    New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable.I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise!Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and its replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this.When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees.To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

    I am 75, a widow and handicapped. I am also suffering from severe lung damage. So you can imagine my concern having to call a plumber for an emergency. New Flow Responded immediately. The service was excellent. The young man was courteous, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and fixed my clogged sink perfectly. My doctor demands that folks entering my home wear a mask and this very nice young man wore one with no hesitation. New Flow is my plumber for life. I can not recommend this company more highly.

    I had a unfortunate pipe leak in my foundation. I called NewFlow and Armond was very nice and patient over the phone. He referred me to a leak detector professional and found the leak. They had to cut open my floor and walls and jack hammer the concrete in the foundation and found the leaking pipe.Unfortunately doing so, another pipe was hit and damaged during the jack hammering, so they fixed that too.It was a nightmare, and a very expensive repair. But it was really hard work.Armond and his brother Art did a very professional job and was very patient and professional during the entire process. Kept the home as clean as possible.They are very experienced and do a professional job, and I highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. After this experience, I think they can fix almost any plumbing issue.They are my go to for plumbing problems in the future for sure.

    While under construction we needed the main water line increased and split. Music problem is there an orange tree in the path and I really didnt want the tree hurt, huge navel oranges from it. Everyone that quoted very expensive and said theyd TRY to not hurt the tree. New Flow quoted right in the middle and said theyd do their best and would talk to me first if the tree was going to possibly get damaged.They kept their word and were so easy to work with. Out of all the construction and trades coming and going New Flow surpassed my expectations in both knowledge and workmanship. I will always choose them for everything they can do!

    Noticed the cabinet underneath our sink buckling, opened the doors and it was flooded! Started searching for 24 hour plumbers while my aunt called insurance and New Flow plumbing had great reviews with a website that easy to navigate and services clear. Called Saturday after 6pm and had someone at our house Sunday at 10:00am! Gentlemen who answered was patient as we explained our concerns, followed up with text messages and text as they were on their way! Vito found the problem in minutes, explained to us everything that he needed to do, fairly priced, had all the equipment in his truck, and left the area he worked in clean! We had our pipe fixed and water on in under an hour. He was patient with us as he explained how the leak may have started, what to keep an eye on, who’s it may have flooded so quickly, and gave great advice and pictures for the claims adjuster coming on Monday. 10/10 recommend!

    Found our kitchen/laundry pipes had clogged and overflowed in our basement on a Sunday while company was staying over, what a mess. Called New Flow Plumbing who was able to give me an appointment in a couple hours. Technician, Devin was on time, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done within an hour. We appreciated the prompt service (with text messages keeping us up to date of the technician’s arrival) and would recommend New Flow Plumbing of Roseville to anyone needing service.

    This is the second time we have requested Vito at New Flow Plumbing to fix a plumbing issue at our home in Carmichael. Last time, he repaired several pipes and used a torch for a brass pipe. We were amazed by his workmanship as well as his friendly demeanor. This time, he removed old piping connecting to a defunct sprinkler system, repaired the remaining piping and left us with a cleaned up, tidy, faucet arrangement.We love his friendly attitude and competence, and recommend him heartily!

    Why these guys do not have more 5 star ratings on here is beyond me. I called them because of a leaky faucet I tried to fix, explained my situation and the owner knew exactly what was wrong and told me I really could fix it myself. I told him I would rather have a pro come and fix and he quoted me a reasonable price. Within two hours they had a crew member out at my house. They had an automatic text system that let me know my appointment and help know when the repair guy was going to be there. The repair man had my shower fixed in 20 minutes and even gave me my old part to show what had happened. He also gave me advice on what to do on two other things in my house that he said I could easily diy. No up charging, just genuine advice. Highly, highly recommend. These guys were professional, kind, helpful, fast, came with a year warranty for the work and their customer service knocked it out of the park!

    I called, appointment made within 3hrs, arrived within 3hrs. Big plus. Though at first I really only wanted this...without pressure, rather a simple decision, you know this would be better when the house needs to be sold, I made another larger decision. Then the service tech offered advice on something else I declined for the time being but as a courtesy he did two other very small jobs related to garbage disposal and water filter...no charge. The price of the larger decided project was definitely reasonable and no issues as of yet. Definitely will call on these guys again. A++

    These guys were awesome. I had a severe crack in a 12 foot section of my main household drain that leads from under the bathroom out to the city sewer line. The sewage was seeping out into the soil in my basement and making the whole back end of my house smell awful. Art came over, assessed the issue and gave me a fair quote that evening. The very next morning, Art and his brother (I apologize I cant remember his name) came over and got to work. They were very informative and friendly throughout the job and even took the time to give some free advise on how to repair and replace the shower drain line that had some big issue as well. In the end, they got the job done pretty quickly and everything looks and works great. In replacing the main line, they improved the drainage and configuration significantly. Everything is now set up the way it should be and Im confident I wont be having any more issue for many years to come.On a side note, before it finally cracked and started leaking, I had gotten a price quote from one of the big named plumbing companies that advertise like crazy in our area. To replace the same section of line, they had quoted my a price that was almost 2 times more expensive than what these guys charged. If you want really high quality plumbing work done, want it done right and done at a fair price; I highly recommend New Flow Plumbing.

    I called to get a quote an appointment to fix one of our toilets. It was already afternoon, so I wasnt sure I would get a call back that day, but hoped it wouldnt be too long. Within literally just 10 minutes of leaving a message on their website I had an appointment that same day. Jeff came out. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable.     Nothing like walking into a flooded bathroom on Sunday at dinner time, only to realize the line is backed up and theres all kinds of nasty in the other shower. Super grateful for the availability and service these guys were able to provide within a couple of hours. Now were free flowing and the kids can shower for school. Thank you!UPDATED REVIEW.... Although not much has changed. You hope to not need a plumber more than once a month, but here we are.     Had major plumbing problems and got some real high quotes from plumbers to solve it. Armani was able to accommodate my schedule and got Art over here within hours. Art knew exactly what to do. He had top of the line equipment and he knew how to use it. He took care of the problem, rebuilt the broken pipes, unclogged a very stubborn clog and fixed everything in time for me to fix dinner for my mom.I also saved quite a bit of money, as the full repair cost me less than the other plumbers bids.     Very responsive and reasonable plumbing company. They came within an hour and had my problem solved quickly. The only issue I had was that my plumber did not wear his mask properly and had it under his nose. Please make sure that all plumbers mask up properly. Otherwise Id definitely use them again in the future.

    We called New Flow Plumbing at approximately 4:30 PM and requested a plumber respond to our house for an emergency which had caused water to seep up through the floorboards in the kitchen area. A plumber was dispatched and arrived at our house at 6:05 PM. Vito immediately went to work and crawled under our house. After a brief search under our house Vito located the leak which was our refrigerator line. He immediately stopped the leak and provided a solution as to fixing the problem. Vito was polite, professional and explained the process. We highly recommend New Flow Plumbing and especially Vito. We definitely are coming back for when the repair will be completed.

When they arrived they identified and fixed a problem with a leak in the main water line to my house that I had not noticed prior.     I have highly recommend your firm, due to the professionalism, work ethic and knowledge of your employees [Jeff & Greg]. Your firm responded to my request within a hour and after explaining my problem to Jeff, he informed me what he would do to isolate the problem and the cost. When I requested a quote for repair of the pipe, he prepared a quote on site and wheh I asked him when he could start, he said 9:00 AM the next morning. I could write a book about your two men but to make a long story short, they isolated the defective pipe and replaced it, tested the new pipe and went normal on the feed line and then filled in the hole the 30 X 30 inch hole that they had dug to access the defective pipe. They also kept me informed of their progress.These employees are the heart of your business in todays world and theae two men are outstanding.Note: For every customer that is not happy with your employee or their work you can expect that customer will complain to at least 13 other friends and neighbors. You need employees like Jeff & Greg to keep viable in todays world.BOTTOM LINE: I have already sent out an email to my neighbors, friends and family recommending your firm.👍

    I highly recommend New Flow Plumbing out of Roseville, CA. November 22 the sewer backed up into the bathroom. The initial plumbing team diagnosed the issue as a break in the mainline and recommended New Flow. Armand contacted me Sunday night and had a crew out on Monday. They improvised a work around until the sewer line was fixed. The installed a new trenchless main line to the house. They backfilled the holes and did a great job of getting the landscape cleaned. They managed to preserve the low brick wall that was installed near the city hookup.I was very impressed with Armand and the team and highly recommend New Flow.

He went above and beyond what any plumbing company does.Art came out and fixed our leaking sink on a Sunday, then came back ( in between his other appts.) at no charge 2 days latter to shut off the water valve and help put in my new refrigerator. While shutting off the water he found that the 65 year old pipe was so rusted and damaged it had to be replaced before being able to turn the water back on. Art did a fast and an outstanding job to repair the main water feed to the house, and ensured that the main pipe from the road was not damaged in the process. I would highly recommend New Flow to anyone and will be using them on future plumbing issues on this old house and on my moms house.

    Wow!! These guys were SO professional! My main line was clogged, a line that was installed over 112 years ago with clay, cast-iron, and concrete. Art scoped it, then found the end of his scope with another tool, and knew exactly where to dig. His brother, Vito, climbed under my old house that had been moved there from Rocklin around 1906, and replaced the old cast-iron and clay with PCV piping and had the necessary connections to make the unique turn. They did 90% of the work on Saturday in just a few hours. A fellow named Nick helped out, as well. The price was reasonable considering the complexity of the job. I highly recommend them! They know their stuff!

    I went to go visit my cousins in california. I hadnt seen them in a long time and i wanted them to meet my sons for the first time.     After calling around with a plumbing issue on a Saturday with sewage backing up into our only bathroom in our shower, I scheduled with the Bonney plumbing who said they would be out between 1 and f5 and called at 2:30p and canceled and said they cannot be out till Monday. Obviously furious and frustrated not being able to use our shower or on my toilet I had to call around to other companies nobody could come out I found New Flow plumbing , Called them they promised and guaranteed they would be out between 3:30 PM and 4:15 PM after reaching them at 3 PM. They arrive at 4 PM and fixed the problem and did not charge me an emergency fee. They are a family owned business and I would highly recommend them their quality of work their professionalism and customer service, dealing with corporate companies they do not care about you as a customer.     I called them on a Sunday morning for a clogged drain. Art was at my house in less than a half hour and had the drain cleared a short time later.He explained to me what the problem was and the future potential issues I may have with my tree roots and very old plumbing.Excellent service from a nice, professional man!I will call them with any plumbing needs in the future!Honest and dependable!
