Joe fixed all the issues for me today. I was surprised and grateful that Joe arrived at my house early this afternoon, as I needed the water leak fixed ASAP. Joe is very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the root cause of the leak and let me know what he was going to do to fix it. I called The Plumber Pros to fix the leak, but Joe was willing to spend additional time on other repairs. I hope I will not have any plumbing problems, but if I do, I will call The Plumber Pro, and I want Joe to be my plumber. Thank you, Joe.

He came earlier than scheduled (after calling to see if that was okay), quickly diagnosed the problem and found the clean out (that a previous plumber was unable to find). Wonderful, wonderful experience! You got plumbing problems? Then these are the guys wholl fix them at a fair & reasonable price. Id called up two others prior to calling The Plumbing Pros, those two outfits kept up a steady verbal stream of how bad my plumbing obviously was, and theyd have to go so far as to be putting in a new toilet, a new sewer line, etc. Cost into the thousands. They hadnt even been to my house. I called The Plumbing Pros, who said theyd be over that day. Super nice guy, Dusty, arrived, saw the problem, explained it to me, fixed it in less than a half hour, charged me a very fair & reason amount. What a sweetheart! I told him about the two prior calls of blind diagnosis & exorbitant costs. He said he was very lucky to work for Steve because Steve believed in truth & fairness, practicing it in his life & line of work. I had used Steve once years ago, knew it was true then and was delighted hed remained a good, honest & extremely fair businessman. Ill never use anyone else for my plumbing needs again, only The Plumbing Pros. Highly, highly recommended.

Had a leak on my ceiling I called Plumbing Pros, spoke to Steven the owner, he was very helpful and scheduled an appointment. Joe showed up and was very professional. He put booties on before he came in to the house. He found the leak on the ceiling and cut the drywall. Joe recommended replacing the toilet wax gasket. Since the toilet was being removed, I asked Joe if we could install a new toilet and hardware. Joe was accommodating and without hesitation agreed to the extra work. Joe fixed everything on the same day and cleaned up after his work was completed. Joe was courteous and I appreciated his professional demeanor and recommendations.I am extremely pleased with Joe’s work and highly recommend Plumbing pros.

He replaced the regulator, checked my water heater expansion tank and made sound recommendations about a leaking kitchen faucet. Equipment brands used are the same brands I see at work in industrial applications so I know theyll perform well and last. Evan did a great installation. He was super knowledgeable and took his time to explain things in a way I could understand. Evan is who came to replace the valve, and he was on time, super friendly, and got it replaced quickly! I 100% recommend them based on two recent jobs they just completed.We had a pretty generic toilet replacement/install including the angle stop valve at the wall. We also had a main valve replacement which was a little tricky due to the configuration of the pipes, a very old system and other work recently done. I contacted three different five star plumbers from Yelp for guidance and pricing. Plumbing Pros by far stood out for the following reasons:Customer service - Steve, the owner, is exceptional. He took over 25 minutes to explain the intricacies about the main valve and what our options were. He also provided guidance on toilet brands to avoid and had me measure to make sure we got the right toilet. No one else took this type of time to review the project.Pricing - Plumbing Pros provided a better price on the toilet, given it included the angle wall valve. More importantly, they saved us hundreds of dollars as Steve found a workaround for replacing the entire main. Other companies quoted $750 - which Steve initially mentioned also. However the workaround ended up being less than $300. No one else provided that.Quality of work – Evan was our plumber and his work was efficient, he was super affable and everything looks great. He kindly checked a few outdoor faucets and made some adjustments there at no charge.All of these things to me scream “integrity” and I now have found a reliable long-term plumber whom I can trust to guide me to make the best decisions at a fair price. Evan arrived within the two hour timeframe and completed the work in less than two hours. Unfortunately the solder behind the ball valve above the unit gave way, filled the drip pan and leaked into the garage which I noticed two days after install. Thankfully it was a slow drip. I called Steve and he sent Evan back out who arrived 30 minutes after my call. Evan rectified the leak by using a compressed type copper fitting and cleaned up the water spill with a wet/dry vacuum. Still giving Plumbing Pros 5 stars for the overall quality of service despite the mild leak incident.

This was the 2nd part of a two part visit. Evan came out to snake the shower drain which now drains much better. I had also talked to him about the fact both sinks in the master bath have always been slow to drain since I bought the house brand new. I told him that I always had to pry up the stopper and that seemed to make the sink drain better. He suggested that I replace the stopper with a new style but they’d have to be ordered. They finally came in and Evan came out today and replaced both stoppers and he was right…the sinks not only drain much better but they can keep up with the flow of water coming out of the faucets. The drain on my washing machine clogged up so I checked online and called a few places. The other places wanted to charge me to send a guy out and would not give me a quote over the phone. One finally relented on the charge to send the guy out but still would not give me a ball park estimate on the cost to repair. So I called the Plumbing Pros. The plumber himself answered the phone and seemed very knowledgeable and straight forward. He gave me two estimates based on whether I had a way to bypass the p trap so he would not have to take the wall apart. Turns out I did have a bypass opening and he charged me exactly what he said he would. Along with this, he was very thorough and did a few things he did not need to do like secure the washing machine drain hose so that it would not pop out accidentally in the future. He also checked his work twice to make sure things operated correctly. I really like this guy and his assistant. Family business works best I think.

They replaced a bathroom sink that was cracked. As soon as the sink arrived, we called and they were able to come to install it within two days. They arrived when they said they would, wore masks, removed their shoes and cleaned up when they were done with the job. Called Plumbing Pros yesterday and fortunately they had a cancellation, so one of their plumbers, Evan, came out one hour later. I thought I had a leak beneath one of my toilets and requested that they remove the toilet, check for leaks, then re-seat the toilet. The quote was $225. Instead Evan suggested that he climb under the house (I have a raised foundation) and check for leaks. He checked all 3 of my toilets, found no leaks, and charged me much less than the estimate. Evan was one of the most pleasant and courteous young men that I have meant in a long time. I will definitely request him if I have further plumbing problems. Thanks Plumbing Pros!

I called the plumbing pros and talked to Steve about a problem I was having with my 9 year old water heater.He told me what the problem most likely was and quoted me a price to fix it.He did not try to up sell me to a new heater for 4 times the price of the fix like other plumbers I had called. the next day Bruce can out on time and installed a parts kit to solve the problem. By watching Bruce work it was evident he was a pro that had done this repair before.This was a great experience from start to finish and I thank both Steve and Bruce for fast, clean, professional service.

Replaced the valves behind washing machine, one of which could not shut off entirely. Looked at a bathroom faucet which was leaking and determined the leak was coming from the water supply line. Had the parts to replace it, but since it is a pedestal sink with visible water supply lines, has to get a matching brass supply line and return to install it.
