Yuri did an amazing job! Not only he gave a fantastic price, he was able to take care of a very complicated plumbing issue in his visit. He had all the the parts with him already and worked very hard for a few hours to get a through job! I cant thank him enough and I am a picky a customer with plenty of bad reviews 😂He is also vere polite, respectful and has excellent communications skills. He went the extra mile to explain everything to me and to video record the problem and solution. A company that that saw my plumbing issue prior to him diagnosed the problem wrong and quoted literally a 20 times higher price!

We had a toilet bowl leak and drain blockage on the eve of Labor Day and were not able to take shower because of the flooding in the toilet. United plumbing was quick to respond to our call for help the next morning and sent Bob to the rescue. Bob came in early at 10am, ran the diagnosis on the drain blockage with us and pulled out the snake to clean the drain. He also swapped out the bowl wax with flange, as the one we had was already decade old. Bob was polite, honest and patient with our requests and answering our questions. After cleaning the drain, he helped us tested the water flow twist, making us everything is working okay. He also cleaned the toilet thoroughly before leaving. The whole work took only 2 hours and we were able to get back to our holiday plan right away. Their fee is also reasonable (lower than the other quote that I got). Thanks Bob and United Plumbing for their excellent service.

The staff at United Plumbing are very responsive and friendly! They are also open to negotiation on price and give fair estimates, and do not push you to spend more money or do more work. We are happy with their work, their biggest job being a new clean-out installation with new piping. More recently they installed new piping under our toilets that was cracked in our crawl space. We like to reach out to them whenever we have plumbing needs.

Our sewer pipe got clogged this past Friday night around 7pm and we needed someone to come out unclog it ASAP. I reached out to United Plumbing for their service but I was worried that they may not be able to come out due to being Labor Day weekend. To my surprise, they said they can have someone come by to fix the problem within 30 minutes. As promised, the plumber drove up and I was greeted by Nik, and he went straight to the pipe to fix the issue. It took approximately 30 minutes to unclog the pipe and I was so relieved to have this issue resolved! What impressed me the most was not so much the problem being resolved but how professional and quick they were able to come to help with the issue. It’s very hard to find great service these days but I was thoroughly impressed with United Plumbing and I would highly recommend them if such service is needed. The job wasn’t easy but Stas did not leave until it was complete (several hours), did a great job with the installation and left the place spotless.
