I had an amazing experience. I was very nervous as I had heard Horror stories about different plumbers in my area and was very concerned about receiving false information. Marshall is very friendly made me feel very comfortable, provided me with the necessary information to make the best decision moving forward. I utilized his inspection services to check out a home that I am looking to purchase. He was very straightforward with me about the positive and negative findings and willing to answer any questions. This all happened within 60 minutes so I was very happy with that. Lets cut to the chase. The next 40 minutes flew by and I had an invoice in my left hand (with a very reasonable price) and shaking Marshalls hand with my right. Problem solved within 2 hours of my call. Had the water heater go out, called U.S. Plumbing Marshall they came out, picked up the water heater, took care of the permit and was finished before I was home from work. It was nice to have someone to take care of the issue same day and take care of all the extras you might not know about. I am extremely thankful for fixing the problem being on time and done when they said they would. Good value and same day service was a relief.

I have used US Plumbing Marshall several times for faucet replacements. They are always on time, friendly and professional. I wasn’t sure what type of shower faucet replacement to buy, and they were able to tell me the brand and who to call for the recommended replacement. I ordered the parts and they installed the new shower faucet/diverter. Highly recommend this father+son company!

Incredibly satisfied with the work done by Marshall. My parents heater tank started leaking and even though Marshall was on another project, he was able to quickly stop by the same day to assess the water heater and replaced their water heater all within 24 hours of me calling for their help. We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom which included concrete work to make a shower drain and the who plumbing in the walls required to be updated for the vanity and tub. Marshall was great to inform of his professional opinion and expertise. He did an amazing job on our bathroom in amazing time. We will definitely be calling him again when we redo our master bathroom. He was recommended to us by our family and we are glad we decided to move forward with Marshall!

The property manager for one of my rentals contacted me indicating that there was a leak under the hardwood floor in the kitchen and that the property most likely needed an under slab water detection test and that I may be in line for a multi thousand dollar repair to the home. To make matters worse, the company they used for this was not available until at least the next day. Not wanting to trouble the tenants for that long, I reached out to US Plumbing Marshall for advice. Marshall personally went that same day to the home, kept myself and the tenants in the loop, inspected the situation and scheduled the slab inspection for the next day. The diagnosis was not nearly as bad as expected and he had the situation repaired/resolved quickly and efficiently. His explanation was informative, precise and to the point. Equally as important to me were his communication skills with myself and with the tenant. He is a true professional and the cost was extremely fair and far under expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone looking for professionalism and value.

We had Marshall out to plumb for a bath/shower remodel. I was in a bind because the tile guy was coming on Tuesday. Marshall came out on Sunday and promptly got the job done. The next week I was having some problems installing the toilet, vanity sinks, and the bath spout was leaking, Marshll came out and fixed everything! Excellent work, highly recommended!!

Our water heater exploded the day before Thanksgiving and US PLUMMING MARSHALL not only came to our house that day, but we also got a better heater than before but also cheaper than our other bids- BUT WAIT THERES MORE!Our builder’s plummer (JMC😕) crossed lines thoroughout our house and for 20 years we have not had hot water in our kitchen, and other key parts of the home. We’ve had it inspected dozens of times and rather than stripping down to studs to fix it- we dealt with it.MARSHALLS not only solved the problem, but fixed it and made our hot water delivery almost instant.We were on a roll with good service, so had a sink faucet and a garbage disposal replaced as well.A+ service and customer service and cleanup.God bless em, they’re making miracles happen!
