This operation is well ran, I reached out to the main office explain to them what was going on and they quickly booked a service call for the following morning with a two hour arrival window.Darren was my plumber and he arrived on time! he certainly knew what he was doing, as he attacked each area with a power snake interchanging the cutting heads to maximize the penetration efficiency through the clogs and roots.he eventually worked his way outside to the main sewer clean out and worked the power snake back-and-forth until I busted through the heavy roots. He made it look easy!Darren is a rockstar, polite and professional yet straight to the point get the job started and powers through until its done!Prices were reasonable especially for the level of trade knowledge they possess.

I wish I could give 6 ( six ) stars. The service provided by G & C sewer was first class. I called the company and they worked around my schedule. I called for a camera job, they answered right away. They sent Darren out, Darren went Above and beyond to diagnose the issue the home was having. He first starting doing investigation work before starting to do the job he was paid for which was awesome service. Darren completed the job, located the problem and was able to show me and I even stuck my hand in the pipe to feel the broken pipe. No smoke and mirrors or anything of that sort. I thought i got more than what i paid for, I offered him a tip and he refused. They also gave me a number of someone who they trusted and could do the work/ repair needed!!!!! I am going to call them again to do another home. I would use them again and again. Thank you @G&C! I appreciate you.! Darren was amazing 10/10

I called because of a shower and toilet backup. Tom sent Josh to my house the SAME DAY to take care of the clog. Josh was so polite and professional. Ive sent many folks over to G&C Sewer Plumbing a bunch of times in my line of work. Usually, I just point our MNM LLC & KTC LLC clients right in their direction. ( most recently I was the client in my own home). Let me tell you, dealing with them is always a breeze. Our requests and timelines are hardly ever straightforward, but these guys handle it like pros every time! The crew knows their stuff, and theyre pretty chill about the pricing – no unnecessary upselling. Ill keep shouting out G&C Sewer for both our residential and commerical clients, and you should too! Called these guys out to clean roots out of my main drain, they showed up in a few hours and got the job done right. I get my main drain done every year, and this company will be the only crew I have do it from now on, also way cheaper than most. When I first called them in morning, I told them about all the other bad experiences in years past with other company’s and what issues they tried to tell me, like drain pipe is cracked, orthe clog is too far out for our equipment or you need to get it hydro jetted out, G & C guy says they hear it everyday from callers.

This crew is fantastic. I woke up to my basement flooded freaking out. One call and these guys were here way faster then stated, super professional and curtious. Super helpful and understanding of my medical conditions and they made it super simple for me. I dont think anyone should go any where else. They are the real deal. Very reliable service! I am a new homeowner and my floor drain was backing up when running the washer or flushing the toilet. I called G & C based off of a recommendation from a neighbor. Josh came out the same day I called and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Issue is now resolved at a very fair price. I will definitely be calling them with all my plumbing needs from now on!

I dont usually give reviews but these guys are amazing. When I first checked their reviews and seen everyone giving them 5 stars I thought it was fake. But after today I know the reviews are real. I had two Companies come out in the past for my floor drain flooding in my laundry room and they wasted my money and time and couldnt fix the clog. It only took these guys 30 mins to snake the drain and find the issue. If you need honest plumbers these are you guys.

Update from two years later. Problem solved! The owner and his little dog saved me Ten Grand! I had five different plumbers wanting to tear up my property in five different places and then go from there! I cant even remember the guys name at this company because its been so long since my problem was fixed for a hundred and fifty bucks, you forget the people , but after following his easy rational advice/maintenance cure regarding a tree(removed) root infestation my system is 100% to date. Thank you sir!

Finally Finally Finally I found a service I can recommend!I needed both my bathroom sink & tub snaked, I have had nothing but bad service from other companies. I am so happy with G&C they were friendly, with fast response time, clean, professional, arrived on time, good rates and 30 day guarentee on the work~ I didnt think it was possible! WoW, wish I had found them earlier. I will definately recommend to all my friends needing similiar service. I will also be switching to them for my sewer lines that are done yearly.
