Fantastic, Honest, professional, trained, experienced and skilled craftsman. Dont bother with any other plumber, call Herrington.Initial assessment was looking to be a big job - digging out old plumbing, replacing pipes in the basement... But they were not content with just one pass. Focusing/moving thier camera from multiple locations, back and forth, they spent the time to figure out what was really going on, and gave us a clear idea of the issue and how best to deal with it. In the end, saving us a lot of work and money. And at the same time, fixing our issue and recommending further steps to help.I know of at least one other client who had the same experience: Taking the time to really understand what is going on and giving the best option for the home owner, not just padding the bill, or doing it quick so they can get on to another job.Thanks to the entire team at Herrington. We will be back for all our plumbing needs.

Ken and his partner were so nice and professional. They installed a back flow preventer for our lawn irrigation. My husband was not at home, so they explained everything to me. Since I wasnt sure of all the technical stuff, Ken was able to talk to my husband on the phone and explained it all to him.Their craftsmanship was stellar and they cleaned up their mess. Not something we always see!We will not hesitate to call them first, when we have any pluming issues!!

I highly recommend Herrington Plumbing services! Very very satisfied! My call was answered by a real person, not answering machine, which is appreciated. She put me through to a repairman in just a couple minutes. I described my problem, which was a leak under kitchen sink, and Ken and Nick were at my home in less than an hour. Friendly and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, and had all the needed parts with them. Ken took a fan to basement and showed me where it had been dripping from the pipes onto the cement floor. Reasonable rates for solving the problem. Thank you Ken and Nick!

Herrington Plumbing has done right times three. On February 15th 2024 Ken from Herrington returned a call to me. ( I had no previous interactions with Ken or the company ) He was kind enough to talk with me via phone about a plumbing issue. He made a suggestion for repairs. I thought I had the issue resolved.February 26th I had the pleasure of speaking with Jen from Herrington via phone. Jen was polite and even funny. It was no leap to establish a rapport with Jan. Ken, she is a keeper!March 7, 2024 my plumbing issue in fact was not resolved. I called Herrington, left a message. Ken called me back within a few hours. He was out on a job, he told me he would give me a call when he got back to the shop. I assumed, given the nature of the trades industry, I would get an appointment in a week or two. I got a call from Ken a little after noon the same day, they were in my neighborhood, they came by, tools and parts at the ready. My problem is fixed.I must say I trust Ken. They (Ken had another plumber with him,but alas I dont recall his name) were respectful of my house and property (they even put on the shoe covers). Ken did take the time to answer questions and explained what was being done as well as the condition of walls, tub surround etc. Specifically some insights on the plumbing history.When I need plumbing work again, I will be calling Herrington.

They listened to what my problem was and proceeded to get someone over to my house very promptly. The technician, Nick, deduced the situation and remedied the problem within an hour.
