impressive…not everyone does that. Braden and Steve were both very responsive. i had a water softener installed and a gas line for a dryer installed. Both took my calls and answered my questions about both items. Steve took the time to educate me about the water softener and brand he represents. I was super impressed with the fact that he didn’t try to over sell me with a larger unit than my house required. Braden was extremely professional and installed the unit with a high level of quality. We first called Marlin plumbing about replacing our toilets, they worked with us on the brand we wanted ,they ordered the toilets and called us on each step from ordering to receiving and they set an appointment for installation to fit our schedule. Got an appointment and we were mildly impressed. Both showed up with masks. Only a couple minutes later, the master plumber Bradden Fitch knew exactly what caused the issue with our system. And by the way, kudos to him having an apprentice with him to teach the mastery of plumbing. They replaced the storage tank and, indeed, the problem was fixed. Therefore, we definitely confirm the 5-star rating and would recommend Marlin Plumbing Service in St. George at any time.
