Shout-out to HOTCO the hot water Company. I typically check my lawn sprinklers at 4 AM by exiting through my garage door. I noticed water draining from the spout for the metal pan that rests underneath the water heater on Thursday morning. The water was draining out the side garage door. I turned the water off and attached a shop vacuum cleaner hose to the drain spout to route it out the door. Our Bradford White water heater finally died after 18 years. After our plumber said he cant replace 75 gallon tanks, I immediately called HOTCO around 7:26 AM. I called them because they replaced a thermostat on the same water heater in September 2023. HOTCO had told me Bradford White makes the best water heaters last year as well. Chris from HOTCO was HIGHLY responsive over the phone and via text. He told me they would be at my house by 10 AM. We had a new Bradford White water heater completely installed by 11:45 AM.This company is very professional and highly knowledgeable. They replaced everything necessary for a new water heater to include providing a new drain pan with PVC attached to it. I will continue to ALWAYS use them in the future.

I called HOTCO, and spoke withJenWe had some work done a while back on our 2002 water heater by, I believe his name was Chris. Chris was very polite and professional showed up on time and completed the repair needed very quickly. I remember Chris putting a sticker on our water heater and told me to call the phone number if I had any questions. So, yesterday late at night I noticed some water dripping from the spicket on our heater and this morning 11/6 I called the number and Jen and her service provider were able to walk me through how to stop the drip, the drip stopped and I was very relieved. HOTCO is a wonderful company, they are always polite and always professional. Way to go HOTCO.

We always have the best experience with HOTCO!!! They are professional and do a great job. We got an instant hot and we will not go back. We never run out of hot water and our energy bill went down.
