    Mark was fast, efficient and did quality work when my water heater began leaking Sunday night. He came out the next day . Mark didn’t mind me working around him the garage.     Roseville Plumbing Solutions is unequivocally efficient and honest! Mark was super responsive to our request to replace our water heater. The home warranty company that we used (contracted during my home purchase) hired an inefficient plumber which dragged their feet (5 days) to arrange an inspection on the water heater. Then, they attempted to schedule the replacement for an additional 7 days out. Then, I called Roseville Plumbing Solutions, and was absolutely impressed with their customer service and immediate response to my needs. They removed the old and replaced my water heater the same day I called! They don’t mess around, and are super knowledgeable about their profession. Five stars!

    Mark is great! Services our hot water heater and then came back to work through the manufacturer to fix a service issue too, and then also fixed the hot water button that never really seemed like it did anything. He’s professional and works through all the issues meticulously.

    I initially found Roseville Plumbing Solutions through a Google search for my garbage Disposal replacement. Mark was quick to respond and replace at a very fair price. He even gave me a great tip on running the hot water first before turning on the dishwasher. Just Weeks later I had a problem with my bathroom toilet and again Mark responded within a day of my request and he recommended a full toilet replacement. Just two days after my toilet request my hot water heater crashed and Mark showed up for the toilet repair with a brand new hot water heater and did both installs the same day! Again his fees are incredibly affordable. Hes about $400 less than most competitors. Im so happy with his services and highly recommend him to anyone with any type of plumbing needs. Thanks Mark for your great service!Fast forward to January 2025 and once again I needed a plumber and I definitely called Mark of Roseville Plumbing. My ceiling in my family room suddenly became compromised with water drips. Mark showed up spent 4+ hours looking for the leak when he finally found it upstairs behind my shower. Rather than ripe out my shower, which would have cost me thousands, he was able to cut open the wall and ceiling in my master bedroom closet. He definitely has saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs. I have attached photos of before and after showing the small openings Mark performed.     Respect, integrity, committment, and professionalism are just a few words I would use to describe Mark and the overall culture at RPS. I discovered Mark through Yelp and soon learned why he is a 5-star rated plumber. He was knowledgable, informative, and punctual as well as efficient. He installed a new toilet & supply line then replaced two tub/shower cartridges that were nearly 15 years old. He also identified a code infraction that he remediated at no charge.     I can’t praise the professionalism and knowledge of Mark Ferkovich more! He was right on time and quickly understood the mix of frustrating plumbing problem I was encountering. This included a leak under my driveway, my inability to restore water to my house after I had shut it off, and an irrigation pipe that was spouting water in my backyard. Pro bono he quickly capped off the spouting irrigation pipe and gave me several tips to contain the amount of driveway cement that would likely need to be removed and replaced. Moving forward, I will ALWAYS reach out to Mark and remain a loyal and appreciative customer!!! I encourage you to do the same.

    Mark replaced the (worst) basic faucet that JMC homes installed in our new house almost 3 years ago. Its long handle would not stay on. Mark installed a Delta goose-neck faucet in our kitchen sink which we picked up at Home Depot. We have had it working for a week now and works wonderfully ! Mark is very pleasant and knows his faucets. The installation went like clockwork and his rates were very reasonable too !He also took a look at our JMC installed tankless water heater. The wall buttons had been NO help in bringing hot water to our sinks. We had to basicaily run and waste water to get the hot water to the faucets and showers. Well he was immediately familar with the water heater and all its functionality and told us it was not set up correctly by JMC. We even had JMCs plumbers look at it more than once since we moved in 3 years ago. We even had another independent plumber check it out and told us to contact JMC. Well, Mark made a few adjustments on the water heater and now hot water flows like a charm. We didnt know what we didnt know about tankless water heaters, which were new to us only 3 years ago.     Mark was very prompt and professional in replacing our pressure regulator valve. The repair was done quickly and at the price originally quoted. As our regulator was inside the garage as opposed to being outside, I anticipated an extra cost but was pleasantly surprised to see the final bill was as originally quoted.     Need the stove natural gas line repositioned in a 1987 house to accommodate a 2023 stove. Mark came out shortly after I called, took some measurements, gave me an estimate - and fit me in the next day. The gas pipe work went very fast, thorough and efficiently. Mark accommodated an out of scope request to shave 1/4 off a cabinet face that was stopping the new nominal 30 wide stove from sliding in.     Can i just say, MERRY CHRISTMAS to us?!?! I am so grateful for the work Mark has provided in our home! Initially, We were in need of a leak repair in our kitchen a couple months back and he was able to come out and repair it quickly and cost effectively. I held onto his card in case we needed anything else and thankfully i did. Yesterday, our hot water heater started leaking really bad! He came out same day to take a look and unfortunately it needed to be replaced but, he was able to work with us and give an excellent price and an upgrade as well as make sure it was all up to code!!! Being a homeowner can be very difficult having to spend big chunks of change especially before holidays. We were surprised and ecstatic at the price he quoted for us.     I recently purchased a home in Carmichael, CA and a friend recommended Mark as the most reliable person to call for plumbing issues. He came out quickly and was able to fix everything listed in the home inspection report. He installed a quality hot water heater and replaced all the outdated pipes, valves, etc. He updated everything to code and demonstrated the shut off valve in case of emergency.     Mark was awesome... We were in the process of installing a new gas fireplace and the natural gas line wasnt on the right side of the new unit. I called Mark to see when he could come out and give us a quote (thinking several days out) and he was there that afternoon and gave me a quote on the spot. He was out two days later (on a Saturday) to take care of moving the gas line from one wall to another. He kept the area clean and he made sure we were to code and everything was done right.     I called Mark out to help me fix a leaking valve. He came out the same day. It turned out there was nothing that needed to be fixed, it was just a case of me not knowing which pipe was which.     Was looking to replace a 50 gal gas water heater. Mark was very responsive with his quote and helpful with deciding wether to go tankless or stick with tank and maybe add a recirculation pump. He gave me options for new/used pumps and talked me through pros/cons of tank vs tankless. Decided on tank with used recirc pump and scheduled install for 3 days later. The heater was located in a garage closet in VERY close quarters. The install took him roughly twice as long as anticipated (4 hrs) because of the location, but he stuck to his quoted price and even corrected several problems from the previous install like upgrading gate valves with ball valves, adding support to the expansion tank, and re-routing a drain. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

    After we found a leak in our attic water line I was scrambling to find a plumber. I called multiple different people, even had one of the big box companies come out to take a look.
