The knowledge shared during the estimate process helped with making a logical decision to replace the hot water heater, toilet and bathroom faucets in our home. I could afford at that moment to do one of the major items. Their new financing I qualified for had our hot water heater and toilet installed that very same afternoon! The faucets were completely done the next day! I was amazed and humbled with thankfulness. They are trustworthy and think through what is best for the homeowners circumstances. I had been searching high and low for a decent plumber who was honest and dependable and I finally found one in the guys from SEWER DADDY. From the moment I called them just to inquire about my issue, until they arrived on my doorstep, I experienced nothing but PROFESSIONALISM! The plumber came in, assessed my issue and devised a plan and began work the next day!     Alvin from Sewer Daddy was definitely the guy we needed in our time of need. He turned up as scheduled. Not the simplest problem to resolve as it involved two interconnected tanks which had to be located and then uncovered. He methodically and professionally worked through the problem, even after hours, until he identified the problem and the solution. Ultimately, he cleared the blockage enough to provide use of the tank and return service to the house until, in slower time, it can be fully repaired Thank you again Sewer Daddy and Alvin. Most strongly recommend this company for any sewer emergency or service.

    These guys were great. Got out to house quickly to give me a quote. Next day took out my old tank heater and installed a navien tankless. From start to finish about 3 hrs. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

    This is the best company. I am so impressed. My husband and I bought an older home during the summer that still had a lot of old piping and plumbing. It got to the point where we couldnt even do laundry anymore with the washing machine and our water had this weird rust smell.Anyway, these guys repiped our entire house and it is excellent!They also fixed the shoddy work on our p-traps and hot water heater done by the man who sold us our house.I will never go to another company for our home!     We bought an older house about 4 months ago with Septic and Well, previous owners said they put in a new septic 2-3 years ago, Last week our toilets and sinks were starting to make a gurgling noise (we have been using RidX since we moved in) then the drains started to slow and the gurgling got worse, then the toilets quit flushing... my Husband found Alvin on google and called him, he called us back within a few minutes. He showed up promptly and was very efficient. He found the tank and cover and he cleaned out the blockage... and at a very impressive rate!!!!     I called them at 3:00pm on a Friday and they were here within 45 minutes. They unclogged my toilet and we’re in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service at a decent price!

    Very good service, I take back my previously negative review. After calling Sewer Daddy today I was met with quick, hassle free and affordable service.
