I used St. George water heaters this last week to replace a leaking water heater. I looked on line at a couple places but Adams business appeared to have a lot of customers that were happy with his service. I also liked that Adam is a master plumber and has years of schooling and experience. There are more than a few places in St. George where you get less than qualified service and end up with a bad job. I gave him a call and he showed up just as we had planned. He is extremely qualified and continues taking classes to further his knowledge, he is efficient and will recommend anything that might need attention. But don’t worry if it doesn’t need done he won’t sell you something you don’t need.He was professional, the quality of his work was great and he even took care of the warranty which was still in effect. His price was a good value and very fair. Remember you pay for what you get so if someone else is cheap you might ask why.I don’t know Adam, only from the work he just did at my house but I do feel his work is that good!I have been in the trades for 40 years so I have a good idea of good work.Call him you’ll be glad you did!!

So grateful! My 6.5 year old water heater died all over my garage three days before Christmas (it could have been worse, I know) and Colton picked up my call on the first try, helped me identify what I had and if it was still under warranty (it wasnt as the warranty is 6 years) and replaced it with a new one the same day, actually within a few hours of my call. He texted estimated arrival and was right on time, answered all of our questions including letting us know how to extend the life of this one, and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Colton! We also appreciate that this is a local Southwest Utah family-owned business. The price was very fair, especially considering the hard costs involved. Knowledgable, professional, everything you could ask for.

Tremendously pleased with Adam’s service. I am so happy I found St George water heaters after the pressure valve on my water heater decided to become a water fountain. Adam was courteous and professional, wanting what was best for me and my budget. He saved me money by finding a 50 gallon tank that was actually cheaper than the 40 gallon tank we were initially going to use, and also saved me another 100+ dollars by not adding an expansion tank that wasn’t needed because the water supply is from a shared system in a condominium. He was never pushy, did excellent work, and took the time to explain how to maintain my brand new fabulous water heater so that I can have many hot showers in the years to come! Will definitely be calling Adam for all of my future plumbing needs!!

Adam is a very honest person. I had another plumber come look at my water heater and he told me it needed to be replaced. I suspected it was an ignition problem and contacted Adam. I did not tell him what I suspected, but let him diagnose the issue. Less 10 minutes and under $150, it was back working again.
