Always get great service in a timely manner.. Just had my old plumbing replaced. I live in Mesquite its hard to get anybody to do work on my mtg home l have only found 1 and that is A1 got other people to bid on my work but most where to high or did not follow through on their bids. Called Kris and he came out looked at my job and gave me a bid. fair price and he even put in a pressure reducer valve. Wont use anybody else again.

We arrived home on July 3rd at about 9:00 PM to find that our AC was not running and the house was already up to about 85°.I called A1 Services, and their service technician, Johnny, arrived within 15 minutes!After doing some troubleshooting, he quickly determined that our thermostat had no power. He tracked down the source of the problem and had our AC back up and running in less than 30 minutes!!I have found my new “go to” company for anything involving HVAC!!Thanks again for the excellent service!! 😊

I reached out to 5 HVAC companies the morning after our air-conditioner went out. A-1 called right back and came out the same day. None of the other companies have ever even called back. Kevin was amazing. Had the ac back up and running in about an hour. Cost was very fair and didnt try to sell me a bill of goods. I would highly recommend.

They sent out 2 men, they looked at the water softener and seemed confused. I asked them Do you know this model he said NO, but their all the same. I said Obviously Not, as I watched him dial the makers phone number to have them tell him how to fix it! They told him no we cant do that. They suggested he place a service call to Whitney water solutions. They couldnt do anything so that was that! I told them thank you.... Then I received an invoice for a service call SERIOUSLY - REALLY, $80.00 for nothing. I was shocked at the work ethics I had seen in the past few years but this truly is just PLAIN Wrong! Update *** Since my 1st post, I am thankful for the owner reaching out and understanding my upset. Thank you sincerely

It’s Thanksgiving morning, 2023. Lots of dishes to wash and showers to take. No hot water. Called A-1 Services, transferred to their after hours line. HUNTER answered, got my deets, and was to my house in 20 minutes. He knew my new Water Heater had an extra layer of safety built in which meant the basic relighting process I had tried several times wasn’t going to cut it. 30 seconds later we’re cookin’ with gas!!! Johnny came out today and took great care of my family. I had dirty coils on my unit and he got them cleaned up and the unit running in no time. From the time I called to the time he arrived was only a couple hours, which makes a huge difference in this heat! I really appreciate that he took the extra time to thoroughly rinse all the cleaning residue so my baby wouldn’t be irritated by the smell. I’ve used this company for a number of years, from plumbing to AC, I highly recommended them. The service guys are great at what they do and the ladies in the billing office are always a delight to work with!

Called first thing the next business day and we had a repairman out to our house that afternoon, checking both units; repairing one and replacing the thermostat in the other. I have used A-1 for nearly the last 20 years for both plumbing and HVAC. I have had them provide services to my home as well as my commercial building. 100% of the time their work has been in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing has always been more than fair. The owner Shayne is a man of utmost integrity. This company has been in business for over four decades; no business can serviive that long without quality and integrity. I have seen a negative review naming an employee named Dan, I ask for Dan! In my business I have found that some people are just not able to be satisfied, also many negative reviews are left by people who were never even customers, but are actually left by competitors trying to cause harm and game Google reviews.

Called them one afternoon for clogged pipe/slow drain. Shortly thereafter he showed up, with 13 years working for A1 he assessed the situation and noticed it wasnt something ordinary. He called in his overseer and the overseer with more than 20 years working for A1 knew it had been the underground fiber optics installation crew that had bore a hole right through my drain pipe, he immediately made phone calls, got someone from the city out to the job site and the city worker determined who had recently done work there and the next day the fiber optics company came, dug up the street , fixed the pipe and had the street patched by the time I got home. Thx. Thanks to Dan and Alfred for their professionalism.

I cant say enough about A 1 services..We had a main water leak over the Memorial Day holiday..They came out same day we called, got us a tempory connection, bypassing the main leak until they could get back to repair..Breckett came out in 90 degree temperatures to dig a 6 ft hole until reaching the main..Justin and Alfred worked for 2 days pulling the main and replacing it, They ran into issues in getting new line through without rerouting, but their presistence prevailed..Professional, friendly and keeping me informed through entire process. Their pricing more than fair...5+ Stars for sure

Once again Shane and Johnny have come through with flying colors. They just added a Gree mini-split system to my garage. The price and service was great as always, but the system installed was way more than expected. 5 stars for customer service3 stars for priceThe receptionist was very friendly and made scheduling and paying easy. The plumbers were also very professional and friendly.They charged about 300$ to send a snake down my main sewer line. Seemed pretty pricey to me but I don’t know maybe that’s normal. Was expecting to pay the 89$ a hour but when I received the bill a week later it was explained that since they sent two guys I had to pay the 89$ plus I believe 49$ a hour for the second guy.After unclogging the line the plumber recommended getting a camera in there because he assumed it was root damage. They charge 275$ PLUS whatever labor costs. I called someone else to come do it and they camera’d the line and located buried clean outs in my yard for 200$ TOTAL.
