Our bathtub unexpectedly couldnt be turned off, and of course this was after normal business hours! We had to turn the water off to the entire house and I started looking for a plumber online with after hours service. I was fortunate to pick a very good one, My Buddy the Plumber in St George. They sent the most incredible repairman, his name is Tom and I would highly recommend him if you ever need an excellent technician. He was very professional, gave me options and prices before starting work, and completed that work as promised. Tom is not only an incredible technician, he was so kind, understanding and we had some amazing conversation while he worked to repair our tub faucet. I hope if you are ever in our situation, and they happen, you will call My Buddy the Plumber and ask for Tom if you live in St George.

My Dad had a positive experience using their service recently, so when I needed a new water softener installed, a gas line installed for my gas dryer, and a re-mounting of my toilet, I called My Buddy and Jordan was assigned to my job. He was very personable, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and seemed very competent. I had a very positive experience and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service done to their home. Their prices seem very reasonable as well...saved me $500 on my water softener when compared to the other bid I got from someone else...That was a pleasant surprise!

Jordan from Buddy the Plumber did a great job at getting to us quickly. I think it was Alexis or Alexa that helped in scheduling the appointment. She was very friendly and the two of them found an earlier opening than the original appointment and called us to get that set up. Jordan called 30 minutes before coming to remind me of the appointment. Jordan was quick and did a great job. I would recommend them.

I contacted my buddy last week to see about them coming out to check our gas fireplace that hasnt worked since we moved in. Anna was super friendly and quick to find the soonest day that Jordan would be able to come out. I received a text the day of the appointment telling me when I should expect Jordan and he was here right on time. He was very friendly and polite and got right to work. The problem was quickly found, fixed and now we have a working fireplace! Thank you again Anna and Jordan, the process was painless, quick and we werent charged a fortune!

Mike was cheerful when he first arrived, in the middle of the night, when our air-conditioning went out and it was 105 degrees outside and 98 inside. That was a positive beginning when you can be cheerful in the middle of the night. Then he began his diagnosis and correction of the problem. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and was able to fix things quickly, accurately and expertly! We were so happy as we went to bed in a cooling house. Then the next day it seemed like it wasnt working because it was 84 degrees in the house. Mike came right out, at no extra charge and taught us how to work the thermostat. It had been set to not cooling during the day. He set the schedules and taught us too! It was nice he took the time to teach us as well. As he was leaving he casually mentioned his expertise was in plumbing. I told him I wish Id known, as I have a leaking toilet. He said, Let me take a look. In a minute he had fixed that problem too, also with no charge, He was SO helpful compared to others who are just not that way. Its so nice to know that we have found a trustworthy, fair and exceedingly competent air conditioner, heating and plumbing repairman!! Mike, I was looking for a cape around your shoulder, but was invisible!! Thanks again Mike, you were terrific!

Had a terrific experience with this company this afternoon. The tech came almost immediately after I called and was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding about the dilemma of having an improperly working air conditioning unit in the middle of the summer.He was also very kind about checking (and then fixing) an appliance pipe issue while he was here, even though I hadnt originally mentioned it on the phone when I scheduled the appointment.The office staff member was also wonderfully on top of things and returned my request for an appointment within minutes and then called to let me know when the tech was within 15 minutes of my house.Overall, a great experience, and I recommend this company to others!

We had a tub that wouldnt drain leftover for us to deal with from the previous owners of our house. We took forever to finally get it looked at and I was afraid it would be a disaster to repair. I called these guys and they had a plumber out the next morning! He was on time, professional, and our issue was resolved quickly. He even gave suggestions on what to use to help prevent clogs from all the long-haired girls we have in our house! Very affordable, will use again for all plumbing issues in the future!

Karrson was early and did a great job. He had to go to the store and get specific equipment to fix our toilet. It was leaking from the base and smelling really badly. He went above and beyond what appeared had to be done by putting in a specific piece of equipment to ensure it wouldnt leak again. He put in three different pieces of equipment, he didnt seem overwhelmed about it, just seemed to know exactly what to do. He talked with us and told us everything he was doing and why. He was very thorough, nice and worked in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area very nicely when he was finished. He also unclogged our main bathroom drain and gave us something that would keep it unclogged. He was very pleasant. He charged $250.00. We would have him back in a minute.

We have used My Buddy three times so far, and plan on using them many times in the future. After seeking several bids I selected My Buddy the Plumber in St. George to install a Mini Split system to air condition one of my garages. We decided to buy and install the upgraded Samsung Smart Whisper model (better efficiency and longer term warranty). The install was done as I asked and the price was as we agreed. The price beat other prices by about 25%. Jordan arrived when he said he would be here in the morning and we got done by the middle of the afternoon. After some follow-up Jordan was able to register the Mini Split with Samsung to obtain the extended warranty.

Karrson called ahead of time letting me know he was on his way and arrived at the earliest time of the window that I was given. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and gave me a cost to complete the work needed. Repair was completed neatly and satisfactorily. The only question I had was regarding the cost of the job (not that it was too high) just that it didnt seem to be based upon the usual service call charge, hours to complete, plus materials. Rather it was just a round sum based upon? That said, the cost was reasonable, the response was prompt, and job was done well.

Back in July, he visited to repair a leaking pressure control valve, at which time he also repaired a leaking drain pipe.Mr. Strohl is a true professional. My Mother had just returned home from a 4 month stay in a rehabilitation center, recovering from several surgeries. Upon arrival to her home in St. George on a Friday evening in July, we discovered that her air unit was not working. With temperatures over 100 degrees outside, you can imagine how miserable the inside temps of the home were. We called your 24-hour response team on Saturday morning, and Karrson arrived to assess the situation. Knowing that we couldnt get the correct part until Monday at the earliest, he went out of his way to bring a window-cooling unit to help us survive through the weekend. Although the air unit could not be repaired the following Monday, Karrson was courteous and apologetic. His kindness was appreciated in our uncomfortable circumstances.

Big shout out to Jordan at My Buddy for saving us! Our AC went out in the middle of the hot St George summer. Not only did he come on a Sunday to get us up and running for a short time, but he got a replacement unit ordered and installed it 2 days later right after the old one died again. Cant say how thankful we are and how great he treated us. Highly recommended!

We had a unfortunate pipe burst when we came home from being gone for a few days and My Buddy the Plumber was the first and only company to call me back (I called 3 other plumbers). Jordan has been helping us out since 2016, and he has been the most reliable and trustworthy craftsman we have had. We did not realize how good we had it until we had to use someone else. Jordan will go the extra mile to make sure it gets done right and on time. He has worked on so many projects from simple repairs to new install, and we have never had any trouble with the work that was done. Strongly reccommend using these guys.

I was very happy to see Jordan at our front door today. I had an appointment with Walker Plumbing and I was told it will be late afternoon because I was the 4th one on the list. Waited until 5, then I called to check if he was still coming and I was told he wouldnt be able to come to our house because he was still working on the other job. I totally understand that, but a courtesy call would have been nice .To make the story short, I called My Buddy The Plumber Heating & Air and I was told, someone will be at our house no later than 45 minutes and Jordan showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. And he fixed our drain yay!. Been in St George for 15 years and in my opinion customer service is low priority in this town. Im so glad that I found this company and met Jordan and beyond excited to know that there is a company in St George that cares about customer service. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jordan!

Besides being professional he was personable capable and explained things in a way all of us understood.Mike repaired a mainline under a concrete driveway. It was performed in a proficient and timely manner. This is a repair two previous plumbers had failed to fix.We have total confidence in Mikes work.Representing our HOA, 4 bids were collected.After reviewing each plumber’s method of repair and their bid, the board voted unanimously for My Buddy the Plumber and Mike.Another professional gave Mike a high recommendation.His work was as expected. I found that our water heater was leaking. I called My Buddy the Plumber in St George on a Sunday and the tech, Issac, arrived within 1 1/2 hours. He was very professional and personable. He determined the problem quickly and repaired it. We also had him check our heater and air conditioner while he was here. I would definitely use them in the future.

After calling another company who was weeks out for an appointment, Buddy the Plumber was able to come out that afternoon (within just a few hours). We worked with Drue who was professional, friendly and courteous. He explained why the leak was happening and where it was coming from. He was able to fix everything up in about 3 hours. Highly recommend!

I had noticed a water spot on the ceiling in my basement. This was the first place I thought to call. Jordan came out and installed a new AC unit for us last year and was awesome. When I called this morning about our possible leak the nice receptionist got me an appt for just a few hours later. Sure enough Jordan came about 3 hours later. He made sure to find where the leak was coming from even though it wasn’t obvious and he fixed it right then. Both times he has come to our home he is so friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy! So happy we found Jordan for any problems that we may run into!
