I had a stopped-up kitchen sink and was initially quoted nearly $500 by a larger local company to snake the pipes. Thankfully, I was referred to Steve at Dixie Drain Doctor. I gave him a call, and he quoted me $169 to take care of the job—and he stood by that price!Steve showed up on time the very next day, quickly snaked the pipes, and cleared the clog. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the service.I highly recommend Steve and Dixie Drain Doctor. If I ever need plumbing services again, he’ll be my first call!

We saw what seemed to be a small leak in the yard right off our front porch. We called Steve and he came and determined the leak was in the main line under the house. We figured the worst, envisioning torn up floors and foundation. Through some Herculean efforts of Steve and his staff they were able to force new line between the front yard and the connection in our garage. Steve has helped us with various plumbing issues and not only has he done a great job, we have found his prices are extremely reasonable.

I rent a house and had a leaking faucet and water softener. Dixie Drain Doctor is who came out to fix it. The gentleman who came was extremely professional and had the leaking faucet fixed same day. They returned when I wasnt home to replace the water softener. They stand by their work and deliver on their promises. Highly recommend!

Steve took my call at 5pm and was at my house the next day to warranty my water heater. He was prompt on calls and confirmations, working with me while I was out of town. His rates are amazing and had no hidden extra inexplicable fees like black diamond experts. Have sound advice on some important adjustments without being pushy or salesy. Will hire him again.

These guys did a great job fixing a broken sewer line. Done quickly and accurately for less than half the bid from Roto Rooter. They did such a great job that I had them install a water softener which they did quickly and at a great price. Theyre my new go to plumbers.

I am a property manager for one of the larger companies in town, and they do great work and know how to prioritize jobs and get it all done in a timely manner. They are not the cheapest up front, but they solve it right so you dont have to pay for repairs again and again.

I had called many drain cleaners in town and none of them could get to me. One stood me up and never came. I called Steve at Dixie Drain Doctor and he was at my house within 20 minutes despite already having a full schedule himself. He had some difficulty with my old sewer pipes, but he stuck with it until he had fixed the problem. Steve also cleaned up the mess that was made cleaning out my drains. I would highly recommend Dixie Drain Doctor.

Best plumber/drain service ever! Thanks Steven Dorius - Dixie Drain Doctor. He is wonderful, bids come in at a full half of what Ive gotten elsewhere, he shows up when he says, and combines tasks to save on hourly rate. He bailed my broken sewer line, snaked the garage drain, and is fixing a Moen fixture on their guarantee. I cant recommend more highly if you have plumbing issues (not menopause related!)

We met Steve with Dixie drain doctor thru a mutual plumber friend that was booked out and referred him because he lived right by my house. Steve can to see our situation early to help and have a super awesome quote we couldn’t resist , we need our home repiping do to faulty pipe material tat ended up being brittle. His team came to our home in respectful manners and got the job done in amazing time two days or actually 1.5 days!!! When we sat down with him when the job was finished I have to add went above absolute cleaned and even replace the dirt in my front yard , used my vacuum to clean debris swept the floors ,was definitely a step beyond my expectations. It was a blessing , for the last day we’rent home so to come home to cleaned fixed house was amazing. He found ways to lower the price that brought me to tears !! I highly recommend and beg you all to use Dixie drain doctor who goes above and beyond and the respect and manner from his crew members will stick with me forever.My home is full functioning and we are back to living .
