    I really appreciate this company. We had an issue, he came out and it didnt show itself when he was here. He gave me 3 options to do if we wanted to escalate the process. He was do detailed in his spot testing I felt comfortable thinking about it. He asked if he could check back and he did today. Nothing has happened so we are choosing to hold off. I would call them again and I would recommend them to anyone. Weve had 2 separate repair men come out for different reasons and they were both great. Just a really good honest company. I give a 5 star rating.

    Dependable Rooter and Plumbing came and inspected the plumbing of the entire house and then showed me what was wrong and broke down the costs and the different ways to fix it and the prices for each way and let me pick what my needs and price range was and it didnt have to be done all at once and they also had financial alternatives if needed. Jesus came in to do the work after they picked up the new parts I needed. Jesus was professional, very skillful and patient, he did not rush and did the job the right way and cleaned everything before leaving and did an excellent job.

    Not only did they come to address our initial concern, but they also went around and inspected the plumbing in the entire house at no charge, and fixed other issues we had the same day. Taylor was our plumber today, and he was awesome- Super friendly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Francisca, on the phone, was also very nice to work with. We will definitely refer them to others and call them again if we need them.

    I called monday morning to request a same day service on our clogged shower drain. The customer service representative Riley was really polite and professional. She helped out with approving my request, and got me an appointment within an hour on the same day. Richard was dispatch to complete our job, and he was super quick, and was a really cool guy. He gave us a new customer discount, and even gave some tips on how to help reduce the shower from backing up again. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the local roseville area, and need quick, professional service from an amazing team.

    Fantastic service!! If you have any plumbing needs these are you first and last stop!Found them via Google this morning after attempting to fix our issue ourselves. Our kitchen sink was backing up even after washing a few things! My call into their office was a great start. Veronica answered the phone with a very pleasant greeting wishing me a wonderful day! She let me know up front that there was a service charge just for showing up and how they could see me between 12-2. It was 10:19am when I called so I was very pleased that they could come today. By 11am (while I was working on another project) I got a call from the office dispatcher Francesca letting me know that they will be there in 15 minutes!! Wow!! Talk about service! They showed up with booties to put on to come and assess the job. We have a dog and they are dog friendly as well, as our springer spaniel made new friends today. 😎. They assessed the issue, let me know the pricing and showed me videos of other jobs and how the whole process works. I signed the agreement and they had to go and get some parts but would be right back. 20 minutes tops and they are back at the door with parts and pets for my dog! They dove into the work explaining the process to me (as I was curious and hovering slightly) and I simply asked let me know if you need anything. They flushed the line via a hydro jet system, and after a couple/three flushes the line was running clean. I don’t want to talk about the smell of what came out, but let’s just say it wasn’t pleasant. Andrew and Zach were not only friendly, but professional and at no time was i not in the loop of what was going on in the process. It was a scorcher today, so I offered them some Gatorade as I was looking to have one myself. They cleanup and tested the sink and everything is working better than ever! This house is close to 30 years old and I can guarantee this was never done. Be cautious of what you put down your drains, cause at some point you will have to deal with it all over again. But if you do put whatever down the drain, make sure you call Andrew! Great local business, and I will support these guys any way I can going forward. Great job guys!

    I just googled for an emergency I had with my kitchen sink and downstairs bath tub with water coming up. I saw many plumbing and rooter companies but chose to go with this company.     Broke my water line trying to fix it myself. Had to have a plumber out and was able to get a hold of Dependable. Francisca was able to schedule me right away with emergency service. We had an epic water leak (thank you P.G. & E. for digging up our front yard and damaging our water meter!) .     Cameron saved my day and is definitely a superhero. I called at 5pm and he was here by 6:45 was super polite and explained everything that was going to happen in a way I could understand. I appreciate that he was patient with my questions and made me feel comfortable that he was going to handle the situation and that he was not going to “upsell” me because I’m a woman and have no idea what the problem was. The $50 new customer coupon also helped and is such a nice offer from the company. He even did a light clean up/spray down of the affected shower pan. I would recommend him and his company to anyone I know.

    We had a leaking toilet problem and I had to make the dreaded call to a plumber, however I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. From the initial call Amanda was very pleasant and was able to schedule a technician for the same day, she explained their pricing upfront and I knew what to expect from the service call. When Sean arrived at our home, he was very informative and patient. He was able to pinpoint the problem right away and didn’t try to up sell us on unnecessary services. He clearly stated options to fix our problem and explained their billing. He finished the work quickly and efficiently. We asked questions about other items we are looking to replace. He made some suggestions and we will definitely have Dependable Rooter & Plumbing back to upgrade our garbage disposal. We appreciated the fact that when he recommended things he gave us options and didn’t feel pressured to do the service now. After a bad experience with Bonney a year ago, I was not expecting this type of service.

    I called Dependable Rooter just before they closed. I was told they had an opening between 8:30 and 10:30 the next morning. Richard Sanchez called me just before 8 o’clock to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. Unfortunately I have some very expensive work that needs to be done. I will be addressing it after the first of the year.

    We asked to have our dishwasher vent and the main drain inspected. Taylor arrived on time and was beyond thorough. He did a very comprehensive inspection of our whole houses plumbing systems. He used a scope to inspect our main drain from the city sewer connection to the main drains under the house. We could see the condition and it alleviated our concerns that there might be tree root intrusion. There was none. I now have a thorough report on any deficiencies I can correct as I continue future remodels.

    It all started when I called “Kayla” who asked me, “How are you and how can I make you smile today?” She was very professional and personable. She scheduled a technician for same day service on a Saturday for a main line clean out. “Taylor” arrived on time and was very professional and positive.     Zach arrived on time, and ready to get to work. The service I received was excellent, and the toilet has never functioned better. If youre considering Dependable, make sure youve got your finances in order, as it get expensive fast. They charged $69 just for showing up, and doing a visual inspection. If you choose to go any further, the charges are cumulative. Next Zach attempted to snake the toilet, and unfortunately it didnt solve the problem. That was an additional $166. The next step was pulling the toilet. Once that was done, he found roots from one of my trees had grown under the foundation pad, up between the pipe and foundations, and then down into the pipe. He was able to pull most of the roots out by hand, and then ran his big, powered rooter machine down through the pipe about 50 feet out. This service was an additional $616. All said and done, the entire service was $851.Initially I was kind of taken aback by how much it cost, but once Zach got into getting the issue SOLVED, the value made itself abundantly clear. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter & Plumbing if you want your problem solved right, the first time. Thank you Zach and Dependable Rooter, great work!

    We had a leak under the kitchen sink and at one of the lines to the tankless water heater. Taylor identified the sink problem as a rusted disposal and showed us the damaged component. He gave us a number of replacement options and we asked if an ON/OFF button could be installed.Replaced a small part to tankless water heater....that was not supposed to be installed by the builders.He also checked the water lines to each bathroom (4) and reported his findings.Taylor was very personable, professional, and cleaned up after he completed the installs.We were very happy with the results....and would highly recommend their service.

    We had the unfortunate experience of our 16 year old water heater pretty much flooding our garage last night. Just a couple hours later, Taylor and Arnold were at our home with a brand new 50 gallon water heater on the truck for us. Richard came over to evaluate the repair, provided expert explanations on repair options with different pricing quotes. After agreeing on the work, Richard and then Jesus right away started digging to locate the leaking spot of the underground pipe. Repair was swift and clean, and my water was back running within a few hours. Highly recommendable.

    Pedro knows his trade. He was able to diagnose my shower drain gas fume issue, by providing a product solution to eliminate the odor.I asked Pedro to evaluate a different plumbing issue related to my kitchen sink faucet. The issue is related to the poorly designed housing unit that secures the faucet under the sink. As such, the base of the faucet would loosen over time, and I would have to tighten it frequently. Pedro was able to show me a picture of a faucet design that would address this issue. I’m going to have Pedro install the faucet he suggested, once it’s purchased.
