Was in a very nasty situation with sewage water overflowing the toilet and shower drains during Xmas break. They explained everything wrong with our root intrusion problem including showing me video of the actual root! I saw an add from Mach 1 Plumbing on a friends Facebook post. The specifics of the particular add promoted, Kitchen sink and faucet replacement. My faucet had gone faulty a day or two earlier, and our sink was always a bone of contention since we bought our house 5 years earlier. I said to myself, what the heck! So I gave them a call. I was put in contact with their service plumber, who also does the service scheduling. After sending him a few photos, he was able to give me an estimate and get me scheduled the next afternoon. I picked out the sink and faucet, and Mike was here on a Friday afternoon to remove the old cast iron Dinosaur that was taking up shelter in our kitchen counter, and replace it with a nice new modern kitchen sink and faucet. Mike is very nice and professional, and did a fantastic job with the swap. When he was done, He discussed the manufacturers warranty and maintenanc requirements with us to make sure that we knew how to do proper upkeep per manufacturers expectations. I was impressed with the whole process, and WILL use Mach 1 Plumbing again, should I need future plumbing work.Thanks for your hard work Mike!~Peter T

Then he verified it was cleared with the camera. He was super nice and glad to help. We had a toilet that was flushing slow and we had another plumber that quoted well over $1,000 to fix, so we ended up calling Mach 1 for a second opinion. Mike was able to come out within an hour of our call and he used a camera to show us exactly what was causing the problem —a bunch of wipes that were flushed by the kiddos! Mike was able to help clear the clog out and get our toilet back up and running in less than an hour charging an extremely competitive price. I recommend Mach 1 if you want honest folks with excellent customer service for any of your plumbing services needed!

Just completed a whole house remodel decided to give Mach 1 a shot for the kitchen and bathroom…I could not be happier! Firstly, Jess in office was super kind and quick to get me connected with Michael. We are building an outdoor shower, which is kind of a small job and it’s been difficult to find a plumber who wanted to take it on. I called some of the big local companies and was met with “uhh sounds like you need a handyman or something sorry we don’t do that.” We really just needed someone who could work with us and around our schedule as we try to DIY a lot of the project.I called Michael and he immediately “got it” and was available to do the work right away, even in the heat we’ve been having. He walked us through how we could do a little work to prep that could save us money on his install of the water lines, and even told us how we could patch everything up nicely after the work was done.When he came to do the work, he was on time and quick. He was a pleasure to work with. We’ll be working with Mach 1 again for the second stage of our outdoor shower install and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing issues that come up in the future.
